I made an order on 11/12/24 from the seller LVcannabis. The seller notified me that they had sent it on the 12/12/24 but the package never arrived.

I lodged a dispute on the 28th through society and have yet to hear anything back from the seller since messaging them regarding the whereabouts of my order.

I've noticed the seller has now not been online for a number of days now and has had many messages on their page from others who have ordered from the seller recently all complaining that their orders haven't arrived either with little to no communication regarding their order.

How can I get me money back? Do i have to wait for the dispute period to end even though it's clear as day that this seller has scammed myself and many others who bought in good faith around this time?Just one look at this sellers page shows a number of customers complaining that their orders have not been fulfilled.

Please let me know if you need any more information from me and what the process is for getting my and all the other customers money back from this scammer.

Same story as everyone else here on this comment section. Made an order on December 11th, seller marked the item as shipped on the 12th. Then nothing...
No replies to my messages since, no response to the dispute raised, nothing.
Seller seems not to give a damn and has taken people's money.
Hopefully with this many disputes being raised on this particular seller we will all at least be getting our money back.
