Paid, transaxe confirms, LB order page says Unpaid

I place an order yesterday, around midday, sent the payment, payment was confirmed on the Transaxe page, but the LB order page still says "Unpaid".
Are there any current back-end issues that could be causing this? Or, less likely but more concerning, did LB give me the wrong wallet page to send the payment to?
Never had an order go this way in the last year on the platform and the vendor hasn't gotten to my message yet yet so hoped reaching out to the community may provide some reassurance or information.
Thanks. Apologies if posts like this are tedious, not sure what to do. Didn't want to cancel in case everything was ok and cancelling messed something up worse.

I know nobody got back to me on this post, nor the PM sent to vendor, but I went ahead and placed another small order thanks to an intro offer by another vendor; same thing, payment sent, received, LB still saying Unpaid.
So, is this a problem with my account that I'm not able to see?
Anyone else ordered in the last 36 hours and had any issues?

yeah i've seen plenty of payment issues over the years on LB but haven't had any for a while. Can't remember if i've seen this tho.

Anyway I have exactly the same issue right now with a long time trusted vendor so hopefully they'll get bk to me soon.

My advice, sit tight for a lil while and see if it get delivered within the timeframe. If not, see if they get bk and if neither of those happen i guess you could try n dispute cos of technical issues with cryptonic. Usually it works out but anything is possible to just wait and see!

did the btc price go down around the time of the order? sometimes if the price drops during the order process it messes up on the biggy side. we've had a few show unpaid when buyers have sent it to transaxe but it showed up as paid after 24 hours. hopefully this is what will happen with yours

Seeing the same thing. Ordered around 8pm last night. Bitcoin transfer was confirmed, but the orders are still showing unpaid.

also got the same issue.. vendor hasnt dispatched. Just messaged them to see if they've received funds. Never ever seen this happen before

ok.. i cancelled the order like an idiot and now its gone. the coin appears in my wallet but I cant spend it, as if its not really there.

now the vendor doesnt have my order and i cant order more lol. anyone got any advice? appreciated

Had exactly the same thing last night on a GreenCat order, first time its happened. As others have mentioned might be a currency fluctuation thing or potentially backend issue here. Actually relieved to see it seems to be an all round issue..I'm keeping the order live regardless as unpaid i'd suggest you keep at least the order no. and your transaction ID to hand and let vendor know. Hopefully we all get sorted.

Contacted the vendor, no response.
To assuage the currency fluctuation theory: placed a small order with a different vendor this afternoon, same thing. And they've not had chance/bothered to reply to the heads-up.

Appreciate people confirming it isn't just me, but with now 2 vendors ignoring my messages about it and the price fluctuation theory falling flat I'm getting suspicious, not least because I'm not likely to get a refund if I cancel while they're in limbo.

For reference seems vendors are at least seeing payments and orders, think the majority here will see their packs land before issue is actually cleared up..

Really? I'm sure they all want to send out product with no path to payment.
Be nice if the vendors were reaching out to affected customers to say that, but apparently I picked vendors who either can't see the orders or dgaf.

I'm having this same problem, ordered about 8pm last night.

I've seen similar once before, but it fixed itself by the next morning.
This time it seems to be taking longer to fix. I guess I need to wait a bit longer.

It would be handy if someone who had a payment go through okay posted here, as I don't want to risk placing another order til I hear it's working.

well same problem with my order from yesterday. I did contact vendor too but I don't think they receive anything until payment has been processed by LB and order's been marked as paid..
