Hi there. Two weeks ago I purchased an item, which was marked as "sent" shortly after. I had asked for the tracking code, but the seller has been quite unresponsive for a good number of days despite the reminders.

Now, 10 days since the supposed shipment, I managed to have the code, and it turns out the package actually has been in transit for... just a day?? No idea why it has been notified as "sent" all this time.

It was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days and instead it has been dispatched pretty much the same day I would be able to open a dispute.

Apparently it's on its way now, but it'll take literally a month to arrive since the time of purchase, and at this point I'm not even 100% sure about its content, lol. I don't even know if I'll be home when it's delivered, since I'll be on holiday leave soon, and this is messing with my plans.

Whatever issue occurred, I think I should have been warned about such a hefty delay. Is a very late shipment/delivery a good enough reason for a dispute though?

I had already bought once from this seller previously and everything was just fine. Now it feels a bit shady and I don't know what to make of it. Thoughts..?
