Annoying when this happens for sure. Sometimes it can be down to RM, perhaps your order missed the cut off. Perhaps vendor only sends certain days of the week or they balls up the cutoff. Will probably arrive tomorrow or Monday, think after 9 days you can dispute….though I see you have asked about other disputes….perhaps choose more reliable vendors with 9.6 or higher and 100+ sales….too many disputes will also make you look like someone on the dodge for freebies

Errrrrr….it doesn’t make a lot of sense as written, but…

Don’t let the dispute time window expire. If there is still time left (it’s shown top right of order page) and your resend is due at any moment then hold off. If it’s going to expire and it hasn’t arrived, click dispute and then click ‘resolve’ when it arrives to cancel.

Logging a dispute protects your coin…

The Dispute tab appears on your order page 9 days after being marked as Sent (the Algo assumes a UK delivery that has not arrived at this time is probably not going to).

Clicking on the tab opens a dispute and protects your coin (it will not be released from escrow to the vendor whilst the dispute is live). It then creates a further 16 day window for you to attempt resolution with the vendor (most disputes are resolved this way). The vendor will know that you have entered a dispute and this often prompts action to resolve.

If the goods arrive or you agree a resolution then you can click ‘resolve’ to cancel the dispute. Do not do this only on a promise- you cannot reopen it.

If you cannot agree, get no comms etc then after the date given Auto Resolution Borg will settle by means of a refund. This may not be 100%- for example if the dispute is about quality then the matter is subjective. ‘Reputation’ is used by the Algorithm i.e. how long you have been here, number of orders, disputes etc and the same for the vendor.

Yeah, the cart is great- one single payment regardless of number of items or different vendors. Once it goes through your items will show as separate orders allowing you to monitor, review, dispute etc separately…👍👍
