If you’re on an iPhone when on the main items page, you can type in what you’re looking for in the website address bar, try to keep it limited to one word.
Type in the word of the item you’re looking for in the website address bar and instead of hitting the return button to search it on google, it will also say “on this page (3 matches)” click on that instead of googling the word and it will create a little word finder for the page. Use it all the time when I’m looking for certain strains! Works on every website.

Has CTRL+F stopped working for anyone else? Used to be it would search the whole page, now it only seems to be searching around where I'm scrolled to. Like, I know there's shake somewhere on this page... I can even scroll to it, but it still comes up with 0 results.

I was using the function where you type into search bar and then ‘find on this page’ which was working superbly until a week or so ago when the site seemed to change. I like wedding cake or ice cream cake so try to search that and now it says none, even tho I know there is!

On chromium browsers Ctrl+F to “find on page”. On iPhone press the share button at bottom middle , scroll down and click Find on Page. Really useful to search through the items page for specific strains etc

hi, have you tried to first click on the `keyword` blue button? Once it becomes red you can actually type into the near input box

We can’t be searched at all on here for some reason, not on wall on items nothing, yet have stuff listed, all was fine building our rep and then yesterday we went quiet wondered why and we can’t be searched at all on LB

contact transaxe support with the bitcoin address you sent to and they can find the order id. fear not, btc payments are impossible to lose.

I made an order and paid for it. The BTC left my account and I have the transaction ID. The vendor says nothing popped up on thier side. So where is my BTC?

Cancel that. I went to the payment page in browser history and it gave me an option to link to my account. No idea why it signed me out to pay, but it did!

sounds like you werent logged in, its not a big deal as many orders are made this way. but you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

Just copy and paste the order number
And your BTC address
Send both of them to the borg
I usually send it a couple times in a row they are busy people and it's hard for them to keep track of what's been done
It's very easy for them to just skip past a message

Where to order from? All I see is over priced old pictures i have been scrolling for awhile and i only see a few actually change or update the item.
Any recommendations would be welcome, I really don’t want some low quality hay smelling smoke that is available in abundance in my area.

Also relatively new. Sign up. Get a bitcoin wallet ( only way to pay and guarantee payment is on site). I always pay through site. I just try a vendor after checking reviews and how they deal with issues then trust the weed gods are smiling on you. Try Half oz. Remember you mainly get what you pay for and priced in dollars so cheaper than it looks. So far I have good experience with Pistach, Spacemen and Spliffellas with Organicorigin shipping as well speak. Hope this gets you started.

u are best having your own external wallet and send BTC to lb from there .. I purchase on coinbase and send to my atomic wallet .. then send the coin to lb from there ( that way the exchange only ever see's u sending to yourself ) .. hope that might assist 😎

This is excellent advice. Get a non-KYC wallet like Exodus, and tell the exchange you're sending it to yourself. It'll cost a few more quid in fees to then send on, but you're putting a layer between the purchase/transfer at least.

its just to remove any sort of indetifier to yourself. for example i would use a non kyc exchange for the initial transaction via tor then have it sent to my wallet on tails OS which is very anonymous. this way nobody has a copy of my driving license or passport. theres no middleman force closing my account because of suspicious activity etc a la coinb ase. i just like to be fully in control of the process without any vulnerable information being stored on some dodgy server

The 5 most frequently made mistakes here and how to fix them.
Problem 1:
Sending funds to previous littlebiggy order's address.
Solution:
Message Transaxe Support here:

Problem 2:
Ordering whilst logged out.
Solution:
If you are using a browser that logs your history then find the order page at transaxe.com in your history > click on the Order ID > log in.
If your browser doesn't log history again message Transaxe Support here:

Overpaying/underpaying.
Solution:

I've often wondered, and I've never seen it answered anywhere - can you pay an order from more than one wallet so long as you end up depositing the correct amount? IE pay 90% from wallet A and the remaining 10% from wallet B? This would have been handy a number of times.

You can get it refunded otherwise it goes to transaxe.

I placed an order and bitcoin app says it’s been sent, LB order page says money not sent. I cancelled the order but the money is still missing. What’s the contact details for the refund Borg. I’m new to this so have no clue what I’m doing.

if you cancel an order the seller has up to 60 hours to confirm if it was sent, after this refund borg sends you a message requesting your address for refund.

Hi davro1975👍. As far as I'm aware 🤔 your funds should be with Transxe. With your order details. Keep in contact with the vendor you ordered from. If your order messed up. Don't worry you should get a full refund. Mite take a few days I'm not sure. Its never happened to me. So im not 💯% of everything.also keep a reference of your order number just incase.Good luck 🤞

Hello, i did order, received tracking number. Its now 6 days sent (vendor said), but RM not have it yet and still expecting it. Im EU located, so i expected it will take some time.. But 6 days? Tomorrow will be 7 days.... I contacted vendor again today, but its weird, he has a lot of reviews here (good ones)...

Bro I'm in the UK and sometimes Royal Mail take forever here - I currently have an order shipped 5 days ago but nothing has turned up again today. I know it will have been sent by a very good vendor so I just have to be patient. Royal Mail are just nowhere near as good as they used to be.

I was scaried, since i thought i will see it in tracking app. I could see it in my country post app, but it says same as royal mail. So thats why im asking. I did first order ever, im also in contact with vendor so i hope it will arrive. I never thought it took too long to process the package if they already have it.

I’ve had a parcel stuck at Bristol MC since 28th August, re ship stuck since 18th September. Honestly wondering if they’ve been seized at this point which would be peak

EU deliveries can easily take 2 weeks and tracking is sometimes not updated. Repeatedly posting on here and on Reddit will not make it arrive any quicker. Be patient, your coin is protected and you can dispute for a refund if your order does not arrive.

I'm more surprised that they're supposed to have the package with them in 6 days, but according to Royal Mail they're still waiting for it. Another member wrote to me that it always takes 7 working days at the latest to arrive in Austria from payment... It's not meant badly, I just didn't expect the whole process to be so lengthy and the post office to be completely lacking in information. It's my first order, so I'm a little scared... I tried before order from one farm (their website, not on LB), i paid 1000€ and never had anything....

I have ordered from Dr Distillate many times, he is very good and delivers to my country, however he does not have any weed.
So I have two questions:
- Could you recommend me a good vendor that have buds and delivers to France?
- Some other vendors, like TGD, say they do deliver to France, but still, if I choose France as a country, I won't be able to see any of their items. Could someone tell me how to order from them then?

I got something and it wasn’t what I ordered . I need to dispute it but forgot about time period as I’ve been away too . Needed to dispute so waited but now the order has disappeared. How do I try and dispute it please if order has gone . Thank you guys <3

Seller clicked on cancel by mistake, yesterday morning.
I didn't know this at the time, first thing I saw was when I logged in this afto,
a message from refund borg saying send wallet address for a refund,
So i gave my wallet address, later on I messaged seller asking if he was out of stock. Gets back to me just now explaining it's been marked as canceled by mistake.
Any way to cancel the refund? I've messaged seller explaining and saying I can send it to him directly when refund comes in just not had a response yet

I think pgp is just extra steps for no good reason. That's why I don't use it anyways. Kinda annoying when other markets force you to use it...

Glass helps the best, locks freshness in. Leaving it open to the air will reduce potency and terp content. At the least leave it in an airtight container to reduce terpene loss.

Blockchain.com photo id gold verified account and HBOS visa debit card.
Moving btc from a third party wallet to it is easy even from btc faucets as it is the father of them all and HBOS have no issue with you buying btc though visa will send you a passcode to your phone to complete purchase.(mastercard are paranoid idiots)
Once you have all the pieces in place no more problems might be worth looking into setting up for the future save you messing about with third party wallets.

