Sounds like you weren't logged in or you timed out during the payment. If this is the case your vendor will have received the order but it won't show up your end. You won't be able to review the order either!
Just contact the vendor you used with what you bought and weight, approx time and the details you put on the address section and they can locate you easy enough mate.
