Just go to messages mate then hit new then in the box where it says 'to' start to type transaxe, itll deplay transaxe, click it then you should be good to good to send your message.

How did you contact transaxe? I can’t find an option? Vendor cancelled my order so need to request a refund:

If you message Transaxe with the order details they should be able to sort it all out for you when they're online :)

At the top left hand side of this page beside Transaxe Support there should be a "chat" button and thats how you message anyone user here privately :)

Alright there mate I hope things worked out for you with all this mess? I was just wondering please when did this happen? I’ve got two orders that I’ve paid for but are showing not even paid yet??! I’m so confused about this shite! It’s all above my head.
Today is Tuesday 16th 2023

Hi guys. I placed an order on Sunday which eventually expired. I contacted transaxe on here, but by the time they got back to me the payment had eventually gone this morning and the order is now processing. I'm not sure if this is always the case, I assumed it would have been paid back to my BTC account. Main thing is, I don't have to reorder. There is a massive back log at the minute, so you may just need to wait it out or see what transaxe say.

I’ve just signed up for Coinbase following the demise of Localbitcoin. Someone on here said theyd had no problems with it. Is your recent experience a one-off or have you had multiple issues? Can I convert my Bitcoin in Coinbase back to GBP and send it back to my bank if I want to go elsewhere? Hope you get your problem sorted sounds hideous!

One off, and Transaxe sorted it after the Easter weekend. Yes, you can withdraw to your bank.

Yeah u can convert it back but why would u want to? Get a wallet and just send all bitcoin u ever purchase to your wallet before u ever spend it on here, or anywhere.

I've never had any issue with coinbase..

Ok thanks. So I’ve set up a CB account, bought £100 of BC, downloaded the CB wallet app, transferred the balance to my wallet and I was ready to buy from LB until I saw this thread. Any pointers for getting the purchase done as I’m struggling a bit to work thst bit out. 🍻

don't use the coinbase wallet, use exodus or electrum

Never send direct to transaxe from your crypto exchange, get a wallet

And also did you enter the password wrong on coinbase? The only time I've had issue with coinbase is when I entered my password wrong, when I entered the right password the second time coinbase withheld my bitcoin for a day or so

Honestly if you can be bothered make a cryptopay account. It’s SO much better

I'll look into it, for now, the send has gone through, and I don't know which vendor received it. This is a bloody nightmare.

How’d you even mess this up in the first place bud? Oh yeah coimbase haha! Honestly.. no problems with cryptopay you’ll end up switching in your own time, their customer service is also horrendous

Basically, at the weekend when Transaxe was down/bugging out, somehow ended up paying the same vendor twice. Borg refunded it, so went to reorder from right vendor on 4th, and Coinbase put a security delay on it, 3 days. Basically, can't cancel a send once it's been initiated, by the time that the 3 days was up, the Buy order had auto deleted cos it hadn't received a payment and was sitting for a week unpaid. Ofcourse, payment has now left wallet, but not tied to any transaction, cos the fucking transaction deleted itself. Messaged the vendor, but the wallet that Coinbase said it was sent to, wasn't his. Really hoping it's like a transaxe escrow account, they can find the payment, and refund it. Soon see I guess, waiting for a reply.

Yeah, after this week, Coinbase can go fuck itself with a pineapple.

Transaxe will fix it, they'll have a record of the transaction