Hi folks. Just a quick query. Is it permissible to dispute if the flower received is of such a low quality, unhealthy even. Is entirely different to what was advertised and genuinely looks like/ actually is some hemp with added terpenes. Came out damp from added terp & now is hardening/drying. Burns weird in vape and just makes me cough when used by any other means. I don't have any disputes on my acc but really feel the vendor is not being genuine in offering such a product with pics entirely different to the product received. thanks in advance

Give the vendor a chance to remedy, discuss it with them politely and rationally letting them know how you would like it resolved.

I don’t understand how he can be the only customer out of 50 sales of this product to make such wild false accusations about my product. If what he was saying was true there is no way it wouldn’t reflect on my reviews. I welcome his dispute as any mod/admin will see my reviews and know he is talking bullshit.

Also, his order is from 21st of November. And he messages me 15 days later one day before escrow closes to start a dispute. Vendors be aware before you accept an order off this character.

Opening the dispute simply creates a new 16 day time window hopefully for you both to resolve it. If this happens then the buyer cancels the dispute by clicking 'resolve' and it goes away. If not auto-settlement borg resolves it. There are no facts or evidence considered although the settlement is based on the 'reputation' of both parties....

Good thing most customers are honest unlike this chancer who has run out of smoke the last day of escrow and dying for a joint LOL down bad attempt at blackmailing for free green.

Yeah it can be hard on vendors. If a buyer thinks the weed is bad they should contact the vendor immediately. It makes no sense in any respect to wait two weeks on a quality issue especially if as they claim it’s a serious one.

The same customer is now pulling the same scam on us.
They ordered an oz of berries & Cream on offer for $125+$50 shipping.
Complained that the strain is ‘weak’ which is a type of feedback we have never had before.
I offered a generous gesture of goodwill of $50 refund, or $75 store credit.
They completely ignored our message and hit dispute 10 days after already receiving their order.
They refuse to communicate because the admins keep letting them get away with fake disputes.

I waiting for the thing for 6 days, internal post. I was away a subsequent 8 days, product took around 7-9 days to come. Received on my return and then tried to air it out for a further 2 or 3 days. Bringing us to now.

I also want to state he received a reply at 14:17, 70 mins after his complaint. We are always online and reachable unlike other vendors. So there is really no excuse for the lack of contact until the last minute.

Your assumption is incorrect. I was looking for your information for record keeping and so I can investigate the supposed problem. We pay 10% on every transaction and patiently wait 16 days for funds even after buyer has left 10/10 review. the least somebody could do is manually review the situation. A prepared person makes a topic like that, checks their position. I have zero disputes against any other vendor. This is the only time a vendor has sent me a product of such low quality. You are not the first! Transaxe will have your money. Message them directly from your chats page including the address and date of order. They will find and refund.

I can confirm what Polly has said. I did the exact same thing last month and transaxe sorted me out.

I am sorry to hear that man. To be completely honest, my mistake was with the same vendor. I wrote them and I did not get any reply:( I saved my coins only thank to the people here on the forum. I do like the stuff from Pistach, they do their job, I always receive the parcel within 24h, but they do not communicate well, unfortunately. Which can be stressful for the new users especially. 120 is a load of money and lots of smoke and I really feel for you mate! I am still pretty new here, but having a great experience with The Spaceman for example, I would recommend them 100%. I would recommend Pistach too, just the comms are not what I would expect.

I just made a purchase but forgot to log into my account when doing so (I didn't know you could do that), I only realised after paying. Could this be an issue? I still have the transaxe page open, but am not sure what to do.

If you are using a browser that logs your history then find the order page at transaxe.com in your history > click on the Order ID > log in.
Or message Transaxe Support through the link i attached, send them the Bitcoin address you sent your Bitcoin to and they'll help.

Hi there, new buyer so still learning the ropes here. I had a message from the vendor I ordered from saying they were about to dispatch my order but 80 hours had passed so it automatically cancelled the order. I said to the vendor no problem I will order again when the refund comes through. This was about 4 days ago now. I sent my wallet address as a reply to refund borg straight away but still no refund. Does anyone know how long a refund takes to process as I can order again until I get the funds back.

Anyone have any ideas what to do? Used LB about 3 years ago and had no issues and know how to order, etc. Seems this has been mentioned a few times?

I'm new to this and I'm a little frustrated. I tried last week to buy from a vendor. It all went through ok, then 3 days later it was cancelled. Ive tried messaging the vendor but every message has been ignored. Ive inputted my info to get a refund. Thats not even gone through yet.

That is very unlucky, especially if you were using seasoned vendors. On the bright side, your coin is protected and you will get your money back. Let us know what you are trying to buy and perhaps we can give some firm recommendations.

You will get a message from refund borg for the first one, the second sounds like you'll get an automated refund too since he hasn't marked it as sent.

No, ive just joined, they were my very first orders. I used DrShrooms for my 1st one and he ignored all my.messages. its really annoying. Not a great start. I only wanted some golden teacher mushrooms

Ah okay that is the issue, lots of vendors don't like to deal with first time buyers despite the new rule..
If you want shrooms go for THESPACEMEN, they have no problem serving first timers and their shrooms are strong from what I have tried.

Thank you. I'll try and remedy this. If not then I'll try the alternatives. Why don't sellers deal with new buyers? How are we meant to get going? All I want is some mushrooms! 😂

People set up new accounts to slate vendors and make false disputes. All you need to do is contact the vendor first via messaging and have a chat about what you want to buy. They will let you know in advance if they will accept your order.

If you're using a VPN maybe not... But when you go through the normal web it always seems to know in in UK. I just load the items and select UK

Id always recommend a vpn when doing anything like this.
My favourite is Proton vpn, but mullvad vpn and ivpn are both good and privacy respecting

Dispute after 9 days, that'll get their attention and you'd be doing everyone else here a favor by the sound of it.

When they ask for your address to check tracking. Don’t do it. You will get a ban on commenting and won’t be able to post. I did get a 91% refund. Better than nothing. But Dr Tony Chopper wasn’t helpful. I will never use him again!

Thank’s for the advice! Will not provide anything. If something was sent they have the tracking number. Curious as why 91% refund, as it’s obvious that nothing was send? Cheers!

Fees here will be 9.85% to 14.85% so similar to eBay. You also have to account for potential Bitcoin volatility whilst the coin is in escrow for 16 days.

Hello, I’m new here and made my first order which was just a cart from dr Terpy. I made the order however it’s been over a week and it hasn’t been delievered. I’m aware Royal Mail can be slow but my friends who ordered from little biggy who live very close to me are getting their orders next day. So I reordered another cart from dr terpy again and it’s not come the next day. I know realistically this second cart could take 2-3 days but idk if it’s normal for this to happen?

What type of post did you select? Normal RM First Class can definitely take a week, Tracked 48 can be 5 days or longer, Tracked 24 3 days.
Check when it was marked Sent. If its tracked then ask Doc Terpy to check the tracking. After 9 days its unlikely to arrive and the dispute window opens on your order page to protect your coin.
Reach out to the Doc via messaging and he'll sort you out with a reship no doubt at that stage.

Can anyone tell me please what sites are excellent to use for btc payment when you don't have a valid passport?

Try Local Coin Swap or Hodl Hodl or Bisq, or any other P2P exchange. There's little to no verification asked, both from the these types of exchanges or a lot of the sellers on them. Just find a payment method that suits you and potential seller, by-passing any KYC process for buying bitcoin.

