Are you sending directly to here, or trying to assess the additional fees on top of an initial transfer to your wallet?
In my experience you should, as a rule of thumb, work on the principle of adding around 4-5% of initial purchase fees (then be thankful when it's 3-4%) on top of what you want it to be. Fees can vary wildly depending on how the transaction is funded: if it's single input to output then it's about $1-3, but if it's funded by a wallet that's had lots of small inputs (deposits or a dollar or whatever) then there's a much higher fee to send that.
