Hiya, first time having to get a refund. Order was eventually marked calceled after 100 hours

At first I replied with just my wallet address, but I read from someone you also need to include the order number so I sent it again

Is this manual? Automated? Should I expect a message back during the wait?

This is all quite confusing - because I trust LB I know I'll get sorted eventually, but I'm basically just leaving it to the gods at this point. Hopefully it's not too long too since this was my weed budget for the week (last week... lol)

This absolutely isn't LB's fault and I appreciate that, still love the site however this order experience was so frustrating. Better luck next time :)