Yes there are such things as free drugs but that sounds like an admin glitch. Id say yes. I reckon its possible.

I live in jersey which is a channel island in the uk the drugs here are fucked expensive it can cost up to 35 quid for 1 gram of shite hash n nearly every single time I've tried to order from here it's just been stopped by customs apart from once does anyone have literally any idea or recommendations for any vendors that could help or literally anything thanks

I used to live on the island back in the 90s. Great place for cheap booze and fags but getting anything to smoke was a real pain in the arse! Used to get bits and bobs but as you say, very expensive. Used to have to boof it when entering the island. Would even get checked leaving the feckn place! Only thing I can suggest is go down the medical route. Get a prescription and your weed will be delivered legally. Other than that - only use vendors who have experience getting packs into the Republic of Ireland, who are also notorious for stopping packs. I don’t live there so can’t recommend anyone but sure someone will be a long in a minute. There are a few vendors on here that deliver to Ireland and therefore may have success with Jersey.

They're not too strict anymore which is very fortunate, one of my mate's dad went to prison for half a gram of hash back in his day which is insane. Damn if only all the booze was still duty free that would be incredible, buying something like liquor from a shop isn't too expensive it's just the bars and pubs, there's only one club left and the prices there are insane a cocktail can cost over 20 quid. Well when I had some weed stopped that was sent to my house I had to go to an interrogation, I managed to convince them I was trying to get cbd products and they told me next time it would be my door which is why I don't ship it to my house anymore. So Popeyez sent me a parcel because the previous one seemed to be lost..and in the end they both arrived, the first one a long time later. Paid once.
But I loved the guys at Popeyez and did send the bucks to their btc address.

You can only use normal Coinbase to receive your refund.
Search for Bitcoin in the search bar in Coinbase > click on it > click receive > you will get your Bitcoin address there > send it to refund borg

Trying to place any order, when I go to pay I get an error saying “internal error occurred”. This happening to anybody else?

I think somethings going on with transaxe because when I try to load the website it says "421 misdirected request". I could be wrong in thinking that the errors are linked, but I've never seen that message in my 2+ years using transaxe

Pay for quality. If it looks too good to be true then it just might be. Paying a few bucks for a big bag of mixed strain shake may get you a bargain and it may not.

Don't know if it applies in your case, but it takes a while for the dispute process to get started and complete. Keep checking back once you get the dispute started.

Hey mate, not sure 100% so worth looking on the help page for similar topics to check but i think you want to open a late dispute.
Open vendors page and open a topic titled late dispute. for the text box put the date of the order, the order no and the reason for the dispute, reckon refund borg should get you from there. Best of luck ✌

Had a guy get a order and it’s not come through to my old wallet so I’ve made new one it’s not come through it says the customers definitely sent it but not received anywhere in anything I’ve got the order number I’ll still send the customer the stuff tomorrow but don’t make sense where it’s gone and also yesterday I come on here and it said unable to send messages at all I’m new to this app could do with some pointers and help please be appreciated and I’ll sort you some free stuff for help

I've ordered off a vendor on the 23rd of July. I haven't received what I purchased and no messages off the seller only asking me to review the order which must of been an automated message to me .

Have you messaged the vendor explaining this?
If you haven’t then I would at least try that. If they don’t respond or you think they’re just not bothered then take it up with transaxe support and they will get you a refund.

Sorry to hear this is your first order on lb. Don’t be put off. My advice on picking a vendor. Go off the ones with overall good genuine and recent reviews. I’ve never went wrong in that sense.

Hit the dispute button after 9 days, you should get a 100% refund in this case.

After a transaction being cancelled for a postage error (I’m on a lot of medication) day before yesterday and some v rude & unnecessarily aggressive comms from the vendor I asked refund borg for refund with address etc - but nothing. Anyone know if I can do anything else? I’m fairly unwell and wanted vapes in ready for treatment this week but obvs that hasn’t happened and I can’t afford more till refund.

Hi, sorry to hear about your problems. Did refund Borg actually come back to you? If they have asked you for a wallet address to send your coin to then, yes that will happen within a couple of days. Normally the vendor will need to have confirmed the cancellation to them. I hope it gets sorted quickly.

Refund Borg normally takes 2-3 days for refund, can sometimes be longer, but as soon as they refund it you will have it back in your wallet.

Ordered 2 items from separate sellers. Didn't receive 1 order, made a dispute, found out i disputed the wrong seller, can't dispute seller 2 because the button isn't there. Need help

You haven't said when this was but you probably need to file a Late Dispute:
Go to the vendors page and open a topic with the title Late Dispute. In the text put the date of the order, the order number and the reason for the dispute- "Order never received"
Refund Borg will pick it up from there.

Message Refund Borg direct from your Chats page. TBH they are probably a little confused! Let them know you have posted a Late Dispute request on the vendors page but had no response. You don't need to mention the first order mix up if that dispute has been cancelled. Just give them the order number, date of order and reason ie order not received. Good luck...

They was taken down mate. As we explained previously, we did message the buyer back and told him we will sort it out but by then he had already blasted us all over littlebiggy. We are not perfect and true the stock was not updated, however we did not scam or have any bad intentions

I'm missing an order to sn2d from yesterday as well. Payment was received, I wrote a message to sn2d about my choice, now today there's nothing.

I just got a notice from the package carrier that my order is on the way, so sn2d must have trusted me enough to send it without waiting for Transaxe to sort things out. I'm happy.

Despite the current issues with TransAxe I just want to say thanks again to the LB team for even making this service possible. It might seem really annoying right now as you might've missed the shipping cut-off for your order yesterday, but just remember 10-15 years ago we couldn't have even dreamed of something like this even existing. It's so incredibly easy to get what you want now, and there's an incredible variety of products at an incredible speed.
It takes me more time to figure out what I definitely want to order and what I'm slightly less fussed about than it does for me to get the BTC, send it to my wallet and buy whatever my heart desires. And if you're not happy you can always get in touch with the seller and/or get a refund! Back in the day you'd get told to go fuck yourself half the time, if they even bothered to respond to your text.

Navigate in to your cripto wallet to bitcoin then found RECIVE and push that button😁then the recive adress and QR code i guess appearring there,after you just copy the adress and send it to refund borg

The question is how long after that is take to recive the refund?
For me now is near 40 hours and still waitting.

Same thing happened to me. Orders are automatically canceled if they're not filled in 100 hours. I don't expect my refund until tomorrow (Monday), and I think yours may arrive by then too. Refund borg is probably pretty busy now with SayNo2Drugs being off so long.
EDIT: I just checked bitcoin rates and my little refund has gone up in value by $10 since I paid for the order... so a little good news.

I assume they're on holiday. It happens a few times a year, I've never lost a cent so far, but this time I'm a bit dry...

On the bright side, the refund will probably be worth more than what we paid. It's up 11% right now.

Hi mate think you should be fine choosing "sending to myself", think it's the self custody wallet option. Make sure you're sending to an alternative wallet before direct to vendor.

Made the mistake of pressing order when i thought i was logged in. I have my order ref no. but no browser history to link the order to my account... any way i can add this order to my account?

its not a big deal as many orders are made this way. but you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

i managed to get my order linked to my acc by finding the transaxe link in my history, then from there i could merge it

unfortunately i dont have the link in my history - saw a few people have used this method. Hoping theres another way using the order ref? Thanks for the help though :)

Depends how long? The Dispute tab appears on your order page 10 days after placing the order and a dispute time window will be shown at the top of the page. You should always try and stay in this time window.
If it has expired you are out of the process but can still raise a Late Dispute.
Check you order page and then I'll explain how to raise a Late Dispute if required.

