I am sorry to hear that man. To be completely honest, my mistake was with the same vendor. I wrote them and I did not get any reply:( I saved my coins only thank to the people here on the forum. I do like the stuff from Pistach, they do their job, I always receive the parcel within 24h, but they do not communicate well, unfortunately. Which can be stressful for the new users especially. 120 is a load of money and lots of smoke and I really feel for you mate! I am still pretty new here, but having a great experience with The Spaceman for example, I would recommend them 100%. I would recommend Pistach too, just the comms are not what I would expect.

The potency was as expected. Product arrived looking good too - I had a lot of whole mushrooms. They certainly did the trick - I wouldn't have reordered from them if they weren't up to much tbh
