Can't believe the service

Hi,

I'm a long term lb user and I've never had an issue in all of my time here,

Until

I order 2oz of shake from a well known seller on the 23,TD Feb, I paid for 24hr delivery, after 4 days nothing arrived, I contacted the seller, the post was to blame and he "can't do anything about it" as it's out of his hands,

He finally agreed to resend the shake after 7 days, I also ordered some hash from them on Thursday night paying for next day,

Now you'd think that after such a poor show on my original order and then ordering more that they'd send it Guaranteed Saturday, I checked the tracking number he gave me and he didn't even post it until 16.40pm on Friday,

Why, why wait so long, all they keep doing is blaming the post, how can two items go missing? ,

I'm sick to death with the seller, I'm just being fobbed of, I've paid nearly $200 for nothing,

Don't forget the first order was supposedly sent on Feb 23rd it's now March 2nd,

What can I do, can I make any sort of dispute, I'm fed up of getting told it's the Royal Mails fault, if he'd have used the proper service then it would have been ok so it's the sellers fault not the post

The Vendor is Dopey, apparently he said now I'm supposed to be happy he posted it again (that still hasn't arrived),

They just won't take any responsibility for anything, if he'd have posted the items using the service he offers when I bought them they would be here by now,

I just keep getting excuses from Dopey and the lack of an apology so far is pretty telling, no customer skills, NO empathy at all and no smoke at all

Is it easy to open a dispute because I'm not letting them get away with my money and no weed or hash

I’m fortunate enough to have not had any disputes as as yet but as far as I understand it’s fairly straightforward.

The dispute option should be on your order page. Once you dispute there will be an opportunity out for you and the vendor to sort this out. If that can’t be done then a decision will be made based on reputation and a settlement will be reached.

Even if the vendor has said they’ve sent again make sure you still dispute. It’s easy to cancel if the goods arrive. Good luck, sorry you had a bad experience. Happy to recommend some more reliable vendors if you like.

You should have an option to dispute on your order page mate. It appears 9 days after you placed the order so you should be able to see it.

God I wish i would of read some of your topics about other vendors before accepting this order IT WOULD BE LOVELY TO HAVE A WEEKEND TO RECHARGE MY BATTERIES BUT NO I EVEN WENT INTO THE POSTOFFICE AND HAD IT SCANNED AND HAVE DONE EVERYTHING INCLUDING COMMS CORRECTLY THE ONLY THING THAT I COULD OF DONE DIFFERENT WAS TO PERSONALLY HELICOPTER IT TO YOU !!

UPDATE ON SECOND ORDER IT IS SHOWING AS READY FOR DELIVERY TODAY SO IN ACTUAL FACT IT TOOK ONE WORKING DAY.

All that i seem to get is problems whenselling shake so I am going to only sell to regular customers people i know that are not going to throw you under the bus!!

My daily cut off is 3pm it is displayed quite clearly you ordered at 4.45pm so that is impossible as I work to RM cut off which I know inside out.

I do not offer Saturday special delivery as you can not book it online so it risks my safey normally it will get to you mon-fri in 24hrs and most of the times on weekends.

And now even though i have reshipped the first order withinside 7 days I am now having to be shammed and will be given a bad score what a fucking pisstake this is.

I have also sent a reship as the first one which was sent last week is still not with you and I could of waited but instead resent out of the goodness of my heart please look below to see that I have sent both items correctly:

Your showing the tracking from the 23rd Feb, the seller did nothing, I had to wait 7 days according to him before he can do anything, so I still have nothing

Accept it was your fault, it's your business don't be a big baby,

Awful attitude, can't admit he's done anything wrong, blamed the weather for a few days and then the Royal mail, then me,

I understand you don't delivery Saturdays but if you read your reviews you have upgraded people 's post on a Friday to be delivered on a Saturday when you've messed their order up, Why wouldn't you do that for my order as this is a very important order that's a week old so you'll just basically making me wait even longer,

Take it on the chin and apologise

It is showing as delivered today which is Sunday and we sent on a Friday plus we reshipped your missing shake 56 grams i might add I wonder if you will pay for it when the first one lands?? I very much doubt it.