The vendor will have received the order in the normal way so your order should show up. Its unfortunate if they won't confirm with comms but come back if you don't get it or a reply...

In my experience you should, as a rule of thumb, work on the principle of adding around 4-5% of initial purchase fees (then be thankful when it's 3-4%) on top of what you want it to be. Fees can vary wildly depending on how the transaction is funded: if it's single input to output then it's about $1-3, but if it's funded by a wallet that's had lots of small inputs (deposits or a dollar or whatever) then there's a much higher fee to send that.

Depends who you use really. Some of the bigger exchanges pick up on the temporary wallets transaxe use, and people have had their accounts ban.
I've only ever used Paybis and now Bittylicious, neither of them seem to care if I send direct to transaxe (which I've always done).

Okay, so if you used an amazingly named site like Bittylicious to obtain coin then they factor in the fees at the start, so what you ask for is what you get. However you are sending this to a non-KYC wallet like Exodus, so just add about £5 more equivalent when you buy, and this should be sufficient to send on to LB. 2 steps means people have to work to track your transactions, if they're doing that sort of thing, and it's not highlighted by the exchange.

They're using a default api function for coding the website which is supposed to be for when the temporary data will be lost when you switch page and if you go back it will be gone, continue is acknowledging you understand and know what you're doing and mean to do it, cancel is supposed to stop the switch and stay on the page so you don't lose data. Which is how it's set up for trying to close the window you type your review in, cancel on the pop up doesn't switch, and okay closes it back to the order page. The review button to bring up that menu doing the opposite is counter intuitive AND wrongly implemented is all it means

Its weird there being no pages and just infinite scrolling like facebook, and it doesn't seem to be random or based on prioritsing showing posts you haven't seen or are similar to what you like and review, or like there's so many little features and things that just any of them being done would be huge Ws for LB.
I'm falling into really liking this site, I just am dumbfounded its basically getting Neglect Tek'd like a bag of mushrooms, and like them, bearing amazing fruit.
There's not much better you can do to improve the situation for the shrooms growing situation and if anything could make it worse, but for LB there's so much easy low hanging fruit from like a decade of website development and trends, consumer experience data and expectations, features to improve customer and seller experience and safety and also to bolster and enhance the review process and it's reliability, and just a couple of basics done right would elevate the level of LB dramatically I think, but maybe there's some rhyme to their reason and they don't want it to become too easy and popular.
The eBay or Amazon of drugs is a title that's went around for stores before because of design and ease of shopping and the experience being like on them with sellers and reviews etc. Which its a weird comparisson but i get it and it invites a lot of scrutiny too, so appealing too easily to every average joe schmo with a phone is probably not a good gameplan, and I imagine they don't want to rock the boat considering how long they've been operating successfully now.
But that's my fully benefit of the doubt, honestly I don't believe that that's it though. It's just not well maintained and developed and is neglected hard is what i really feel, but hey those types can be and produce the best types, diamond in the rough. This just needs some cutting and polishing, toned up, and I've never had a better site and community for it. So close to greatness it hurts.

Its weird there being no pages and just infinite scrolling like facebook, and it doesn't seem to be random or based on prioritsing showing posts you haven't seen or are similar to what you like and review, or like there's so many little features and things that just any of them being done would be huge Ws for LB.
I'm falling into really liking this site, I just am dumbfounded its basically getting Neglect Tek'd like a bag of mushrooms, and like them, bearing amazing fruit.
There's not much better you can do to improve the situation for the shrooms growing situation and if anything could make it worse, but for LB there's so much easy low hanging fruit from like a decade of website development and trends, consumer experience data and expectations, features to improve customer and seller experience and safety and also to bolster and enhance the review process and it's reliability, and just a couple of basics done right would elevate the level of LB dramatically I think, but maybe there's some rhyme to their reason and they don't want it to become too easy and popular.
The eBay or Amazon of drugs is a title that's went around for stores before because of design and ease of shopping and the experience being like on them with sellers and reviews etc. Which its a weird comparisson but i get it and it invites a lot of scrutiny too, so appealing too easily to every average joe schmo with a phone is probably not a good gameplan, and I imagine they don't want to rock the boat considering how long they've been operating successfully now.
But that's my fully benefit of the doubt, honestly I don't believe that that's it though. It's just not well maintained and developed and is neglected hard is what i really feel, but hey those types can be and produce the best types, diamond in the rough. This just needs some cutting and polishing, toned up, and I've never had a better site and community for it. So close to greatness it hurts.
Atleast we get to benefit from the others here.
Can you imagine a bigglelitty.net (heh) appearing as a competitor, that was just little biggy but with pages, sorting, categories, searching, tags, bookmarks, intuitive tweaks like the message boxes making sense so yes means yes and no means no etc.?
I guess little biggy can't or doesn't care or think its a possibility or real 'threat' for lack of better terminology to mind right now.

After traveling abroad my country setting has changed automatically but it’s now really tricky to change it back to the United Kingdom. The drop down menu isn’t functioning properly and all i can do is choose the first country listed….which is afganistan. Any advice?

can you please tell us what browser (and its version) and device are you using?
the country drop down should show you all the available countries, you should also be able to filter the countries by typing into the input box

but they gave me the solution which is pretty brain dead, but hit cancel. Simple as that - weirdly it works properly for the same pop up if you try to cancel the review and cancel DOESNT go ahead with it and actually cancels and okay actually does mean what the message says - dumb af lol, sites so old how is that still a thing?
and why is there so many features missing, having JUST got keyword search not that long ago from what I can tell
oh well it's still the best for sociability overall and the deals and quality are mostly pretty amazing in my experience compared to many other avenues which hey I guess I didn't expect and I'm definitely gonna be here for a while.. it's just crazy! Hi, I paid for an order, I made sure the btc amount and address was 100% correct and I can see its been confirmed and sent etc but the order on LB still says unpaid, is LB just slow atm or should I be worried? Usually the order changes to paid within 20mins

Ive just had this happen to me but it fixed itself after an hour just be patient i assume the website is running slow

On very rare occasions it's taken an hour or more for a payment that I've seen is confirmed on Mempool to register on here. Don't send more.

Sometimes for some reason it leaves a tiny amount unpaid . I dont know why this happens but its happed to me multiple times . I just send a small amount like 5 dollars to the same address and it “pushes the payment” and get confirmed .Until you receive message from borg with confirmation its been paid and seller will send times next , its still pending . It said unpaid for many hours.

Hello everyone. I've been locked from sending messages and posting since Monday, on my usual LB account.
it happened while I was asking a vendor about a product that isn't being sold yet. After sending 2 messages asking about the price and other doubts I had, I started receiving a message saying I cannot post anymore.

So I made an order at 5pm yesterday 15/06/2025 definently paid, have the receipt in my coin base. However today I went to check on the order, and its missing, I just have 0 orders in progress? checked my history, I was definently on the correct site. "littlebiggy.net" I made 20 order before with absolutely no problems. checked looking at my phones browser, PC's browser, cleared cookies etc. bizzare as this is the first time? is it possible I ordered on a fake site some how?

It sounds like you've placed the order while not logged in. Easy mistake to make. Not to worry though. The order will have still gone through to the vendor.

Placed an order on 4 days ago, sent a message after 2. Zero contact from vendor. Is online but not responding or fulfilling order. Cancel button available. Pls advise on how long before I get coin back if I cancel...

I'd just cancel mate, takes 2 seconds to respond to a customer... its just rude imo. Maybe the vendor didn't see the message though, it happens.
If you cancel you will have to wait for the vendor to accept the cancellation, its not an immediate refund button.

