Have you messaged the vendor explaining this?

If you haven’t then I would at least try that. If they don’t respond or you think they’re just not bothered then take it up with transaxe support and they will get you a refund.

Sorry to hear this is your first order on lb. Don’t be put off. My advice on picking a vendor. Go off the ones with overall good genuine and recent reviews. I’ve never went wrong in that sense.

To contact transaxe just type in transaxe support on items. Go on items, then where it says ‘keyword’ you can search them up there. Click their page then send a message by clicking chat. Provide them with the order number and the wallet you wish to receive your refunds. This happens, I’ve dealt with shit heads on this in the past who are somehow still on here and don’t even have any skills in communication. I wonder can they even write. Anyway, sorry to hear this and I hope you aren’t put off been on here for years and I’m glad I found this place out of a stroke of mad luck.

Ah that sucks. They have good products but I've seen comments about their general lack of comms on this site.

If it's been 2 weeks and they're not reaching out to you, I'd just request a dispute. That's why we pay extra for the escrow service.
