Being a long time smoker, there’s people who smoke throughout the day, people who smoke in the morning only (wake and bake), people who smoke after work, and (me) people who smoke just before bed 😴

If you could only smoke one spliff a day when would you smoke and why?

For me personally, I used to smoke throughout the day but decided to cut down a little and now I’m an evening person! Nothing like a nice mint tea and a spliff on the balcony watching the moonlight and knowing I’m going sleep like a baby 😂

The best for me is sitting down with a cuppa and a joint after a hard shift, feeling my muscles and mind relax, the world seems like a better place, not in a delusional way but feeling good enuff to not think about the shit side of life)

I am sure there is some science to it, like the body releases hormones as soon as it gets dark that works better with the THC, I think.

Only thing about smoking at night is it effects REM, however sometimes this is good thing, as it can stop bad memories bad dreams etc, I haven't dreamt in a long time.

Im a long term hash smoker and I’ve never had any issues smoking before bed until recently…
