I did this once, the advice I received was
"If you are using a browser that logs your history then find the order page at transaxe.com in your history > click on the Order ID > log in.
Or message Transaxe Support through the link i attached, send them the Bitcoin address you sent your Bitcoin to and they'll help."
I don't have the link though, sorry.
I also messaged the seller, eventually I guess the seller must've done something for me as the next day the order appeared in my account.
