on the 30th of september, you responded to me saying 'I'm not gonna lie to you I missed this message which is my bad I'm not ignoring you we are just very busy... Nevertheless we will make sure your order goes out today to YOU and will throw in a couple extra bits' all of which i appreciate. however it is not my fault that i did not receive the order. i responded on the 7th of october, 'Hi, I've just seen these messages, were these sent out as I've moved address and wasn't expecting to receive them at all,' to which you sent royal mail tracking info. tracking info does not help if it was sent to the wrong address, and its not my fault that you didnt check before resending. i then told you i would see if i could reorganise redelivery, which i did attempt, however ROYAL MAIL DID NOT COMPLETE THIS, AND TRACKING SAYS IT WAS SENT BACK TO YOU. you have not responded to me since the 26th of October which is why i have now had to raise a late dispute.

Id like to reiterate, i ordered from 5 different sellers all together on the same date. yours was the only order which did not arrive.
