The dispute tab appears on Day 9 and will show the dispute expiry date (16 further days for a total of 25). Your window has closed which for future reference you should never let happen.
You can try the Late Dispute Process: Go to the Vendors Page and start a new topic with the title ‘Late Dispute Request’. In the text show the date of order, order ref# and reason for dispute.
