Seller approved order cancellation after the wrong amount of money was sent and confirmed I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Refund borg messaged me asking me for the Order ID and my BTC wallet address, to which I provided. It has now been over 24 hours and I haven’t received a response from any of the borgs, including the Transaxe one. The order still shows as ‘Cancelled’. I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed and won’t ever receive my money back. How long is the current wait time on refunds? And how long does it take for the borgs to respond?

How long does it take for refund borg to respond? I received a message almost instantly as soon as the seller approved cancellation requesting my Order ID and BTC wallet address, but since then it’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t heard a thing and the order is still showing as ‘cancelled’. I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed and will never see my money again.
