That silver bit at the bottom of the mouth piece is not supposed to be there..
Unscrew that from the mouth piece and try reattach that to the cartridge.. then you might be able screw back the mouth piece.
The threading to your mouthpiece broke off cause someone screwed it on too tight..
Best fix is to transfer the oil to an old working cartridge.
