Contact Transaxe Support mate. Include the order number, wallet address, and transaction ID so they know what's going on, and they should be able to sort it out. Your coin if sent to Transaxe is not lost.

Apologies, but I've done 3.9g of APE shrooms this afternoon, so I may be missing something vital, or not. General mindset currently.

As in no response at all yet? You're usually looking at a couple of days usually for replies, hence try to always include all of the details in the 1st message just so it doesn't stretch out to 3-4 messages over a week. Don't expect any response over weekends either, and add that to the timeframe.

After sending the wallet I sent the BTC to, I got a response saying they can't find the wallet that I sent it to on the system, so the next message I sent was all the extra details you had outlined in your previous post. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday and hope for the best
