You can only follow the process. If there is no two way comms then there is nothing else to do, the dispute runs its course and you get paid by auto settlement borg.

Its a shame when we get vendors like this because it makes biggas reluctant to stray from those tried and trusted and give noobs a chance. But it does always increase the risk. That said, your coin is protected....

Only thing you can do now is contact the vendor to try resolve the dispute or wait for algorithm to settle dispute.

If you received a message from “auto settlement borg” reply back to him and explain the situation it might help not sure but his not a bot and is worth a try.

It is frustrating when it happens.
Just for balance though, don’t forget we’re on here buying illegal drugs and participating in illegal activities much like our dear vendors who stand to lose everything for what they’re doing if caught by the fuzz!
Far more than us punters.

These vendors take a massive risk some of them providing a top service for little reward and just doing it for the love.
We’re lucky to have them.

It’s also possible that some of them have good weeks and bad weeks for whatever reasons, technical, bother get stiffed with a crap product that’s not their fault, supply chain issues and of course the intrusion of law enforcement.
They and possibly their families livelihoods are in the line so we can have a nice puff.

I just wanted to put that side of things across as we can take this place and the vendors for granted sometimes.

Of course open disputes etc but also be mindful that we don’t know what difficulties the vendors have to deal with.
