Our domestic policy is as follows:
Stamps No Tracking - ZERO REFUND ZERO RESHIP UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES
Tracking never updates past Label Created aka never scans in. - 100% reship or refund after 14 days
Tracking stops moving- 100% reship or refund 10 days after last scan.
Tracking goes out for delivery / says delivered. - 0% reship or refund under any circumstances.
Our Europe policy is as follows;
No arrival within 21 days and tracking gone dead- 50% refund, no reships because we will assume your country has very strict customs and cease shipping there. We think such an event will be very rare ^
By ordering with us you accept these terms, and any attempt to abuse the dispute system on here will result in blacklisting, and other vendors will be warned of your behaviour.
GUARANTEED SHIPPING CUT OFF: Order by 10PM, and your order will ship the following morning.
Example: Order confirmed paid by 22:00 Monday, will be shipped Tuesday morning for likely delivery Wednesday morning.
That is our guaranteed cut off,
however, we strive to get all orders placed by 1:30pm out on the very same day. We domÿt recommend you wait until the last minute, as we domÿt guarantee anything past 10pm the night before.
