I ordered some bud from a vendor called " Dopey " at first he told me he canceled my order because i didn't have over a certain amount of order's he then said to me he will send it great i was happy the weed arrived and the mimosa was disgusting it had bud rot and smells like its been rolled around in some co-codamol tablets it's wrong un smoke able how can i go about disputing this to get my money back as i did ask him if there is anything we can do he replied " i don't care do what you want "