Order will auto-cancel after 4 days if the item is not shipped.
Refundborg will message asking for an wallet address, then about three days to refund

Just to be accurate the auto-refund occurs if the item is not marked as Sent after 4 days (100 hours). An item can be marked as Sent without having actually been shipped and I have had items shipped before they have been marked as Sent!

I had an item in my cart and entered my details, the amount and transaxe ref appeared I made payment to the Transaxe ref and this has been succesful. Myself (Buyer) and the seller cannot see the order. Any Help appreciated.

Had same problem yesterday, order was there for a second and then disappeared, got in touch with supplier and he confirmed order received.
not sure in your case, try your history to see if your order is there, sometimes it lets you link them again. failing that ask borg and check your record for the order you made of bitcoin you made. hope this helps im sure there plenty advice out there.

Same issue for me. Wasn't working whatever button I was hitting. Glad to say hitting cancel now works for me after clearing my cookies.

if you cant resolve with the vendor, just hit the dispute button when it becomes available and its likely you will get some or all of your coins back (based on your reputation).

No, as cancelling the order does nothing other than sending a message to the seller to cancel it on their end.

Another reason for real names. If you used yours, and you've lived there a while it will almost certainly land even without the door number.
Honestly I'd be surprised if the sender doesn't spot the problem before shipping anyway.

Cant speak for anyone else but in my experience green cat has been great, i may be remembering wrong but think hes a one man band so may just be behind, busy or offline due to personal stuff without cover. Either way dispute window opens day 9 (i think?), if you cant get a resolution from GC then thats when you use the dispute and let it run its course. Always sucks with a late delivery though, hope this is helpful and you get it resolved 😌✌

The Pontif of Piff - first claimed order was returned to sender. Next he claimed the courier company cannot find the address while giving completely different address to the one I sent (I sent the address 3 times). No response since.

honestly i wouldn't touch jeeter's outside of US unless they're from a US vendor. they're by far the most faked cart, maybe just behind cookies carts. honestly not worth the risk id go with a 510 thread from a good seller on here

if you dont mind 510 thread id personally go with doctor extracts 70/30 carts or any from dr.distillate. they're usually my go to vendors for carts

any official carts on here are 99% going to be fake. remaining 1% will be $150 for a gram. you're just paying for the brand. check out Dr distillate for prefilled distillate, live resin, and 50/50 vapes.

I’m having exactly the same issue - it would be helpful if the refund bot gave feedback on whether or not we’ve provided it with the information it needs, as well as updates on the process.

Alrighty it worked! Took just over 48 hours which really isn't bad at all. Just remember folks, reply to borg with your order number, followed by your BTC address on a new line
And don't be worried if you don't hear back. You'll only hear from borg again once the refund has been sent

Hi I ordered off 3 different vendors all went through ok but only 2 of the vendors posted and now it's stuck on awaiting delivery if the vendor didn't send said item I should of gotten a refund after 100 hours but nothing yet plus I can't access the order on my account to give order number it just says 3 items awaiting delivery can anyone help please

Bank Holiday mate, if u placed the order after cut off on Friday the won't be marked as sent till they send it today as most dnt tend to post on weekend and bank holidays

Yes if it’s not marked as sent then after 100 hours the order will be auto cancelled and refund Borg will contact you to ask for a wallet address to send the refund.

hey, got an order in recently and the weed has a strong soapy taste to it when smoked. what i first thought was a citrusy/gassy smell more resembles very strong laundry detergent. The strain is biscotti. Should i message the seller before leaving a review?

Do you ever use Mempool to check current gas fees? Link above. It's currently 5-10x what it's been lately, but it shouldn't be that high, surely? Is it lots of small payments amalgamated into that amount, as they cost significantly more to send?

Royal Mail showing the items going to be returned to sender. What happens next?

Yeah incorrect address. Missed off the house number, but messaged the seller within mins to update. Seller has had absolutely terrible comms. Package got returned (proof from Royal Mail) and seller still hasn’t even responded to my messages. Don’t know what to do at this point

2 Oz of shake/trim. He responded and said he would send out another pack but now he’s gone dark again. I put in multiple orders and he was the only vendor with terrible comms and didn’t change it.

Did the vendor definitely supply a return address on the package?
Because if not the problem is if he didn't, it'll be sent to the national returns centre.
When it gets there it'll be opened to see if there's any invoice or slip with a return address on.

Can I still use Coinbase to transfer bitcoin for payment - it is asking for the recipient address and country

You can still you Coinbase but you need to use a ‘middle’ wallet. That way you can say you’re sending the funds to yourself. Trust wallet is a popular option there are others as well.

You can also just say you're sending it to yourself. It has worked for me as recently as last week and sends in the same way. It does come with the risk of getting banned from CB as a lot of people point out regularly on LB. I have successfully done it on CB for about 10 transactions (since being banned from bitpanda LOL)

My parcel was sent but it went to another address, I told the vendor and he said let him know if I got it, I never got it and I told him it was Royal Mail fault etc he never responded, now I found out I could have disputed but the dispute time he now run out as I never knew it was a option, what should I do

This is a tricky one because the fault is clearly with Royal mail rather than the vendor. Yes you can dispute because ultimately you’re entitled to get what you order and you can even do a late dispute once you’re outside of the normal time period. That does however seem very hard on the vendor who has done nothing wrong. Depending on the value of the order you may want to consider putting this one down to experience and bad luck.

Same number different street, tracking g photo showed it wasn’t my door plaque, tracking also showed where it was scanned but no response from the home owner

9 days after your order being marked as Sent you will see a 'Dispute' tab appear on the order page. Click here to open a dispute and create a new 16 day window for you and the vendor to resolve- the vendor will be informed you have opened a dispute. Most disputes are resolved this way and if so just click 'Resolve' to cancel- but don't do this on a promise as it cannot be reopened.
If not resolved, auto-resolution borg (algo) applies a % refund based on reputation.

I’m assuming because NoBS accused me of ‘bigotry’ - which is absolutely outrageous. Not only is it provably untrue by simply sharing my messages to the guy, but this is literally an anonymous, faceless platform - even if I were a bigot, how would I even know what someone looked like?! Actively and deliberately evasive behaviour. I’ve messaged ten times without response since then, despite them appearing online several times a day - and today the post came - nothing. You probably weren't logged in when you placed the order.
If you can find the page in your history you can link it to your account easily enough

It will still go through as normal. The only difference is you can’t see it on your order page and you won’t be able to review or dispute it. If you go through your browser to find the order page you can click on the order number and this would allow you to logon and link the order to your account.

Ordered a couple of vapes yesterday and seller said Items were sent 45 min after payment which I found strange. Have requested a tracking number multiple times but seller is ghosting me, since he's clearly been online since I ordered. Feel like I'm being scammed. Going to wait another day till I put the seller on blast. I see three other users also having the same issue with this seller. Should have read the reviews first..:(

Hit the dispute button after 9 days, you will get a 100% refund in this case.

Goods came through. Seller responded when I said I'd post about it publicly. He just had marked the item as sent when it was sent two days after the fact. All good now though.

Don't feel like naming and shaming as the products came through, but will mention it in my review though.

As the seller made good on the service listed, how would I be "warning" anyone? If the seller didn't deliver, I'd def. post about it, but I don't see why now that I have recieved what I paid for, and plan on ordering again from the same vendor..

And learn to roll with the punches that the rather broken review system and trolls will occasionally land.
Haranguing buyers all over the place for a simple and oft repeated mistake, isn't a good look and if they're a troll they won't do shit (except laugh at you getting your knickers in a twist).

