Where you don’t receive your order after 9 days a dispute tab appears on your order page and clicking it opens a dispute and protects your coin (it’s held in escrow). If it still doesn’t arrive or is not otherwise resolved between you and the vendor in 16 days (most are) then auto settlement Borg will resolve it.

You can still use a process called ‘Late Dispute Request’ where the time window has expired. Go to the vendors page and start a topic with the title ‘Late Dispute Request’. In the text give the order#, date of order and reason for dispute ie ‘Not Received’. This should then be picked up by Refund Borg.

Like I say, it’s quite difficult to get ripped off on LB but it’s better to use the system than go it alone…
