Seems I can only buy £100 at a time now on coin base….wtf ! If there is more of a crackdown , whats the alternative…..if we can’t use BTC?…what is LB going to do to deal with these changing times

Try to make a purchase and ur limit willl increase (just don’t fully put the payment threw)

Seems to not be the case anymore. Coin base is working for me for the time being

I use revolut as my only bank account. no need for a physical bank account,because i have a mastercard with them,all my earnings are paid into revolut,and did not need any photo id.I buy my bitcoins from them and then transfer them to my exodus wallet.fees are really low also :)

Is Exodus an Apple only product? Not seeing it in Play Store.

I’ve done same w/ Coinbase - bought bc & sent straight to vendor. I do have a Coinomi wallet but haven’t used in ages. Only concern is I haven’t submitted a wallet address in case of dispute/refund. Don’t know where to do that, I’m little new to LB/Transaxe & unfamiliar w/ the proper process. Any advice from others would be appreciated

Does anyone use Paxful? theres sellers who want paypal as payment method and i'm wondering if its legit? the exchange rate is 99% on some offers that would save me a lot of money as i have no ID and being using coincoupon at £15 fees for each buy!

Yeah paxful is good to buy from just buy from sellers with lots of good reviews as some want more money than you sent nd agreed upon but it is overall good

Btw. Ive been using the plain blockchain wallet for two years without any issues. Least hassle wallet Ive seen! And since I wont upgrade my OS on my mac its one of the few I can actually use. Just sayin, cause Ive seen how it is hated upon on the net. Guess its the competition that spread this lie.

Holy cow - bitcoin is effing complicated. It's not just setting it up, it's all the fees that get added here and there. Wallet, exchange, verification - and then when you take the leap you discover a UK credit card purchase gets you a 24 hour cooling off. WTAF?
I guess it's just the first transaction but even so.
There should be a really simple guide here, step by step and list a few wallets and a few exchanges. So many searches to figure it out and going round in circles.
I was gonna recommend the thing to my mates but they won't have the patience.

well I did it - all through Exodus, dunno if rates good or not but whatevs. Avoid Paybis, bank accepted it but Paybis rejected every time

How much do you have in your wallet?….if it’s less than the total with fees it could throw up an error🤔

Exchanges still cant beat the price of btc I get on localbitcoinsdotcom. The only hassle is I need to order btc and go to my local national financial agency and pay a money transfer slip with cash. Thats not a prob tho, cause the teller is a very nice looking woman :P And btc is in my wallet in 3-6 hours after I pay.

Can I ask, does 'local national financial agency' roughly translate to the Union in the West or something similar?

It will depend on which country you are in. Look for the bank that is managing the most business in your region...

Seen this on one of the other platforms not sure if 100% correct but I would be wary of coinbase they are very intrusive closed my account a few months ago. They give details to HRMC depending on whether you’ve spent over the threshold limit.

Bustards charged me 35 dollars fee for sending. Was under pressure so had to accept. Good shout though

I have the exact same problem, I open an account and send ID for verification but after days of waiting I get rejected. Really need to buy of LB but can not get around the BTC issue

Finally just got message from.coinbase that I am now verified, will try first top up in morning as I think fees should be less. Then Will make my first purchase of a Oz of hash from lb

Yes it’s for everyone, it’s because Bitcoin fees are through the roof at the mo and they are trying to negate the effects. They peaked Tues and seem to be dropping but not yet close to what everyone is used to - I expect it will be several days at least until they remove the restrictions

You can, however the network fee for BTC is currently £21.... 😔

It's down because they changed the token, it's been swapped over to a new one called AURUM.

Trading is now non existent for moonboys since the switch hence the low chart's.

I'm earning 1 BNB every 6 days just for holding it. That's due to the tokenomics of AURUM.
More trading on the marketplaces and I get more BnB .

You need something like Pancake Swap to buy in.
The value has fallen around 85% since this tip was posted, now they've rebranded to Aurum and it's still falling, albeit slower. It didn't fall because they changed the token, they changed the token to halt the fall and left thousands out of pocket (you only got the new token if you were holding 6bn of the collapsed token).

Many factors make me believe in that much price increase, as with all tokens and their infancy this is yet to get listed on alot of the exchanges. That itself is a pump signal there.

There's other great factors..
The team and developers and their progress so far in less than 30 days since token launch.
The rugfree audit and big sponsorships recently achieved for publicity.

What they set to achieve, and much much more..

Regular charity donations that creates big publicity, NFT sales..

I doubt I'll ever word this enough myself for people to understand the true potential in this token alone.

I found it a little difficult to buy in, I followed a video but I don't think the software was matching up with the directions. Maybe it was me, I don't know. Though would like to invest and have been watching it for the past month or so. Also I haven't seen it being updated on coingecko as of over a week ago. Where do you follow it?