Hey yo, never had issues with sending BTC from Coinbase before so this is a first.
Made two orders, went through payment process on LB as usual, went to coinbase to send, did as usual, but this time I had no email confirmation that the money was sent. Both orders still say unpaid on LB.
Thought I'd go through the motions of paying again but this time coinbase says only £8.20 available, even though the balance still shows £150.0. So the funds are somewhere in limbo.
On the order they both say unpaid, if I hit PAY once more, I get this message
'We're sorry but something really bizarre has gone wrong. Our technicians are on the trail and will fix the problem soon.'
This was about 90 minutes ago, my payment always go though within minutes. So... what can I do now? I've seen people say contact transaxe, but how do you contact them, and what info do I give them?

When you click through to the payment page on Transaxe does it say 'payment received awaiting confirmation' or just straight up unpaid?

It was straight up unpaid, but has just gone through in the last few minutes. Maybe it was a maintenance thing as hero mentioned, or maybe my inpatient arse should shut the fuck up and wait my mfing turn.

I've just had the exact same situation, however the first time it let me recreate the account with the exact same name.
Worried that my order didn't go through. The error began right after I saw the that the escrow had received the correct amount and went back to the order page.

Made an order last night and now the seller has been online, checked their messages, not marked my item as sent, and removed all of their listings.
I can see we have the option to cancel the order, but I was wondering what the process is. Do I just need to supply a wallet address?

You can't cancel once it's paid, you can only request it as per ebay and Amazon marketplace.
It's not at all out of the ordinary that it's not immediately marked as sent. All kind of reasons sellers take down listings from time to time.
If it's not marked sent in 4 days you'll get auto refunded.
If you don't get your gear you'll be able to dispute.

First time in 5 years I've not received a order, vendor hasn't even opened messages for 6 days.. what are the steps for requesting a refund lads?

I'm having same problem jst now ..vendors online but ignoring the 6 messages I've sent ..sounds like the same vendor ...hit dispute man ..mines is available tomorrow. Hopefully get all coin back

The Dispute tab will appear on your order page on Day 9 or 10. Click to protect your coin in escrow. A 16 day resolution period begins, auto resolution takes place after that…

Yes, I know I'm an idiot! Just sent coin for my latest order to a previously used address for another vendor (not entirely sure who but I could guess). Transaction has gone through, so looking for any advice on how to potentially recover this. Not even sure there is, but any help appreciated! May have lost this and have to chalk it up to experience!

Not sure but if you have the details of the transaction, address sent to, transaction id, etc, maybe transaxe support would be the place to go. They might be able to help.

Thanks for the response man, appreciate it. It was definitely to a biggers address, so hoping maybe something can be done. Based on another similar post to mine and the advice given there, I've messaged the transaxe chat. If not, at least it will remind to to double check the address next time!

Bought some edibles, seller said he forgot to put the code on the parcel and asked for my address and details again, payed for tracked 24 has been a week and havent recieved any parcels and no comms from seller. Second order on LB first one went so smoothly and i got it next day and now this. If i dispute how will the refund be processed as i dont think i put a refund address when i payed the bitcoin from simpleswap.

I'm in the same boat with fasttrack, will give you a date you can dispute on your order. From then a dispute button normally appears.

I’ve been there 3 times in a year or so. Took 9 days but all was sorted by refund Borgs.
Which is why LB is the nuts.

So if we don't recieve the product, we can get a refund? How does the refund borg know if the package was sent? I just ordered something earlier today, seller said it was sent but have not provided a tracking number. Have requested it 3 times and now there is radio silence. Getting worried 🙄

ive not had this problem but if i can advise try to resolve with the seller if its difficult and you dispute it will be marked on you account so its worth baring in mind. LB is a great system there is usually a resolution to be had the fund recovery system must imo be treated as a last resort. im sure there are some mediums where it can be resolved if not let me know im pretty level headed!

I don’t see the date on this post, but as of march 4th I am having the same problem. I put through a small order last night, payment sent and received but now there is no order showing here on the system.

Someone mentioned that I might have been timed out (a small pause between ordering and actually completing the transaction) and although I wasn't logged in, the order should still go through and arrive. I'm very much hoping that's the case for me and you

2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
not to worry in any event, in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to.

Check you browser history and if you can navigate to the order confirmation page you can link it to your account (I did it once after ordering when I hadn’t logged in). If no joy then message the vendor and ask if they received it.

Can anyone help me my Coinbase app now requires confirmation of who is receiving the coin I can’t get past it hence can’t pay for my order UK travel something 🤬 does anyone have a solution for me

Tick the box that asks if you are sending to yourself. I did this and payments have been going through

Easiest way around it is setting up a cake wallet then send coins from CB (coinbase) to CW (cake wallet) then from cake wallet to vendor.
DO NOT put LB or littlebiggy as a name because it will eventually flag up.

I had the same issue, it worked by sending the coins in chunks rather than in one go. It must've been triggered if you went up a certain amount. But you're right, it's unresponsive and gives no error until you enter a lower amount to what your balance is

If thousands of transactions show up on coinbase with LB as a reference, surely it will eventually flag up and the site will get unnecessary heat?
I think it’s probably better to randomise the names for every purchase.
Not trying to tell you what to do mate, but it could become an issue further down the line- not only could it lead to the site being shut down, but it could lead to a knock on your door if you have repeated payments referenced with this website.

Just had the same problem and totally agree. Using LB as the name is a recipe for trouble. Both for the site and your CB account. I just used a random name and it's gone through.

Sorry, realised my mistake and have never done it again, wad only trying to help, and everybody calling me stupid for using my name as my user id should know its not my name, its the name of an old teacher that lives in Australia, so steady on people. I won't be offering my help on these forums again

What I just did on an order just now was to send funds from the coinbase app to the coinbase wallet and pay from there. No issues whatsoever. Hope this helps

I've got the wallet but don't use it. I Might do that next time. I had to do 2 orders yesterday my Bro doesn't do crypto and I had to write a fake name on both transactions so it looks like you'll be asked everytime. I don't know about writing little biggy though, that seems a bit shady imo, glad your sorted 👌🏻

They may have paused sales temporarily due to the volatility of BTC at the moment, but your guess is as good as mine. It's very rare a vendor attempts an exit scale on this platform, and even rarer that they succeed thanks to the escrow. Should be nothing to worry about - and even when your favourite goes missing, there are still plenty of amazing, reputable vendors

100% on board with you, sales should be worth more at the moment to vendors if the price fluctuates like it should. Some folks are just risk averse, and pull out at times like this. Some are fearing a drop back to 40k at the moment - I don't see it myself though.

Yeah Fin, seeing now there’s quite a few popular sellers with the same message so I reckon you’re probably right, crypto concerns and all that. I don’t do anything else with my own other than spend it here so I’m clueless about that stuff tbh

They might just be making changes to store page/ could be they are having issues / could be closing down. There are a few reasons but I don’t think it will be just you who is not seeing page…which vendor?

They've not banned you lol, but you can confirm that by telling us who the vendor is, and someone else can check

but this platform has changed my life, i dont buy to sell this is personal, also every single order bar one went perfectly but i didnt have to open a case the seller offered to send me the refund + the difference (with price dif) and then some extra. basically love this site, love almost all the sellers special shoutout to LV and pistach to name a few, id say 90% of orders was next day when i opted for free ship buy to be fair i usually but an oz or 2

more so this can be confirmed by sellers the amount of buys/ value, it should be a light to buyers where things havent been resolved as yet the norm is parcels delivered on time. With cheap/value bud expect it to be subbed at times, if its crucial check with the seller before hand.

