What sense would it make for me of all people to fill carts and put it in packaging when I make two of my own carts?
I literally made my own vape 4 years ago, and may I say a consistent and imo better than most shop ones, because of the fakes and crap that was about back then.

Click in Orders and then select the order you wish to review, you should see fields to enter that info. Not all my orders are there so I guess they must disappear eventually.

The whole point of LB is that we have escrow (LB take 10-15% from sellers to help fund this). The Dispute button appears after 9 days- really ANY order not received after 9 days should be disputed. If your order somehow comes good you simply cancel the dispute, but your coin is protected.
Orders do time out, dispute now….
