If youāre on an iPhone when on the main items page, you can type in what youāre looking for in the website address bar, try to keep it limited to one word.
Type in the word of the item youāre looking for in the website address bar and instead of hitting the return button to search it on google, it will also say āon this page (3 matches)ā click on that instead of googling the word and it will create a little word finder for the page. Use it all the time when Iām looking for certain strains! Works on every website.

Has CTRL+F stopped working for anyone else? Used to be it would search the whole page, now it only seems to be searching around where I'm scrolled to. Like, I know there's shake somewhere on this page... I can even scroll to it, but it still comes up with 0 results.

I was using the function where you type into search bar and then āfind on this pageā which was working superbly until a week or so ago when the site seemed to change. I like wedding cake or ice cream cake so try to search that and now it says none, even tho I know there is!

I generally assume that if LB doesn't do something (obvious), it's for a good reason (security probably).

If you're using a VPN maybe not... But when you go through the normal web it always seems to know in in UK. I just load the items and select UK
Id always recommend a vpn when doing anything like this.
My favourite is Proton vpn, but mullvad vpn and ivpn are both good and privacy respecting

We found the quickest way is to send some samples out for reviews once the reviews come in you get more traction(set up a custom order for samples so postage gets paid)
Iām sure there is a help page on sellers arms on how to help.
Patience is key on here.

this happens to me quite often on here because I send pics in dms i guess the site thinks im spamming? never an issue from opera browser but edge and chrome are a nightmare for me for some reason
I can't either. I think it depends what device you use for example a phone laptop or desktop as it seems some people can and others can't.

Did they do it the correct way by adding a custom order for you on the store page and then you clicking to buy?

I place an order yesterday, around midday, sent the payment, payment was confirmed on the Transaxe page, but the LB order page still says "Unpaid".
Are there any current back-end issues that could be causing this? Or, less likely but more concerning, did LB give me the wrong wallet page to send the payment to?
Never had an order go this way in the last year on the platform and the vendor hasn't gotten to my message yet yet so hoped reaching out to the community may provide some reassurance or information.

My advice, sit tight for a lil while and see if it get delivered within the timeframe. If not, see if they get bk and if neither of those happen i guess you could try n dispute cos of technical issues with cryptonic. Usually it works out but anything is possible to just wait and see!

did the btc price go down around the time of the order? sometimes if the price drops during the order process it messes up on the biggy side. we've had a few show unpaid when buyers have sent it to transaxe but it showed up as paid after 24 hours. hopefully this is what will happen with yours

Had exactly the same thing last night on a GreenCat order, first time its happened. As others have mentioned might be a currency fluctuation thing or potentially backend issue here. Actually relieved to see it seems to be an all round issue..I'm keeping the order live regardless as unpaid i'd suggest you keep at least the order no. and your transaction ID to hand and let vendor know. Hopefully we all get sorted.

Trying to pay for my first purchase of the NY but I am now faced with extra layer of admin asking for recipients name/destination type/providers exchange. I previously paid using either Uphold/Bitpay apps on my phone. Is there a way I can continue to pay that circumvents the new requirements? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
I use uphold, setup your own wallet and send from uphold to that and then from your wallet to LB. When sending on uphold you just enter that you own the address and give them the name of the wallet provider. So for me that is Exodus. I them mark it as "moving funds to my non-custodial wallet" and i have never had any issues so far.

MightyRux is correct this is mainly for people moving crypto into fiat and using it as an investment as long as you dont do that and only use it for online purchases then the taxman cant do much ,though i would imagine the vendors might be affected by this when they try to change it back into fiat.
Bitpanda have now updated their requirements but it doesnāt make any actual difference. I put my own name as the recipient and then tick the box for self hosted wallet. Still not a problem.
I do this as well, however, I am concerned that I may have a nasty surprise, one day, from the customs/tax dept. I have no idea if this may happen but is is a constant concern in the back of my head.

How much does little biggy take when I make a purchase, I've tried sending extra but the majority of the time it isn't enough to cover products and cost?
Because whatever service you're using to purchase and send btc is charging you a fee. Bugger all to do with LB. I've attached an example.
LB doesn't take any amount from your purchase ... it sounds like u could b having an issue with network fees possibly

I've just had a vendor cancel an order because my profile was "restricted". Never had an issue ordering before but I have noticed in last year maybe 3-4 times when I've tried logging in, it will come up with an error in yellow writing saying "profile restricted" I refresh the browser and it'll let me log in fine.
It happened just before I placed an order. Dont suppose anyone else has had anything similar? Or know what "restricted" is referring to? Also anyone know how long for the refund to be processed?

When I go to place my order as usual (same login/same browser/same laptop), I now get the error message Field Required under all categories in the address form - even though they have been entered. If I refresh and try again I get the message An Error Has Occurred. Have deleted cart and tried several times - with different sellers even - but the problem remains. Definitely use your own, real name - less suspicion from the postie and if you ever need to collect a parcel from the PO and it's in a different name, you're knackered.
Using your own names allows you to pick up from the PO if itās been rejected several times for no signature etc.
The better option (imo) is to use an alias and delivery options that donāt require a signature.

At the bottom of the text box you have the option to add a web link or local image. Click local image and it gives you options to browse/select your image.
I can see those buttons when creating this post, but what about when sending a private message to a vendor - is there any way to attach an image to that?

Iāve been away for a while, just need some advice please. I saw the thing about Biggy Index, so placed an order with Gentlemen Dealers there. Saw the payment Pending, then Received so I closed the window, but it was in private browsing so it is not in my history.
No new order showing up on main site where I am logged in, so no chat confirming order, tracking number etc. I am not concerned about Gentlemen Dealers who have always been sound, but not sure how to check order is all OK. They normally donāt confirm until the evening. Will that message still come through to the main site? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

There has a been some users having problems. I have had an order flagged as unpaid ( check that) even though I did pay.
The vendor rightly won't send anything until payment is marked as received. Or there could be shenagins.

I put through an order last night via Coinbase, the transfer shows and completed and the order showed as paid last night. No trace of the order this morning and vendor has no trace of it either... Anyone have any ideas what to do? Used LB about 3 years ago and had no issues and know how to order, etc. Seems this has been mentioned a few times?
Figured it out for anyone else. The order at auto cancelled after payment confirmation, go to your browser history and find the order page for refund status and message refund borg

be prepared to go long periods of time without a lot of sales
customers will come when you get great feedback, also be interactive on the threads it moves you up on the wall if it sees your active. also when you post it shows your feedback rating next to you're username (free advertising)
i definitley reccomend using a safe os like tails along with tor networks to keep you super safe.

be prepared to go long periods of time without a lot of sales
customers will come when you get great feedback, also be interactive on the threads it moves you up on the wall if it sees your active. also when you post it shows your feedback rating next to you're username (free advertising)
i definitley reccomend using a safe os like tails along with tor networks to keep you super safe.

We started in December 2025, still quite new, but we found that giving out samples and people just paying for the postage helped our store grow. We did it for 2 weeks, and this helped to get the reviews.

