They don't give updates. They just do the detective work and get the bitcoins where they're supposed to go. If there are a lot of cases to go through like there is right now, it takes a lot of time. You may even have to resend the information if it takes them too long to get to your case, but eventually they take care of everyone in the order that they received the messages.

It's longer than you think it should be. I've had to sort out orders that I made while not logged in, and they always get it done. As long as you get the information to them WHILE YOU'RE LOGGED IN, they'll get back to you.

Be careful, long time user of LB here doing it the exact same way each time- making the payment using the transaxe QR code.

However on my last order ‘No payment detected’, but the Bitcoin transferred. I sent the TX ID and Bitcoin address to transaxe. Got a response saying the address I sent to is not in their system.

How is that possible? I generated the payment using their QR code.

Anyone else had this experience?

Unfortunately not, I just wrote it off ($64). Still no idea what happened, I sent all the info, asked all the questions i can think of - the only response i got was that 'the bitcoin address is not in our system'. Been using the site since then with no issues doing it exactly the same way I always have. Someone is $64 richer anyway...

Hi,

I’ve just placed an order and everything went as usual, the transaxe page came through saying that it had been paid for and the money received and awaiting confirmation, but after closing and loading the page it’s now showing the item as in cart still unpaid and no orders on my account?!

I have no idea what to do about this. I have the BTC address and proof of me sending it there but I didn’t screenshot any of the transaxe page with the order number??

I’ve messaged the vendor as I’m wondering if due to my session crash earlier I may have paid while logged out so I will hopefully find out if so soon.

Solved it sorry for the thread guys turned out my session crashed and was actually logged out. Got the page to link everything and sorted! Lesson learnt haha

I just did same thing placed 2 orders whilst logged out not nice situation to be in your st mercy of sellers honesty I’m glad to say one seller did send order the other took advantage and looks like ripped me my mistake tho I guess

I had this problem, if you log back in and then use your browser history to find the transaction page, visit that page then the orders will link up with your account

The order said 'no payment detected' but it left my account. Transaxe support saying the address i sent it to is not in the system. I don't understand this because I used the transaxe QR code to generate the transaction in the first place? PISTACH is saying no payment detected.

Here's what I wrote to support:

Long time user of little biggy here, I just checked a recent purchase - order xZc9nBp8H8HmmSgz0vyb2uA5 - on 15th Jan and it says that 'no payment has been detected'. I didn't notice this at the time so have been waiting for the order to arrive. However, the amount did leave my account without any issue. The TX ID is: 0be84ccb9ed2bfbb05275f16c5da8ec810949453c2bc4d5c30f695efa49995798 the bitcoin was sent (using the qr code on screen) to: bc1qjxv7nypdrtatyg33txku0c2gqfsrpaejh59l5r The order was placed with PISTACH. Please advise what I can do?
