Clicking the dispute tab that appears on your order page after 9 days holds your coin in escrow and creates a new 16 day window for you to try and resolve the issue with the seller who will be aware you have opened a dispute. If you resolve it, click ‘resolve’ to cancel the dispute, but don’t do this on a promise as it cannot be reopened.

If you can’t resolve it then auto settlement Borg will apply a % refund once the time window has expired. This will be based on the ‘reputation’ of both parties ie purchase history, time on site etc. Noobs have little reputation obviously as it would be too easy to join and dispute for free gear.