I just made a purchase but forgot to log into my account when doing so (I didn't know you could do that), I only realised after paying. Could this be an issue? I still have the transaxe page open, but am not sure what to do.
If you are using a browser that logs your history then find the order page at transaxe.com in your history > click on the Order ID > log in.
Or message Transaxe Support through the link i attached, send them the Bitcoin address you sent your Bitcoin to and they'll help.

I've done the same thing! I got the order ID from transaxe but what do i do with it? When I go into orders it just shows me old ones and I can't find a button to add a new one!

Have had one response saying that they hadnāt sent the item (when they had marked it as such), asked for post code for tracking and radio silent since. How to I actually start the dispute process? Today is first day I can do it but there doesnāt seem to be a link anywhere. Thanks!

No, you can't send it back to them. Oddly enough, the return address won't actually be related to the vendor...
If they sent you some random strain that you didn't order, and don't respond to queries, then raise a dispute when you can. This seems to be happening more and more. Who thinks it's reasonable to send a different strain when that's not what's been ordered?! Sort it out. It's completely unacceptable, and I'd dispute too.

Also i messages magic vape yesterday giving them the first chance to sort this out with me before I started making topics cant be bothered with the drama just want what I pay for nothing more nothing less!
The ideal resolution of a dispute is that it doesn't go to the end, and it's amicably resolved beforehand. It's amazing how a dispute focuses someone to actually respond to you though.

Thanks for replying mightyrux. I honestly thought I was going mad mate. I will name the vendor "MAGIC VAPE". If you look at the shake menu they have, the "skittles and star dawg" are pennies. The first wedding shake was soo good I couldnt rate it any higher but the fact they have sent what I think is the skittles has just complete ruined my trust on any vendor on here now.
Realistically, they should have messaged you before subbing the order, to give you a chance to cancel. This is on the vendor.
This has happened to me like 2/3 times over 100s of orders itās very rare, you can message the seller they will most likely just reship you the item for free or if you canāt come to an agreement you just dispute the order and it WILL be refunded as long as your clearly not disputing all the time with different sellers

Trouble being that the vendor will sometimes be awkward even tho they know they have sent out something different. Damn even when the weed has clearly been sprayed or is dead they still say it's fine and to look at the reviews. I've had issues lately. Funny how the item was removed immediately however they say the weed is fine !!!!
That's what escrow and the dispute process on here is for. Vendors who repeatedly do this won't last long on here, if buyers use the system correctly.

An order we received showed up as 'anonymous' this must have been the reason then I guess!

Were you logged in at the time? Common mistake. Done it myself. If so message the seller and explain. If you can check your internet history you may find the order page with transaction id.

I ordered sativa shake and was sent an indica strain instead with a note saying they were out of what I ordered. No communication about it beforehand to ask if that was okay. And they aren't replying now.
I only needed sativa, it's the only thing that can allow me to focus and get stuff done.

Raise a dispute in 9 days post shipping. If you get something that you haven't ordered without any communication then you haven't received what you ordered. People can't just send you anything at all when you order something specific, and I have no idea why vendors think it's acceptable.
Is there any way to get an actual human at LB to weigh in on the dispute? It says it's all done by 'algorithm', means seems unfair as an occasional buyer who won't have built up much presence on the site. And they have finally replied now that I've raised a dispute and clearly admitted they sent the wrong thing but are just expecting me to end the dispute because they say they sent a higher grade of shake and I should accept it
There's no way to influence the process, unfortunately. Don't end any dispute until it's resolved to your satisfaction. It's not the substitution that I'd have issues with per se, it's the lack of communication beforehand, and especially the expectation of accepting it after being called on it.

Yes, but it's best practice to send from there to a non-KYC wallet like Exodus then send on. Will cost you a few quid more to do.
KYC is Know Your Customer. It's an international anti money laundering thing which the majority of exchanges are signed up with. KYC requires passport, address and phone number information for verification before purchasing. If you then send it to a non-KYC wallet, then to another, then you have additional layers of protection (hopefully...)
I bought more bitcoin and sent it from coinbase and not my wallet but I haven't put my address in ffs. I'm so had at this sort of thing

I'm sure that many here already use it. When I last posted about it, it was in a much rougher state.
It has come together nicely, and is jam packed with features to make using LB and finding items much easier, and more pleasant in a modern UI.
I'll keep the feature list brief since there's just too many to mention:

- All items/sellers contained in a one page app with easy navigation.
- See when an item was created or last updated

I need to set up a late dispute for an order that never reached me. Vendor has been responding for a while but stopped when it was time to refund. If I visit my inbox however - to my shock - none of the recent exchanges with this vendor appear. The order details (which I shared several times with the vendor trying to sort a nightmarish order) are also gone and no - not enough time has passed for these details to auto-delete. Not sure what do to as the vendor (whose page I manage to find again) is not responding now...
DM this post to Clean Up Borg and see if they can help.
It seems very strange. Chats will delete if a person is banned completely or when the thread times out and similarly orders will only delete after a set time but you say none of these apply.
You only need the order number and date to post a Late Dispute. Is there any chance you could find the original order page in your browser history?

vendor also complain about all message thread disappearing... I will try but I doubt I will be able to retrieve order number. Vendor seems cooperative though, hopefully they will refund.

In dispute with a seller (for UK) over lack of delivery and tracking details provided. While in dispute they have said they need full address to track package. I have asked which carrier they are using as this is not something I have heard before. Sent part of address to see it it would help with searching as I would have thought trackin num would be with order num. Thoughts? Should I just provide full address via chat.
The address gets deleted, so it's a red flag if vendors retain your address. Presumably this one hasn't, hence the request? Surely postcode should be sufficient for searching though?
Yeah I provided house number and last digits of post code as I assumed that would be enough - asked them if they are retaining whole addresses too. They are not answering the question of who they used to post either. Not sure what my best course of action is to strengthen my dispute.

You can't stengthen a dispute and you can't dispute over tracking information being withheld. You will need to provide the full postcode if you want the tracking checked as addresses given with the order self delete. You are simply disputing because the goods failed to arrive. If they arrive subsequently you can click 'resolve' to cancel the dispute.
I am not, I am disputing as no goods or tracking was provided despite being said to have tracking for postage. I provided post code and am not hearing back so going to have to let the dispute play out now. Nothing has arrived and no correspondence has come from seller. I know someone else who has ordered from the same seller and has done the same thing so clearly a fraud.

Just disputed a purchase as it never arrived and there is no communication from the seller after numerous messages or even a tracking link once address has been provided. He has been on messenger since I have messaged him and still no reply. I just disputed the charge and the borg said that algorithmic recompensation based on rep level will happen on the 3rd of January but could someone explain what this means? Same happened to me if you havenāt had no other disputes you will more than likely get your money back but takes about a month unless the seller refunds first if not lb will refund just make sure to send the Borg ur wallet address when asked as it wonāt just automatically go back to your wallet

Its Xmas and RM can take an age during this time. Ive had packages stuck with RM for a week or so before theyve moved. Just seem to get stuck then move on. You cant speed the process up. Hopefully the seller will now get in contact to help resolve.

