Don't worry mate, you've already done what you need to. Transaxe sometimes take a few days to respond but as long as you provided them with the information they need - the wallet address you sent to, Order ID etc. you'll get your payment back.

Will they process the order? Or just refund?

They'll probably ask you for your wallet address and send a refund. Seems like the order is cancelled so the vendor won't be seeing it either. Hope you get it resolved soon.

Update: it's sorted. Transaxe reactivated the order after I sent them the details.

You’re lucky, the same thing happened to me on 15th Jan, ‘no payment detected’ and then ‘order expired’. The money did leave my account though. The only reply I got from transaxe was that the address I sent to ‘was not in our system’ which is weird because I generated the payment address FROM THE TRANSAXE QR CODE like I do every time. Over 25 orders on my account, done it the same way every time. Bullshit support, rethinking where I put my business now.
