If you don’t reach a resolution with the vendor in the next 9 days, I strongly suggest opening a dispute to protect your coin. You can extend disputes time period for resolution if needs be, and you should never cancel the dispute before you’ve actually received a refund/received the missing part of your order.

(Apologies if you know this already, thought I should post this as a useful remind to others who might not be aware. Hope it gets resolved quickly)