If you've supplied an address then you'll get your refund normally in 3-4 days. Its probably too late to change the address.

Where to order from? All I see is over priced old pictures i have been scrolling for awhile and i only see a few actually change or update the item.
Any recommendations would be welcome, I really donāt want some low quality hay smelling smoke that is available in abundance in my area.
I have also found a suspicious white substance on the dawg in my area i cant say exactly what it is but 1g comes looking like .4 and itās visibly white and grainy anyone know what this could be?

Don't get your hopes to high on here, its largely the same crap on here just that its delivered. I have been on here a year and i couldnt honestly recommend anyone 100 per cent. Those that were good the first or second time, screw you on the second or third time buying. There maybe ok people I have not tried, but theres a pattern emerging for me at least with this site and im giving up tring to find them.
Also relatively new. Sign up. Get a bitcoin wallet ( only way to pay and guarantee payment is on site). I always pay through site. I just try a vendor after checking reviews and how they deal with issues then trust the weed gods are smiling on you. Try Half oz. Remember you mainly get what you pay for and priced in dollars so cheaper than it looks. So far I have good experience with Pistach, Spacemen and Spliffellas with Organicorigin shipping as well speak. Hope this gets you started.

Yes received the parcel, however the vendor has been radio silent for 3 days but been online, I paid for quicker delivery which turned out to be 9 day shipping, I dont particularly want to dispute however itās been 3 days since Iāve heard anything

Hi folks. Just a quick query. Is it permissible to dispute if the flower received is of such a low quality, unhealthy even. Is entirely different to what was advertised and genuinely looks like/ actually is some hemp with added terpenes. Came out damp from added terp & now is hardening/drying. Burns weird in vape and just makes me cough when used by any other means. I don't have any disputes on my acc but really feel the vendor is not being genuine in offering such a product with pics entirely different to the product received. thanks in advance
Give the vendor a chance to remedy, discuss it with them politely and rationally letting them know how you would like it resolved.

I donāt understand how he can be the only customer out of 50 sales of this product to make such wild false accusations about my product. If what he was saying was true there is no way it wouldnāt reflect on my reviews. I welcome his dispute as any mod/admin will see my reviews and know he is talking bullshit.
Also, his order is from 21st of November. And he messages me 15 days later one day before escrow closes to start a dispute. Vendors be aware before you accept an order off this character.
Opening the dispute simply creates a new 16 day time window hopefully for you both to resolve it. If this happens then the buyer cancels the dispute by clicking 'resolve' and it goes away. If not auto-settlement borg resolves it. There are no facts or evidence considered although the settlement is based on the 'reputation' of both parties....
Good thing most customers are honest unlike this chancer who has run out of smoke the last day of escrow and dying for a joint LOL down bad attempt at blackmailing for free green.

Yeah it can be hard on vendors. If a buyer thinks the weed is bad they should contact the vendor immediately. It makes no sense in any respect to wait two weeks on a quality issue especially if as they claim itās a serious one.
The same customer is now pulling the same scam on us.
They ordered an oz of berries & Cream on offer for $125+$50 shipping.
Complained that the strain is āweakā which is a type of feedback we have never had before.
I offered a generous gesture of goodwill of $50 refund, or $75 store credit.

I also want to state he received a reply at 14:17, 70 mins after his complaint. We are always online and reachable unlike other vendors. So there is really no excuse for the lack of contact until the last minute.

Your assumption is incorrect. I was looking for your information for record keeping and so I can investigate the supposed problem. Hard to investigate something that happened nearly 3 weeks ago now but. The algorithm bot shall decide. If it rules in your favour I am seriously reconsidering doing business on this site. We pay 10% on every transaction and patiently wait 16 days for funds even after buyer has left 10/10 review. the least somebody could do is manually review the situation. And in my opinion your very lucky a bot will decide the outcome because any human is gonna see the red flags if they even look into it for 2 minutes.
A prepared person makes a topic like that, checks their position. I have zero disputes against any other vendor. This is the only time a vendor has sent me a product of such low quality. That's equally a major red flag. Also the photos of the product bore no resemblance to the product received. Another major red flag

I did it once and tbh the latest order was terrible - different vendor - tiny hard buds that burn harshly. What gets me is all the 10/10 reviews you see on some of this shite

u are best having your own external wallet and send BTC to lb from there .. I purchase on coinbase and send to my atomic wallet .. then send the coin to lb from there ( that way the exchange only ever see's u sending to yourself ) .. hope that might assist š
This is excellent advice. Get a non-KYC wallet like Exodus, and tell the exchange you're sending it to yourself. It'll cost a few more quid in fees to then send on, but you're putting a layer between the purchase/transfer at least.
its just to remove any sort of indetifier to yourself. for example i would use a non kyc exchange for the initial transaction via tor then have it sent to my wallet on tails OS which is very anonymous. this way nobody has a copy of my driving license or passport. theres no middleman force closing my account because of suspicious activity etc a la coinb ase. i just like to be fully in control of the process without any vulnerable information being stored on some dodgy server
Heard Wasabi is good paired with p2p like hodl hodl, it gives you more control and your not relying on an exchange.
As others have mentioned. I use blue wallet. Then I use the ramp network to buy and send bitcoin (will need ID to verify though). Ramp has been the cheapest way I've found. Revolut use ramp but you can also go to ramp themselves.
I may as well get universal credit to send directly to my exodus. Not proud. But true.

Should an extract crystallise and block a puffco peak with just one use? Never ever experienced this with any extract before. Canāt use the rig again after using the extract without stripping and cleaning it because the air vent becomes so clogged it wonāt pass air through.

I have ordered from Dr Distillate many times, he is very good and delivers to my country, however he does not have any weed.
So I have two questions:
- Could you recommend me a good vendor that have buds and delivers to France?
- Some other vendors, like TGD, say they do deliver to France, but still, if I choose France as a country, I won't be able to see any of their items. Could someone tell me how to order from them then?

Donāt panic. Message help bot with you payment numbers and they can give you your order number. Takes a couple of days. Most will just send anyway and should confirm if you message them directly. Done this myselfā¦

Trying to be a bit more discreet and order to a pickup locker so that I can go out and get it rather than have it delivered to my house.
I think you need to supply an email address and phone number of the recipient to Inpost to allow them to unlock the locker, and this info would be blocked by LB, so unfortunately I don't think it is currently a viable option for use here. Not sure about the Royal Mail lockers, but less of them around as far as I can see. Would be great to be able to use lockers for deliveries.
If this is the case 1000% don't do this. Looked into getting a PO Box ages ago and there are too many ID linkages so it's not a great idea.
Do you know how I would set up a delivery so that it goes straight to the parcel locker?
As far as im aware, the seller would have to send it to RM locker, which may have security implications.

