If they sent you some random strain that you didn't order, and don't respond to queries, then raise a dispute when you can. This seems to be happening more and more. Who thinks it's reasonable to send a different strain when that's not what's been ordered?! Sort it out. It's completely unacceptable, and I'd dispute too.

Also i messages magic vape yesterday giving them the first chance to sort this out with me before I started making topics cant be bothered with the drama just want what I pay for nothing more nothing less!

The ideal resolution of a dispute is that it doesn't go to the end, and it's amicably resolved beforehand. It's amazing how a dispute focuses someone to actually respond to you though.

Thanks for replying mightyrux. I honestly thought I was going mad mate. I will name the vendor "MAGIC VAPE". If you look at the shake menu they have, the "skittles and star dawg" are pennies. The first wedding shake was soo good I couldnt rate it any higher but the fact they have sent what I think is the skittles has just complete ruined my trust on any vendor on here now.

Realistically, they should have messaged you before subbing the order, to give you a chance to cancel. This is on the vendor.

This has happened to me like 2/3 times over 100s of orders it’s very rare, you can message the seller they will most likely just reship you the item for free or if you can’t come to an agreement you just dispute the order and it WILL be refunded as long as your clearly not disputing all the time with different sellers

Trouble being that the vendor will sometimes be awkward even tho they know they have sent out something different. Damn even when the weed has clearly been sprayed or is dead they still say it's fine and to look at the reviews. I've had issues lately. Funny how the item was removed immediately however they say the weed is fine !!!!

That's what escrow and the dispute process on here is for. Vendors who repeatedly do this won't last long on here, if buyers use the system correctly.
