Bittylicious for me every time and they have always been spot on. I dont use a wallet, just send direct to the BTC wallett address given by transaxe when paying, even if ordering through multi vendors, top job!

I buy on coinbase pro (lower fees for a transactions), transfer the BTC to coinbase and pay to the vendor

Been using Bittylicious for a couple of years too and recommend it. Easy to use, and fees seem pretty low. I just send the BTC straight to the vendor - I rarely use a wallet

Exodus wallet is pretty easy to use once you get the navigation down.
Works on iPhone.
They have also reintroduced buying direct from the wallet but it hasn’t worked for me yet.

Many venders send all over Europe. If they have a shipping option to your country, it works!

Starting with crypto and buying and wallets is not easy friendly but once you master it... It's the best way to do it!!

Don’t know what’s up in Portugal but just unlucky with Italy imo usually parcels take 1 week from eu and about 2 weeks (8/12 days) from uk and Middle East with 99,9% of success
rarely something goes wrong, just like it can happen for any other online purchase

since most vendors are UK based…
We are new to LB, yet only offering 4 items, we will expand our Menu and lower our prices eventually once we are able to get a hold on bigger quantities, therefore being able to lower the bills, which will make the products cheaper, we are also giving away a couple samples or freebies on every order placed.

Suissems/Hootan/Hashishin is also a really good EU vendor i believe, never ordered from them but seen their Profiles aswell as recommendations.
Sadly you cant just search for vendors from a specific country like Spain or Germany i.e.