We don't know about the Royal Mail lockers but we have researched InPost in the past and from what we understood its only for sites like Ebay or Etsy where you can select it at the checkout like on Amazon when you change your address to the lockers so InPost is no use to any of us on LB but the Royal Mail lockers might be worth researching although we imagine they are something similar to the Amazon ones just for Ebay or something again or they would have us and every other vendor using the majority of the lockers in the UK :)

sounds like you werent logged in, its not a big deal as many orders are made this way. but you can try this:

2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

I've often wondered, and I've never seen it answered anywhere - can you pay an order from more than one wallet so long as you end up depositing the correct amount? IE pay 90% from wallet A and the remaining 10% from wallet B? This would have been handy a number of times.

if you cancel an order the seller has up to 60 hours to confirm if it was sent, after this refund borg sends you a message requesting your address for refund.

Hi davro1975š. As far as I'm aware š¤ your funds should be with Transxe. With your order details. Keep in contact with the vendor you ordered from. If your order messed up. Don't worry you should get a full refund. Mite take a few days I'm not sure. Its never happened to me. So im not šÆ% of everything.also keep a reference of your order number just incase.Good luck š¤

Seller clicked on cancel by mistake, yesterday morning.
I didn't know this at the time, first thing I saw was when I logged in this afto,
a message from refund borg saying send wallet address for a refund,
So i gave my wallet address, later on I messaged seller asking if he was out of stock. Gets back to me just now explaining it's been marked as canceled by mistake.

I think pgp is just extra steps for no good reason. That's why I don't use it anyways. Kinda annoying when other markets force you to use it...

Blockchain.com photo id gold verified account and HBOS visa debit card.
Moving btc from a third party wallet to it is easy even from btc faucets as it is the father of them all and HBOS have no issue with you buying btc though visa will send you a passcode to your phone to complete purchase.(mastercard are paranoid idiots)
Once you have all the pieces in place no more problems might be worth looking into setting up for the future save you messing about with third party wallets.

You are not the first! Transaxe will have your money. Message them directly from your chats page including the address and date of order. They will find and refund.
I can confirm what Polly has said. I did the exact same thing last month and transaxe sorted me out.

I am sorry to hear that man. To be completely honest, my mistake was with the same vendor. I wrote them and I did not get any reply:( I saved my coins only thank to the people here on the forum. I do like the stuff from Pistach, they do their job, I always receive the parcel within 24h, but they do not communicate well, unfortunately. Which can be stressful for the new users especially. 120 is a load of money and lots of smoke and I really feel for you mate! I am still pretty new here, but having a great experience with The Spaceman for example, I would recommend them 100%. I would recommend Pistach too, just the comms are not what I would expect.

I have been using littlebiggy for a while now and not many complaints. Recently I had something replaced in an order and it came unsatisfactory and quite under for how much I paid (275 dollars). I have contacted refundborg but how much longer I have to wait is anyones guess it is taking a long while to get a reply. Is this normal?
thats a dispute not a refund, hit the dispute button on your order page 9 days after its marked sent
I already have he convinced me to stop a dispute saying he'd pay me back and when I closed it he scarpered quick. Not good at all.
Dont close the dispute until thee reship has landed ive closed them before because they asked and then been ghosted since you cant reopen them

I'm new to this and I'm a little frustrated. I tried last week to buy from a vendor. It all went through ok, then 3 days later it was cancelled. Ive tried messaging the vendor but every message has been ignored. Ive inputted my info to get a refund. Thats not even gone through yet.

That is very unlucky, especially if you were using seasoned vendors. On the bright side, your coin is protected and you will get your money back. Let us know what you are trying to buy and perhaps we can give some firm recommendations.
You will get a message from refund borg for the first one, the second sounds like you'll get an automated refund too since he hasn't marked it as sent.

No, ive just joined, they were my very first orders. I used DrShrooms for my 1st one and he ignored all my.messages. its really annoying. Not a great start. I only wanted some golden teacher mushrooms

People set up new accounts to slate vendors and make false disputes. All you need to do is contact the vendor first via messaging and have a chat about what you want to buy. They will let you know in advance if they will accept your order.

Dispute after 9 days, that'll get their attention and you'd be doing everyone else here a favor by the sound of it.
When they ask for your address to check tracking. Donāt do it. You will get a ban on commenting and wonāt be able to post. I did get a 91% refund. Better than nothing. But Dr Tony Chopper wasnāt helpful. I will never use him again!

Hello, Iām new here and made my first order which was just a cart from dr Terpy. I made the order however itās been over a week and it hasnāt been delievered. Iām aware Royal Mail can be slow but my friends who ordered from little biggy who live very close to me are getting their orders next day. So I reordered another cart from dr terpy again and itās not come the next day. I know realistically this second cart could take 2-3 days but idk if itās normal for this to happen?
What type of post did you select? Normal RM First Class can definitely take a week, Tracked 48 can be 5 days or longer, Tracked 24 3 days.
Check when it was marked Sent. If its tracked then ask Doc Terpy to check the tracking. After 9 days its unlikely to arrive and the dispute window opens on your order page to protect your coin.
Reach out to the Doc via messaging and he'll sort you out with a reship no doubt at that stage.

I live in jersey which is a channel island in the uk the drugs here are fucked expensive it can cost up to 35 quid for 1 gram of shite hash n nearly every single time I've tried to order from here it's just been stopped by customs apart from once does anyone have literally any idea or recommendations for any vendors that could help or literally anything thanks
I used to live on the island back in the 90s. Great place for cheap booze and fags but getting anything to smoke was a real pain in the arse! Used to get bits and bobs but as you say, very expensive. Used to have to boof it when entering the island. Would even get checked leaving the feckn place! Only thing I can suggest is go down the medical route. Get a prescription and your weed will be delivered legally. Other than that - only use vendors who have experience getting packs into the Republic of Ireland, who are also notorious for stopping packs. I donāt live there so canāt recommend anyone but sure someone will be a long in a minute. There are a few vendors on here that deliver to Ireland and therefore may have success with Jersey.

They're not too strict anymore which is very fortunate, one of my mate's dad went to prison for half a gram of hash back in his day which is insane. Damn if only all the booze was still duty free that would be incredible, buying something like liquor from a shop isn't too expensive it's just the bars and pubs, there's only one club left and the prices there are insane a cocktail can cost over 20 quid. So Popeyez sent me a parcel because the previous one seemed to be lost..and in the end they both arrived, the first one a long time later. Paid once.
But I loved the guys at Popeyez and did send the bucks to their btc address.

You can only use normal Coinbase to receive your refund.
Search for Bitcoin in the search bar in Coinbase > click on it > click receive > you will get your Bitcoin address there > send it to refund borg

Trying to place any order, when I go to pay I get an error saying āinternal error occurredā. This happening to anybody else?
I think somethings going on with transaxe because when I try to load the website it says "421 misdirected request". I could be wrong in thinking that the errors are linked, but I've never seen that message in my 2+ years using transaxe

Don't know if it applies in your case, but it takes a while for the dispute process to get started and complete. Keep checking back once you get the dispute started.

I've ordered off a vendor on the 23rd of July. I haven't received what I purchased and no messages off the seller only asking me to review the order which must of been an automated message to me .

