The dispute button shows after 9 days I think bit after a certain amount of time has elapsed it will disappear as its to late to dispute it.

If that's the case you'll have to contact the vendor you bought from. If the vendors well established they may offer you a reship or maybe a partial in good will but I'd imagine they'd of been sent out in good condition and royal mail will be blamed for the delay and they'll leave it at all unfortunately.

Hopefully this isn't the case for you because that would be a bit of a mess!

You haven’t given any dates but there is a dispute time frame given at the top of your order page…the start date is when the dispute button appears. It also expires after the end date.

Quality issues are tough ones for LB to resolve, so I agree with ULC- speak to the vendor. Be fair and honest and with a bit of luck a resolution will be found between you.

If not you can dispute- resolution will be from Auto Settlement Borg based on yours and the vendors reputation.
