My payment hasn't registered it says unpaid on LB but paid on the blockchain.

It says the btc was received but is pending confirmation and has beeen for hours, whilst transaxe keeps going down, worried it will cause delays

Mine's not even saying received. Just unpaid. The payment completed over an hour and a half ago on Coinbase. Stressed and worried now.

Same here still. Transaxe of no help. I've sent them the transaction confirmation hash. Address of the transaction, bitcoin amount, time of confirmation etc. No help or anything. My money has disappeared into thin air it would appear. No explanation. No advice on if I can reverse the transaction. Sod all. I'm so pissed off.

No it hasn't and my order has disappeared so I can't see a status. Glad you got sorted though. Maybe something will happen but its looking like the money has gone. With no explanation :-(

My order finally shows as paid, 12 hours after originally sent. I did not receive any acknowledgement from transaxe or LB. We got lazy, pathetic, and complacent people running this broken site. Just a matter of time........ i hear that an experienced guy who has just left prison, is looking for a job.......!

Is anyone else experiencing slower than normal parcels with SN2D? My order left Houston on the 12th but seems to be in limbo. I know that RM were having issues with exports due to a cyber attack but I thought that imported items were ok. Hopefully it's just being slow post-Christmas and I've nothing to worry about.

Not sure how recent this post is due to the lack of dates on posts ffs - I’ve been getting carts for ages off SN2D - I’m in UK and they’ve never taken longer than 7 days. Now the last few are taking 20 minimum. This last order took 11 days according to the tracking just to traverse USA and then depart. It’s now been stuck at Heathrow for another week. Fucks sake 🤯

How is the shipping to uk? Has anyone faced with any issues? What’s the best method to go about it?

Really want the FF and alien lab carts but worried about the process of shipping to UK. Usually stick with UK - 2 - UK.

I've just put an order in so will let you know in due course, i did the UPS 1-3 days ($60) but its Friday so I'm assuming that's from Monday.

I've had no issues ordering first class takes about a week or you can pay extra to be quicker you also get tracking. Sn2d is a solid reliable vendor and his products are genuine highly recommend.

I PM’d the seller and they advised that it can take up to 2/3 to deliver to the uk but as windywillow said most take between 7-14 days.

I used to sell shitloads on eBay and I refused to use ParcelFarce, unless the buyer paid for full insurance value and then it was at their own risk, all agreed to in writing via official messages.

My T&Cs were a good A4 page long at one point. Changed 'foreign buyers' to 'non-UK buyers' as anyone from the US didn't think they were foreign. I dread to think what sort of bullshit and weird messages vendors get on here with the nonsense I got sent over the years.

Makes you really notice scams, and seemingly innocuous things that are completely untoward though. 99.9% of scammers go away if you tell them that you'll agree to their weird request, but you only accept payment via irreversible W.U. payment. Pretty sure escrow on here works as well, and eBay used to have physical escrow years ago too, but not set up by themselves.

The tapdancing elephant in the ParcelFarce depot that all parcels seemed to have to be subjected to must be worth a fortune as a circus novelty, even if they're getting on a bit in age.

SN2D offers a variety of postage options on your order page. I used Global and it was tracked all the way with the vendor supplying the number when item sent. I think it’s DHL who bring it to the door….

Placed an order this past Sunday, didn't expect a response before Monday but happily surprised to receive a message from sn2d that my order was being processed and a shipping label was created (got the tracking number). It's now 4 days later and the package hasn't been shipped, vendor hasn't answered my messages even though he's been online and now all his listings are gone.
Is this normal? Should I be worried?
Not first time using this vendor and processing has taken a few days in the past but never this long.

Every time SN2D takes a break they list their stock as unavailable and when they come back in a few days it's all good. I've ordered plenty of times from them with no issue so I'd give it a couple of days before worrying any more. They've always been back.

Literally the exact same circumstances for me as you described above. Like Sofasurfer said, Sn2d has been stellar a long time. So I just trust they’re handling it and they’ve just got some other stuff going on at the moment.
