You can speak to the community, the Borgs won't enter into a conversation as there is an established dispute process.
Unfortunately if its been "months" then you are timed out of that process (the date window to dispute would have appeared at the top of your order page). You should never let a vendors promises delay you from filing a dispute- it protects your coin and can be cancelled if resolved.
Because LB is basically great, there is a 'Late Dispute' process for situations like this. You need to create a topic on the vendors page entitled "Late Dispute Request" and in the text show the order number, todays date, date of order and reason i.e. "never received".
Be patient as you are as I say 'out of process'.
