Did it go over 99/100 hours for your order? If so, I believe that's the auto cancellation by the system point. You'll then get a message from refund borg about your refund.

Fair enough, but Transaxe haven't reached out to me or refunded my coin

I've done all that already (except wallet address) and my Revolt says that the bitcoin was paid but Transaxe didn't reply to my message and cancelled the order. This use to be all so simple and now all this messing about, Transaxe: where's my bitcoin?

Check the Trasaction ID of the transaction and pass this onto transaxe they will help you

Transaxe contact both , if you cancel and seller does transaxe refund ok dude

My seller is aware and asked me to contact Transaxe which I did. Transaxe have not contacted me but they did cancel the order that I already paid for. The whole point of this site is to avoid all this malarkey but having seen similar messages I have to wonder if this site credibility will stand.

Transaxe aren’t the quickest off the mark and they don’t cancel orders, you could try refundborg.

What similar messages are you talking about? I’ve only seen those from the Canadian serial scammer who’s been ripping off good vendors for months.