After a transaction being cancelled for a postage error (Iām on a lot of medication) day before yesterday and some v rude & unnecessarily aggressive comms from the vendor I asked refund borg for refund with address etc - but nothing. Anyone know if I can do anything else? Iām fairly unwell and wanted vapes in ready for treatment this week but obvs that hasnāt happened and I canāt afford more till refund.
Hi, sorry to hear about your problems. Did refund Borg actually come back to you? If they have asked you for a wallet address to send your coin to then, yes that will happen within a couple of days. Normally the vendor will need to have confirmed the cancellation to them. I hope it gets sorted quickly.
Refund Borg normally takes 2-3 days for refund, can sometimes be longer, but as soon as they refund it you will have it back in your wallet.

You haven't said when this was but you probably need to file a Late Dispute:
Go to the vendors page and open a topic with the title Late Dispute. In the text put the date of the order, the order number and the reason for the dispute- "Order never received"

Message Refund Borg direct from your Chats page. TBH they are probably a little confused! Let them know you have posted a Late Dispute request on the vendors page but had no response. You don't need to mention the first order mix up if that dispute has been cancelled. Just give them the order number, date of order and reason ie order not received. Good luck...

I'm missing an order to sn2d from yesterday as well. Payment was received, I wrote a message to sn2d about my choice, now today there's nothing.
I just got a notice from the package carrier that my order is on the way, so sn2d must have trusted me enough to send it without waiting for Transaxe to sort things out. I'm happy.

Despite the current issues with TransAxe I just want to say thanks again to the LB team for even making this service possible. It might seem really annoying right now as you might've missed the shipping cut-off for your order yesterday, but just remember 10-15 years ago we couldn't have even dreamed of something like this even existing. It's so incredibly easy to get what you want now, and there's an incredible variety of products at an incredible speed.
It takes me more time to figure out what I definitely want to order and what I'm slightly less fussed about than it does for me to get the BTC, send it to my wallet and buy whatever my heart desires. And if you're not happy you can always get in touch with the seller and/or get a refund! Back in the day you'd get told to go fuck yourself half the time, if they even bothered to respond to your text.
To everyone who's currently dankrupt, my heart goes out to ya, but just be patient and remember what an amazing thing we have here. DNMs get struck down left and right, but LB doesn't seem to be going anywhere.

Same thing happened to me. Orders are automatically canceled if they're not filled in 100 hours. I don't expect my refund until tomorrow (Monday), and I think yours may arrive by then too. Refund borg is probably pretty busy now with SayNo2Drugs being off so long.
EDIT: I just checked bitcoin rates and my little refund has gone up in value by $10 since I paid for the order... so a little good news.

I assume they're on holiday. It happens a few times a year, I've never lost a cent so far, but this time I'm a bit dry...

Hi mate think you should be fine choosing "sending to myself", think it's the self custody wallet option. Make sure you're sending to an alternative wallet before direct to vendor.

its not a big deal as many orders are made this way. but you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

i managed to get my order linked to my acc by finding the transaxe link in my history, then from there i could merge it
unfortunately i dont have the link in my history - saw a few people have used this method. Hoping theres another way using the order ref? Thanks for the help though :)

Depends how long? The Dispute tab appears on your order page 10 days after placing the order and a dispute time window will be shown at the top of the page. You should always try and stay in this time window.
If it has expired you are out of the process but can still raise a Late Dispute.

Double check for the Dispute tab on your order page- it wonāt appear until 10 days after your order was marked as Sent. The dispute time window is shown at the top of the page. You only need the late dispute process once this has expired.

The vendor will have received the order in the normal way so your order should show up. Its unfortunate if they won't confirm with comms but come back if you don't get it or a reply...

In my experience you should, as a rule of thumb, work on the principle of adding around 4-5% of initial purchase fees (then be thankful when it's 3-4%) on top of what you want it to be. Fees can vary wildly depending on how the transaction is funded: if it's single input to output then it's about $1-3, but if it's funded by a wallet that's had lots of small inputs (deposits or a dollar or whatever) then there's a much higher fee to send that.

Depends who you use really. Some of the bigger exchanges pick up on the temporary wallets transaxe use, and people have had their accounts ban.
I've only ever used Paybis and now Bittylicious, neither of them seem to care if I send direct to transaxe (which I've always done).

Okay, so if you used an amazingly named site like Bittylicious to obtain coin then they factor in the fees at the start, so what you ask for is what you get. However you are sending this to a non-KYC wallet like Exodus, so just add about Ā£5 more equivalent when you buy, and this should be sufficient to send on to LB. 2 steps means people have to work to track your transactions, if they're doing that sort of thing, and it's not highlighted by the exchange.

They're using a default api function for coding the website which is supposed to be for when the temporary data will be lost when you switch page and if you go back it will be gone, continue is acknowledging you understand and know what you're doing and mean to do it, cancel is supposed to stop the switch and stay on the page so you don't lose data. Which is how it's set up for trying to close the window you type your review in, cancel on the pop up doesn't switch, and okay closes it back to the order page. The review button to bring up that menu doing the opposite is counter intuitive AND wrongly implemented is all it means

Its weird there being no pages and just infinite scrolling like facebook, and it doesn't seem to be random or based on prioritsing showing posts you haven't seen or are similar to what you like and review, or like there's so many little features and things that just any of them being done would be huge Ws for LB.
I'm falling into really liking this site, I just am dumbfounded its basically getting Neglect Tek'd like a bag of mushrooms, and like them, bearing amazing fruit.
There's not much better you can do to improve the situation for the shrooms growing situation and if anything could make it worse, but for LB there's so much easy low hanging fruit from like a decade of website development and trends, consumer experience data and expectations, features to improve customer and seller experience and safety and also to bolster and enhance the review process and it's reliability, and just a couple of basics done right would elevate the level of LB dramatically I think, but maybe there's some rhyme to their reason and they don't want it to become too easy and popular.
The eBay or Amazon of drugs is a title that's went around for stores before because of design and ease of shopping and the experience being like on them with sellers and reviews etc. Which its a weird comparisson but i get it and it invites a lot of scrutiny too, so appealing too easily to every average joe schmo with a phone is probably not a good gameplan, and I imagine they don't want to rock the boat considering how long they've been operating successfully now.
But that's my fully benefit of the doubt, honestly I don't believe that that's it though. It's just not well maintained and developed and is neglected hard is what i really feel, but hey those types can be and produce the best types, diamond in the rough. This just needs some cutting and polishing, toned up, and I've never had a better site and community for it. So close to greatness it hurts.

