They appear to be taking the piss. Initiate a dispute when you have the option. 'Transaxe are very busy' shows particular disdain for you, and suggests they understand the process enough to try to put you off.

I never told you we were sold out, I said we don’t have any 1g samples left but I was happy to give you a refund as your sample “hadn’t arrived”. Then you sent me a message saying it had arrived

I have never sent you a message to say it has arrived. I sent you another message yesterday to ask what was happening with my refund and you said not to worry they will get to yo eventually

unfortunately u wil prob have to wait the 9 days then open a dispute as the seller mark sent ... not ideal for u sadly ☹️
