Some sellers do it this way, usually (but not always) because they send separate parcels. Shouldn’t cause an underpayment though, if they’re charging twice it should be in the final price.

If the total to send didn’t include postage that’s probably a bug that needs reporting.

A lot of sellers don’t work weekends - could that be your 3 days? If your order is short enough that it’s not showing as paid the seller won’t see it, if it’s within 2 or 3% and showing as paid then it will be sent.

As long as it's over 97% paid the clock is ticking for them to ship your item before the auto-refund kicks in. Can't speak for comms, some are better than others. Hope it lands quick buddy.

Ah okay. It's a blockchain thing. All these posts you see about fees? It's the same issue.

Fees must have jumped after you paid which explains the discrepancy. The seller will not see the order until it's confirmed.

I sent a payment Thursday - still not confirmed today Tuesday.

All you can do is wait. Neither the seller, nor transaxe can assist. If your wallet allows you may be able to increase the fee to get the payment sent, but my quote was $1400 fee to accellerate a £250 send.