Hi guys so I basically purchased an order and used the bitcoin wallet I needed to pay for a previous order. Will I be able to retrieve that amount back?
Essentially placed 2 orders, 1 order has been paid and then received an additional £110 by mistake as I purchased more bitcoin and used that wallet instead of mine.
Any help appreciated!

Hi all. How many of you have ever received an empty package on LB?
I placed an order last Wednesday, I won’t name the vendor just incase it gets resolved. Package arrived on Friday, empty. It didn’t look like it had been tampered with at all and no RM/Customs letter or anything.
I messaged the vendor instantly, received a reply on Sunday evening asking for name and shipping details and have heard nothing since.
I’ve placed 150-200 orders in 5 years on here and this has never happened to me. Do these things get resolved? Panicking now as I’m also running out of bud.

So i recently bought some smoke off a vendor who's now closed up shop/not visible on site. Thought the stuff i recieved was okay, admittedly stupidly reviewed, but should have waited to do that as upon closer inspection there was a few okay buds but the rest is dead. I mean 5 bowls and im sober as a judge dead. Wont name the vendor just wondering if i have any options other than take the loss? Any help appreciated ✌

This particular reason is why I actually don't make my reviews until I have finished the product. A lot of the times you can misjudge an order or perceive it as better than it actually is. At least if I post the review at the end, I can give a valid review that covers all areas rather than just the initial smoke

Never been in the situation. You’ve just admitted you’ve received it and by the sounds of it reviewed it favourably. If you are trying to get your money back I guess you can dispute still, not sure, how long is it since orde was raised. Not sure how that will go given vendor is supposedly not here anymore and with a positive review confirming you received. Seems a bit opportunistic to me and might reflect badly. But it’s your choice.

Yeah I been there where I’m just happy to get my supply and I score it a 10, when maybe it’s not quite there. I also want to support the good vendors. Only time I’ve ever disputed was when I didn’t get my order at all. But like I said it’s just my opinion

I'm trying to pay for an order but my wallet keeps asking to check recipients name (I always just put any name in)- anyone have this problem?

Just use a random name or your own name if you are sending to an external wallet first.

I use exodus wallet and from cb send to this wallet, checking send to self. From exodus I send for lb transaction, no questions asked. While you could just send to self from cb to lb transaction it might eventuallly look suspicious given the address will likely always be different

I cancelled a number of orders a number of months ago. Messaged sellers to obtain refund as didn't know the process. They said message refund Borg but the order numbers have vanished from my dashboard. how do I obtain the lost details so I can process my refunds.

Leaving it so long that the order history has auto deleted does make things messy. Message Refund Borg directly (go to your Chats page, click +new and type in Refund Borg, then explain all in the text with as much detail as possible). Then hope for the best...nobody is out to keep your coin but long term records are not stored...

Happy new year everyone. Was trying to put an order in and revolut just doesn't want to work today. Keep getting an error message "something went wrong please try again later"

I get stuck on the save page for wallet details, either business or individual, enter details and the box stays grey, won't turn white and let you save.

I'm getting the exact same error today. Tried with older wallet addresses and it works but try any wallet address generated by littlebiggy today and I get the same error

I tried 3 different addresses and all the same issue. I finally managed to send it through using the manage all addresses and add new option up the top right. Not ideal but if your really stuck hopefully that works for you as well

It sort of works now and doesn't give that error, but now I have to choose what kind of wallet/exchange I am sending to from a big dropdown. Anyone know what to select?

With the options I picked my wallet not someone else's and unknown wallet/exchange. The extra options definitely threw me off but it sent through with no issues. Hope you managed to get your order in mate or this at least helps

You still have to select which wallet it is though like Solflare or meta mask. Any tips? Like just an exchange then?

If you haven’t deleted your browsing history find the order page and try logging in from there

orders not marked despatched after 100hrs of cleared payment are auto cancelled by LB and a btc addy will be requested by refund borg

You will see a dispute button on your order page 9 days after the order was marked as sent mate.

Seller approved order cancellation after the wrong amount of money was sent and confirmed I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Refund borg messaged me asking me for the Order ID and my BTC wallet address, to which I provided. It has now been over 24 hours and I haven’t received a response from any of the borgs, including the Transaxe one. The order still shows as ‘Cancelled’. I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed and won’t ever receive my money back. How long is the current wait time on refunds? And how long does it take for the borgs to respond?

Just curious on how to begin the process for a refund? The vendor has claimed multiple times to have sent the items only now today to claim he sent mine to some one else by mistake.
He's just giving me the run around saying it will be sorted but at this point I dont want it sorted I just want to get a refund and avoid this vendor in future.

Check the top of the order page for the dispute time window. Has it expired?…if not click the Dispute tab on the left.

No, its actually just come into the date window for dispute, I just wanted to double check and reassure myself. Its more that the vendors giving me the run around and lied on at least 2 possibly 3 occasions claiming its been sent. So I am at the point where I just want to get a refund and wash my hands of this vendor.

Click on dispute. This opens a new 16 day window for resolution- the vendor will know you are disputing. If not resolved auto-settlement Borg will apply a % refund based on reputation…

If you click on the order there is a 'Dispute' button near the top left, that starts the refund process.

Oro verde inc, out right lied about sending the order twice possibly three times. Then had the gall to claim he just send it to the wrong customer.
Hoping for a full refund but from what ive learned Im not holding my breath. Wouldnt day scammer, just incompetent and not entirely proffesional

I’ve paid for an order from a vendor yesterday not showing on LB order page. I’ve got the transaction details on my Coinbase showing the bitcoin address it was sent to, how much and when it was sent. I was definitely logged in to LB during transaction …. this is the second time this month. Different vendors. I’ve as yet to have a reply to any comms with vendor. this time. Bit worrying.

Hey all...need some help...used this for years and never had this issue before.
Had two items in basket, completed the order and sent the BTC...all went through fine. When I checked today, the order isn't present in my recent orders and appears no trace of it at all.
Money still gone out of CB wallet. Went through my history (which shows the exact steps I took), but still nothing. Anyone had this before? What's the resolution?
I was logged in and could see previous orders.

Are you absolutely sure you were logged in? When you go to the order page from your history does anything load?

checked with seller. order received just not showing in history. bpm back to a near normal value.

I have had this happen to me with two different orders recently n I was definitely logged in. Sending the payment thinking all is well n good only to check progress n no record on lb of order. There’s something not right. I make several purchase a month and have been doing so for over 3 years. Never had a problem then twice in a month with two different vendors.

BitPanda recently changed criteria and asks for Recipient Name and Wallet Host. I made one order with that new setup, and made up a name for the Recipient and set Wallet Host and that worked fine. But last month they added Host Name, and when I just put something random in there, that's where I think it ficked everything up. Any ideas anyone? I don't fancy losing another wedge of BTC to who knows where that sht goes. Thank you in advance!

Sorry I'm a bit dense with all this stuff, does this work because electrum is an offline wallet? Do they not ask for the recipient name etc? It's just what bitpanda said to me made it sound like a regulatory change. Thanks in advance.

I've just stuck a post up about this. Bitpanda are demanding I give the recipient's legal name and dob for them to send my BTC. Might be time for a new wallet. You can read what they sent me in my post.

All went through in the end, I just gave bitpanda my own date of birth and name (which they must already have?) and they agreed to put it through. Fuck knows?

Who can i speak to regarding a fraudulent dispute... I tried to message cleanup borg and got no reply. I sent 2 ounces of bud to someone. He received it but said he didn't as there was proof of delivery. He made a dispute and just out of good measure i sent a reship which has tracking and proof of delivery once again. He did not reply to any messages and i requested him to cancel the dispute as he received the second parcel... He did not respond to any messages and neither did cleanup borg. He won the dispute and got refunded and even received the free bud. How can we fix this.

