Can anyone help? I made an account yesterday and just finished waiting for the cool off period with the crypto, just tried to log in to buy and the account isn't here anymore/ my log in details don't work. I bookmarked my account too and when I go to that it says page not found.

Would the account have been deleted? Or is it possible someone else have access to it now and I'm locked out?

I'm not sure I trust any of this on the site anymore tbh. After all the faff with setting up the crypto, dealing with the bank trying to stop me buying and now my account has gone I'm not sure what to make of it.

Anyone know what I have to do to get back in? Or has anyone had this happen. Or am I just unlucky. Should I try again or just go back to buying local. Thanks.

Edit: I wanted to add that I'm worried if I put an order in on a new account and send the coin that the same will happen again and I'll lose the order and the money.

I've also been unable to message the vendors today, last night I contacted one and today I wanted to contact another and place an order with both but I couldn't send any messages today. I don't know what's up with that either.
