If you message Transaxe with the order details they should be able to sort it all out for you when they're online :)

Alright there mate I hope things worked out for you with all this mess? I was just wondering please when did this happen? I’ve got two orders that I’ve paid for but are showing not even paid yet??! I’m so confused about this shite! It’s all above my head.
Today is Tuesday 16th 2023

Hi guys. I placed an order on Sunday which eventually expired. I contacted transaxe on here, but by the time they got back to me the payment had eventually gone this morning and the order is now processing. I'm not sure if this is always the case, I assumed it would have been paid back to my BTC account. Main thing is, I don't have to reorder. There is a massive back log at the minute, so you may just need to wait it out or see what transaxe say.
