Your vendor will have received the order as 'anonymous'. The way we find these for customers is quite easy at times depending on how many anonymous orders come through that day.
You can narrow the day/date down then an approximate time then cross match the item ordered and amount.
If you have screen shots of your transaction as confirmed on the blockchain just drop transaxe a message and they will be able to find your payment via the TXID you'll have.
Even if the vendor struggles to find you the payment won't be lost. Transaxe will sort it for you. Just supply them with the date the order was made and the TXID.
