It should change to paid as soon as (well, practically) a transaction hits 1 of 4 confirmations. Contact Transaxe Support with your order number and the transaction ID. If you sent it to the right address your payment is safe and held in escrow.

If you ever have to contact them mate then put as much information in the initial email as possible, or you're looking at a few days for initial response, then the same for the response to your response if they need one. They're efficient, but it can sometimes take a while. You'll be fine. Hope you're okay having your coin tied up in the interim dude.

Had the same issue this week. After 24 hours of it not being marked as paid I contacted transaxe and they got it sorted another 24 hours later. Missed the cutoff for the weekend but just glad it's sorted tbh

Sorry for jumping in but I’m having the same issues, how do I contact transaxe and who are they? It’s been 4 days and still showing up as unpaid. And apart from 1 message from the seller asking my name and address I have had no other contact from him, I tried to not overly pester him but I have sent a number of messages and provided the transaction ID.
I’ve never had this issue before so am a little lost as to what to do…
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated guys :)