After traveling abroad my country setting has changed automatically but itās now really tricky to change it back to the United Kingdom. The drop down menu isnāt functioning properly and all i can do is choose the first country listedā¦.which is afganistan. Any advice?
can you please tell us what browser (and its version) and device are you using?
the country drop down should show you all the available countries, you should also be able to filter the countries by typing into the input box

but they gave me the solution which is pretty brain dead, but hit cancel. Simple as that - weirdly it works properly for the same pop up if you try to cancel the review and cancel DOESNT go ahead with it and actually cancels and okay actually does mean what the message says - dumb af lol, sites so old how is that still a thing?
and why is there so many features missing, having JUST got keyword search not that long ago from what I can tell
oh well it's still the best for sociability overall and the deals and quality are mostly pretty amazing in my experience compared to many other avenues which hey I guess I didn't expect and I'm definitely gonna be here for a while.. it's just crazy! Hi, I paid for an order, I made sure the btc amount and address was 100% correct and I can see its been confirmed and sent etc but the order on LB still says unpaid, is LB just slow atm or should I be worried? Usually the order changes to paid within 20mins

Ive just had this happen to me but it fixed itself after an hour just be patient i assume the website is running slow
On very rare occasions it's taken an hour or more for a payment that I've seen is confirmed on Mempool to register on here. Don't send more.
Sometimes for some reason it leaves a tiny amount unpaid . I dont know why this happens but its happed to me multiple times . I just send a small amount like 5 dollars to the same address and it āpushes the paymentā and get confirmed .Until you receive message from borg with confirmation its been paid and seller will send times next , its still pending . It said unpaid for many hours.

So I made an order at 5pm yesterday 15/06/2025 definently paid, have the receipt in my coin base. However today I went to check on the order, and its missing, I just have 0 orders in progress? checked my history, I was definently on the correct site. "littlebiggy.net" I made 20 order before with absolutely no problems. checked looking at my phones browser, PC's browser, cleared cookies etc. bizzare as this is the first time? is it possible I ordered on a fake site some how?
It sounds like you've placed the order while not logged in. Easy mistake to make. Not to worry though. The order will have still gone through to the vendor.

I'd just cancel mate, takes 2 seconds to respond to a customer... its just rude imo. Maybe the vendor didn't see the message though, it happens.
If you cancel you will have to wait for the vendor to accept the cancellation, its not an immediate refund button.

Just to be accurate the auto-refund occurs if the item is not marked as Sent after 4 days (100 hours). An item can be marked as Sent without having actually been shipped and I have had items shipped before they have been marked as Sent!

I had an item in my cart and entered my details, the amount and transaxe ref appeared I made payment to the Transaxe ref and this has been succesful. Myself (Buyer) and the seller cannot see the order. Any Help appreciated.
Had same problem yesterday, order was there for a second and then disappeared, got in touch with supplier and he confirmed order received.
not sure in your case, try your history to see if your order is there, sometimes it lets you link them again. failing that ask borg and check your record for the order you made of bitcoin you made. hope this helps im sure there plenty advice out there.

Same issue for me. Wasn't working whatever button I was hitting. Glad to say hitting cancel now works for me after clearing my cookies.

if you cant resolve with the vendor, just hit the dispute button when it becomes available and its likely you will get some or all of your coins back (based on your reputation).

No, as cancelling the order does nothing other than sending a message to the seller to cancel it on their end.
Another reason for real names. If you used yours, and you've lived there a while it will almost certainly land even without the door number.
Honestly I'd be surprised if the sender doesn't spot the problem before shipping anyway.

Cant speak for anyone else but in my experience green cat has been great, i may be remembering wrong but think hes a one man band so may just be behind, busy or offline due to personal stuff without cover. Either way dispute window opens day 9 (i think?), if you cant get a resolution from GC then thats when you use the dispute and let it run its course. Always sucks with a late delivery though, hope this is helpful and you get it resolved šā

Pistach - claims to have refunded the money but the money never arrived. I was trying to trace funds but no luck trying to get it from blockchain. Apparently, only the sender can resolve it. No response since I said I cannot resolve it from my end.
The Pontif of Piff - first claimed order was returned to sender. Next he claimed the courier company cannot find the address while giving completely different address to the one I sent (I sent the address 3 times). No response since.
DrTonyChopper - asked for address to track the shipment. No response since.

honestly i wouldn't touch jeeter's outside of US unless they're from a US vendor. they're by far the most faked cart, maybe just behind cookies carts. honestly not worth the risk id go with a 510 thread from a good seller on here
if you dont mind 510 thread id personally go with doctor extracts 70/30 carts or any from dr.distillate. they're usually my go to vendors for carts
any official carts on here are 99% going to be fake. remaining 1% will be $150 for a gram. you're just paying for the brand. check out Dr distillate for prefilled distillate, live resin, and 50/50 vapes.

Hiya, first time having to get a refund. Order was eventually marked calceled after 100 hours
At first I replied with just my wallet address, but I read from someone you also need to include the order number so I sent it again

Iām having exactly the same issue - it would be helpful if the refund bot gave feedback on whether or not weāve provided it with the information it needs, as well as updates on the process.
Alrighty it worked! Took just over 48 hours which really isn't bad at all. Just remember folks, reply to borg with your order number, followed by your BTC address on a new line
And don't be worried if you don't hear back. You'll only hear from borg again once the refund has been sent

Bank Holiday mate, if u placed the order after cut off on Friday the won't be marked as sent till they send it today as most dnt tend to post on weekend and bank holidays

Do you ever use Mempool to check current gas fees? Link above. It's currently 5-10x what it's been lately, but it shouldn't be that high, surely? Is it lots of small payments amalgamated into that amount, as they cost significantly more to send?

Royal Mail showing the items going to be returned to sender. What happens next?
Yeah incorrect address. Missed off the house number, but messaged the seller within mins to update. Seller has had absolutely terrible comms. Package got returned (proof from Royal Mail) and seller still hasnāt even responded to my messages. Donāt know what to do at this point

Did the vendor definitely supply a return address on the package?
Because if not the problem is if he didn't, it'll be sent to the national returns centre.

Can I still use Coinbase to transfer bitcoin for payment - it is asking for the recipient address and country
You can still you Coinbase but you need to use a āmiddleā wallet. That way you can say youāre sending the funds to yourself. Trust wallet is a popular option there are others as well.
You can also just say you're sending it to yourself. It has worked for me as recently as last week and sends in the same way. It does come with the risk of getting banned from CB as a lot of people point out regularly on LB. I have successfully done it on CB for about 10 transactions (since being banned from bitpanda LOL)

My parcel was sent but it went to another address, I told the vendor and he said let him know if I got it, I never got it and I told him it was Royal Mail fault etc he never responded, now I found out I could have disputed but the dispute time he now run out as I never knew it was a option, what should I do
This is a tricky one because the fault is clearly with Royal mail rather than the vendor. Yes you can dispute because ultimately youāre entitled to get what you order and you can even do a late dispute once youāre outside of the normal time period. That does however seem very hard on the vendor who has done nothing wrong. Depending on the value of the order you may want to consider putting this one down to experience and bad luck.

9 days after your order being marked as Sent you will see a 'Dispute' tab appear on the order page. Click here to open a dispute and create a new 16 day window for you and the vendor to resolve- the vendor will be informed you have opened a dispute. Most disputes are resolved this way and if so just click 'Resolve' to cancel- but don't do this on a promise as it cannot be reopened.
If not resolved, auto-resolution borg (algo) applies a % refund based on reputation.