That’s ridiculous wtf!? So we can’t do anything then? I just need to confirm because I’m trying to be civil I know I got scammed and I’m waiting to see if LB are have the decency to do something, if not, the customer lives pretty close to me and I’m more than happy to take matters in to my own hands 😂

Vendors be very careful. My personal recommendations to avoid is Patric and Iddledew, Remember there was once upon a time you could return a box of rocks to Amazon for a full refund. People abused it. Now Amazon aren’t so easy. Littlebiggy seems to still be in the abusing stage, they will have to make things fairer towards the vendor at some stage. Hiding behind an “algorithm” is bs, especially since the dispute does not auto settle in any way when timer runs out, takes days…
Disputes can be complex and should be treated like any typical DNM system. Facts have to be reviewed. Especially when Royal Mail has exact coordinates and signatures.
I will say big up auto settlement Borg for dismissing my last dispute, 300$ +, disputed and logged out for 30 days.
But if that scammer put a little more effort in, he would have got my 300$ no doubt. Pure scammers about.

Yes it happens it can be anywhere from 4 euro to 15 euro don't reply to any txt msgs but if an post sent you a letter scan the qr code and pay.

Solved it sorry for the thread guys turned out my session crashed and was actually logged out. Got the page to link everything and sorted! Lesson learnt haha

I just did same thing placed 2 orders whilst logged out not nice situation to be in your st mercy of sellers honesty I’m glad to say one seller did send order the other took advantage and looks like ripped me my mistake tho I guess

I had this problem, if you log back in and then use your browser history to find the transaction page, visit that page then the orders will link up with your account

In my Coinbase account it shows I’m sending bitcoin to my Coinbase wallet but once it lands in my wallet it shows as Coinbase wrapped bitcoin.

It says the btc was received but is pending confirmation and has beeen for hours, whilst transaxe keeps going down, worried it will cause delays

Mine's not even saying received. Just unpaid. The payment completed over an hour and a half ago on Coinbase. Stressed and worried now.

Have you had any joy yet? It's now 3rd day mine is still saying unpaid and getting no response from my Transaxe message.

Same here still. Transaxe of no help. I've sent them the transaction confirmation hash. Address of the transaction, bitcoin amount, time of confirmation etc. No help or anything. My money has disappeared into thin air it would appear. No explanation. No advice on if I can reverse the transaction. Sod all. I'm so pissed off.

I finally got a message this morning saying "it shows paid". Which it does now, phew.

No it hasn't and my order has disappeared so I can't see a status. Glad you got sorted though. Maybe something will happen but its looking like the money has gone. With no explanation :-(

My order finally shows as paid, 12 hours after originally sent. I did not receive any acknowledgement from transaxe or LB. We got lazy, pathetic, and complacent people running this broken site. Just a matter of time........ i hear that an experienced guy who has just left prison, is looking for a job.......!

i had the exact same issue and worried ive lost almost £90 due to me cancelling and the btc then clearing... coinbase rlly threw me off

Yes same here, tried quite a few times today (Mon 27th Jan) and every time same error. Will try normal browser I guess though I am not keen.

I managed to get it through Tor just now, but I haven't received a confirmation yet that payment has gone through. Fingers crossed.

Yes mate had it myself last few days, only through Tor. Reluctantly switched to browser and went through. Definitely one to be looked into but there's a possible fix

So possibly an issue with Tor? I recently updated the browser as well... Possibly something to do with that?

Only half of order received from a previously flawless vendor. I have contacted them 3 times on the 9th, 13th and 20th December with no reply. Also no dispute button has appeared… Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.

About uWakeiBake, a heads-up to others. Over £100 of order NOT received. No dispute button appearing. No response to multiple emails. Previous orders completed without fault, then stung by this. I probably shouldn't have expected more, but very disappointed.

Hi, I made a payment for an order through coinbase, which has gone through, but my order on here is still showing as unpaid. I didn’t reference my order number in the notes, would that cause an issue? Argh! Help!

Mine is over 36 hours unpaid now. Messaged Transaxe around 9pm last night, no response yet. Read somewhere in another thread it can take them 2 days to reply! 😳

Received this instead of G13. How do I raise a dispute? I can't in good conscience pay money for this old, dusty bud. It is not G13. I don't mind swap outs, but this is daylight robbery. Unsmokable.

That looks shite you must be fuming paying biggy price for street corner shite so asking for advice rather than public outing and going straight to war, well done and in my experience the approach that has the highest percentage chance of you being appeased, if they are not a total knob they will appreciate you giving them the opportunity despite shit weed and then shit customer service, 2 strikes.
3 strikes however and your out so if they’ve been online and not responded to you again for 48 hours is indicative they deserve to be hunted down and unleash the hounds lol.
How much is there 7 or 14 ?
And how much have you paid for it ?
In 200 odd drops I’ve only had 3 situations I’ve felt deliberately stitched up.
2 were rectified after lengthy comms
1 was a total knob 14g import and seeded and basically responded telling me to get over it, sometimes you just know your dealing with an interbreed, the twats you avoid and why you found biggy. I actually just let that one go as just like on the street I sensed that potentially I was vulnerable in that they had my name and address and could fuck me over in multiple ways worse than being £140 down. Never ordered off them again, gave them a shit review and took the hit. In 6 years though that’s the only time I’ve been bumped on here the majority of vendors take pride in their products and reputation.
And in all honesty I’m not a tech/computer person but have seen stuff on here about people being hacked and stuff - fuck that.
I hope they get you sorted, sometimes if they are waiting on stock they go quiet till they can actually dispatch, is the listing still live ? Have they got other bud listed ? I have emailed before saying essentially

Yeah, just unusual. I'm not grinding an axe, would either like what I've paid for or just get a refund. The seller was okay up until lately but seems multiple people have been ripped by said seller of late. Shame as they've been alright for the past year.

Think you have to wait 9 days or something, then in your orders you will see the dispute option

What to do if a vendor is ignoring all comms, and for multiple customers? As is the case here

It's just a waiting game mate. Not a lot you can do. You could up your mining fees to see if that helps but it doesn't always make a difference and obviously costs you more to do!

How do I create a dispute when there is no option to dispute on the screen
If the dispute window has passed, you can post on vendors page. I'm not sure about the exact requirements, but it's something to the effect of: post title says ' request late dispute ', and inside main message, you leave the order number, date of purchase and reason for dispute.

Where does it appear as today is the first day I can raise a despite, but there is still no button appeared

the dispute button appears 9 days after item marked dispatched .. it will appear on the left side of order page .. u will need to check time off dispatch as the 9 days starts from that time

ive made previous legitimate post about a vendor, ive gone to post an update on the situation but before i posted it warned me of talking about external trans and expulsion. what has happened and has my account been flagged in some way.

I’d tread carefully and be wary of using certain words or phrases. This site appears well automated, and the message may have been an automated warning.
They are likely monitoring for keywords. If a vendor has asked you to go off site, or you’ve included links in your post, it may have triggered. I imagine they do it to try and deter people trying to lure punters off site.

You can navigate back to your order by clicking on the order tab when logged in. There you will find the review you left with an option to edit. Orders disappear after 40 odd days and are gone for good.

My wallet does the same. I made an order the other day and just put details in unrelated to the vendor, and used the option for other wallet and payment went through fine. I think alot of exchanges are just doing it to comply with the policies from 2023. Just add a fake name and other for wallet host.