It will still go through as normal. The only difference is you canāt see it on your order page and you wonāt be able to review or dispute it. If you go through your browser to find the order page you can click on the order number and this would allow you to logon and link the order to your account.

Ordered a couple of vapes yesterday and seller said Items were sent 45 min after payment which I found strange. Have requested a tracking number multiple times but seller is ghosting me, since he's clearly been online since I ordered. Feel like I'm being scammed. Going to wait another day till I put the seller on blast. I see three other users also having the same issue with this seller. Should have read the reviews first..:(
Hit the dispute button after 9 days, you will get a 100% refund in this case.
Goods came through. Seller responded when I said I'd post about it publicly. He just had marked the item as sent when it was sent two days after the fact. All good now though.
Don't feel like naming and shaming as the products came through, but will mention it in my review though.
As the seller made good on the service listed, how would I be "warning" anyone? If the seller didn't deliver, I'd def. post about it, but I don't see why now that I have recieved what I paid for, and plan on ordering again from the same vendor..

I've just had the exact same situation, however the first time it let me recreate the account with the exact same name.
Worried that my order didn't go through. The error began right after I saw the that the escrow had received the correct amount and went back to the order page.

Made an order last night and now the seller has been online, checked their messages, not marked my item as sent, and removed all of their listings.
I can see we have the option to cancel the order, but I was wondering what the process is. Do I just need to supply a wallet address?

You can't cancel once it's paid, you can only request it as per ebay and Amazon marketplace.
It's not at all out of the ordinary that it's not immediately marked as sent. All kind of reasons sellers take down listings from time to time.
If it's not marked sent in 4 days you'll get auto refunded.
If you don't get your gear you'll be able to dispute.

First time in 5 years I've not received a order, vendor hasn't even opened messages for 6 days.. what are the steps for requesting a refund lads?
I'm having same problem jst now ..vendors online but ignoring the 6 messages I've sent ..sounds like the same vendor ...hit dispute man ..mines is available tomorrow. Hopefully get all coin back
The Dispute tab will appear on your order page on Day 9 or 10. Click to protect your coin in escrow. A 16 day resolution period begins, auto resolution takes place after thatā¦

Yes, I know I'm an idiot! Just sent coin for my latest order to a previously used address for another vendor (not entirely sure who but I could guess). Transaction has gone through, so looking for any advice on how to potentially recover this. Not even sure there is, but any help appreciated! May have lost this and have to chalk it up to experience!
Not sure but if you have the details of the transaction, address sent to, transaction id, etc, maybe transaxe support would be the place to go. They might be able to help.

Thanks for the response man, appreciate it. It was definitely to a biggers address, so hoping maybe something can be done. Based on another similar post to mine and the advice given there, I've messaged the transaxe chat. If not, at least it will remind to to double check the address next time!

Someone mentioned that I might have been timed out (a small pause between ordering and actually completing the transaction) and although I wasn't logged in, the order should still go through and arrive. I'm very much hoping that's the case for me and you

not to worry in any event, in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to.

Check you browser history and if you can navigate to the order confirmation page you can link it to your account (I did it once after ordering when I hadnāt logged in). If no joy then message the vendor and ask if they received it.

Tick the box that asks if you are sending to yourself. I did this and payments have been going through
Easiest way around it is setting up a cake wallet then send coins from CB (coinbase) to CW (cake wallet) then from cake wallet to vendor.

I had the same issue, it worked by sending the coins in chunks rather than in one go. It must've been triggered if you went up a certain amount. But you're right, it's unresponsive and gives no error until you enter a lower amount to what your balance is

If thousands of transactions show up on coinbase with LB as a reference, surely it will eventually flag up and the site will get unnecessary heat?
I think itās probably better to randomise the names for every purchase.

Just had the same problem and totally agree. Using LB as the name is a recipe for trouble. Both for the site and your CB account. I just used a random name and it's gone through.
Sorry, realised my mistake and have never done it again, wad only trying to help, and everybody calling me stupid for using my name as my user id should know its not my name, its the name of an old teacher that lives in Australia, so steady on people. I won't be offering my help on these forums again

What I just did on an order just now was to send funds from the coinbase app to the coinbase wallet and pay from there. No issues whatsoever. Hope this helps
I've got the wallet but don't use it. I Might do that next time. I had to do 2 orders yesterday my Bro doesn't do crypto and I had to write a fake name on both transactions so it looks like you'll be asked everytime. They may have paused sales temporarily due to the volatility of BTC at the moment, but your guess is as good as mine. It's very rare a vendor attempts an exit scale on this platform, and even rarer that they succeed thanks to the escrow. Should be nothing to worry about - and even when your favourite goes missing, there are still plenty of amazing, reputable vendors

100% on board with you, sales should be worth more at the moment to vendors if the price fluctuates like it should. Some folks are just risk averse, and pull out at times like this. Some are fearing a drop back to 40k at the moment - I don't see it myself though.

but this platform has changed my life, i dont buy to sell this is personal, also every single order bar one went perfectly but i didnt have to open a case the seller offered to send me the refund + the difference (with price dif) and then some extra. basically love this site, love almost all the sellers special shoutout to LV and pistach to name a few, id say 90% of orders was next day when i opted for free ship buy to be fair i usually but an oz or 2

Hi guys so I basically purchased an order and used the bitcoin wallet I needed to pay for a previous order. Will I be able to retrieve that amount back?

Hi all. How many of you have ever received an empty package on LB?
I placed an order last Wednesday, I wonāt name the vendor just incase it gets resolved. Package arrived on Friday, empty. It didnāt look like it had been tampered with at all and no RM/Customs letter or anything.
I messaged the vendor instantly, received a reply on Sunday evening asking for name and shipping details and have heard nothing since.
Iāve placed 150-200 orders in 5 years on here and this has never happened to me. Do these things get resolved? Panicking now as Iām also running out of bud.

So i recently bought some smoke off a vendor who's now closed up shop/not visible on site. Thought the stuff i recieved was okay, admittedly stupidly reviewed, but should have waited to do that as upon closer inspection there was a few okay buds but the rest is dead. I mean 5 bowls and im sober as a judge dead. Wont name the vendor just wondering if i have any options other than take the loss? Any help appreciated ā
This particular reason is why I actually don't make my reviews until I have finished the product. A lot of the times you can misjudge an order or perceive it as better than it actually is. At least if I post the review at the end, I can give a valid review that covers all areas rather than just the initial smoke
Never been in the situation. Youāve just admitted youāve received it and by the sounds of it reviewed it favourably. If you are trying to get your money back I guess you can dispute still, not sure, how long is it since orde was raised. Not sure how that will go given vendor is supposedly not here anymore and with a positive review confirming you received. Seems a bit opportunistic to me and might reflect badly. But itās your choice.

I'm trying to pay for an order but my wallet keeps asking to check recipients name (I always just put any name in)- anyone have this problem?
Just use a random name or your own name if you are sending to an external wallet first.
I use exodus wallet and from cb send to this wallet, checking send to self. From exodus I send for lb transaction, no questions asked. While you could just send to self from cb to lb transaction it might eventuallly look suspicious given the address will likely always be different

Leaving it so long that the order history has auto deleted does make things messy. Message Refund Borg directly (go to your Chats page, click +new and type in Refund Borg, then explain all in the text with as much detail as possible). Then hope for the best...nobody is out to keep your coin but long term records are not stored...

I get stuck on the save page for wallet details, either business or individual, enter details and the box stays grey, won't turn white and let you save.
I'm getting the exact same error today. Tried with older wallet addresses and it works but try any wallet address generated by littlebiggy today and I get the same error
I tried 3 different addresses and all the same issue. I finally managed to send it through using the manage all addresses and add new option up the top right. Not ideal but if your really stuck hopefully that works for you as well

With the options I picked my wallet not someone else's and unknown wallet/exchange. The extra options definitely threw me off but it sent through with no issues. Hope you managed to get your order in mate or this at least helps

If you havenāt deleted your browsing history find the order page and try logging in from there

Iāve had an order sitting 4 days, vendor has been offline since(bad timing) not been sent so Iāve requested cancel in my order page. Anybody knows what happens next?
orders not marked despatched after 100hrs of cleared payment are auto cancelled by LB and a btc addy will be requested by refund borg

You will see a dispute button on your order page 9 days after the order was marked as sent mate.
Thanks for the heads up man, it was marked as sent on the 8th so maybe the link will appear in the next few hours?

I forget the name of the account, but there is one that purchases products and conducts purity tests, and publishes the results.

Seller approved order cancellation after the wrong amount of money was sent and confirmed I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Refund borg messaged me asking me for the Order ID and my BTC wallet address, to which I provided. It has now been over 24 hours and I havenāt received a response from any of the borgs, including the Transaxe one. The order still shows as āCancelledā. Iām starting to feel like Iāve been scammed and wonāt ever receive my money back. How long is the current wait time on refunds? And how long does it take for the borgs to respond?

Just curious on how to begin the process for a refund? The vendor has claimed multiple times to have sent the items only now today to claim he sent mine to some one else by mistake.
He's just giving me the run around saying it will be sorted but at this point I dont want it sorted I just want to get a refund and avoid this vendor in future.

Check the top of the order page for the dispute time window. Has it expired?ā¦if not click the Dispute tab on the left.
No, its actually just come into the date window for dispute, I just wanted to double check and reassure myself. Its more that the vendors giving me the run around and lied on at least 2 possibly 3 occasions claiming its been sent. So I am at the point where I just want to get a refund and wash my hands of this vendor.
Click on dispute. This opens a new 16 day window for resolution- the vendor will know you are disputing. If not resolved auto-settlement Borg will apply a % refund based on reputationā¦
If you click on the order there is a 'Dispute' button near the top left, that starts the refund process.
Oro verde inc, out right lied about sending the order twice possibly three times. Then had the gall to claim he just send it to the wrong customer.
Hoping for a full refund but from what ive learned Im not holding my breath. Wouldnt day scammer, just incompetent and not entirely proffesional

Hey all...need some help...used this for years and never had this issue before.
Had two items in basket, completed the order and sent the BTC...all went through fine. When I checked today, the order isn't present in my recent orders and appears no trace of it at all.
Money still gone out of CB wallet. Went through my history (which shows the exact steps I took), but still nothing. Anyone had this before? What's the resolution?
I was logged in and could see previous orders.

Are you absolutely sure you were logged in? When you go to the order page from your history does anything load?

checked with seller. order received just not showing in history. bpm back to a near normal value.
I have had this happen to me with two different orders recently n I was definitely logged in. Sending the payment thinking all is well n good only to check progress n no record on lb of order. Thereās something not right. I make several purchase a month and have been doing so for over 3 years. Never had a problem then twice in a month with two different vendors.

BitPanda recently changed criteria and asks for Recipient Name and Wallet Host. I made one order with that new setup, and made up a name for the Recipient and set Wallet Host and that worked fine. But last month they added Host Name, and when I just put something random in there, that's where I think it ficked everything up. Any ideas anyone? I don't fancy losing another wedge of BTC to who knows where that sht goes. Thank you in advance!

Sorry I'm a bit dense with all this stuff, does this work because electrum is an offline wallet? Do they not ask for the recipient name etc? It's just what bitpanda said to me made it sound like a regulatory change. Thanks in advance.
I've just stuck a post up about this. Bitpanda are demanding I give the recipient's legal name and dob for them to send my BTC. Might be time for a new wallet. You can read what they sent me in my post.
Im not familiar with bit panda, coinbase do the same sort of thing , asking for recipients name ect , i tick the option that says ā send to self ā dunno if bitpanda has that option for ya ? . Hope you get it sorted fella

All went through in the end, I just gave bitpanda my own date of birth and name (which they must already have?) and they agreed to put it through. Fuck knows?

Yes it happens it can be anywhere from 4 euro to 15 euro don't reply to any txt msgs but if an post sent you a letter scan the qr code and pay.

Iāve messaged the vendor as Iām wondering if due to my session crash earlier I may have paid while logged out so I will hopefully find out if so soon.
Solved it sorry for the thread guys turned out my session crashed and was actually logged out. Got the page to link everything and sorted! Lesson learnt haha
I just did same thing placed 2 orders whilst logged out not nice situation to be in your st mercy of sellers honesty Iām glad to say one seller did send order the other took advantage and looks like ripped me my mistake tho I guess
I had this problem, if you log back in and then use your browser history to find the transaction page, visit that page then the orders will link up with your account

It says the btc was received but is pending confirmation and has beeen for hours, whilst transaxe keeps going down, worried it will cause delays
Mine's not even saying received. Just unpaid. The payment completed over an hour and a half ago on Coinbase. Stressed and worried now.

My order finally shows as paid, 12 hours after originally sent. I did not receive any acknowledgement from transaxe or LB. We got lazy, pathetic, and complacent people running this broken site. I managed to get it through Tor just now, but I haven't received a confirmation yet that payment has gone through. Fingers crossed.
Yes mate had it myself last few days, only through Tor. Reluctantly switched to browser and went through. Definitely one to be looked into but there's a possible fix
So possibly an issue with Tor? I recently updated the browser as well... Possibly something to do with that?

Think you have to wait 9 days or something, then in your orders you will see the dispute option

It's just a waiting game mate. Not a lot you can do. You could up your mining fees to see if that helps but it doesn't always make a difference and obviously costs you more to do!

If the dispute window has passed, you can post on vendors page. I'm not sure about the exact requirements, but it's something to the effect of: post title says ' request late dispute ', and inside main message, you leave the order number, date of purchase and reason for dispute.
Where does it appear as today is the first day I can raise a despite, but there is still no button appeared
the dispute button appears 9 days after item marked dispatched .. it will appear on the left side of order page .. u will need to check time off dispatch as the 9 days starts from that time
