If youâre on an iPhone when on the main items page, you can type in what youâre looking for in the website address bar, try to keep it limited to one word.
Type in the word of the item youâre looking for in the website address bar and instead of hitting the return button to search it on google, it will also say âon this page (3 matches)â click on that instead of googling the word and it will create a little word finder for the page. Use it all the time when Iâm looking for certain strains! Works on every website.

Has CTRL+F stopped working for anyone else? Used to be it would search the whole page, now it only seems to be searching around where I'm scrolled to. Like, I know there's shake somewhere on this page... I can even scroll to it, but it still comes up with 0 results.

I was using the function where you type into search bar and then âfind on this pageâ which was working superbly until a week or so ago when the site seemed to change. I like wedding cake or ice cream cake so try to search that and now it says none, even tho I know there is!

On chromium browsers Ctrl+F to âfind on pageâ. On iPhone press the share button at bottom middle , scroll down and click Find on Page. Really useful to search through the items page for specific strains etc

Ordered a couple of vapes yesterday and seller said Items were sent 45 min after payment which I found strange. Have requested a tracking number multiple times but seller is ghosting me, since he's clearly been online since I ordered. Feel like I'm being scammed. Going to wait another day till I put the seller on blast. I see three other users also having the same issue with this seller. Should have read the reviews first..:(

Asking because I ordered and paid, payment was received according to transaxe, but no acknowledgement from vendor. No doubt itâs a minor admin thing.

Green team not the quickest out the trap when it comes to msging back n forth , but bear with em , and sometimes a second msg doesnât hurt. They will respond when they read msgs , but can be long winded . Hope you get it resolved đ

First time in 5 years I've not received a order, vendor hasn't even opened messages for 6 days.. what are the steps for requesting a refund lads?

I'm having same problem jst now ..vendors online but ignoring the 6 messages I've sent ..sounds like the same vendor ...hit dispute man ..mines is available tomorrow. Hopefully get all coin back

Same problem with me. I've made a second purchase from the same vendor while waiting for the first time go through and that registered as paid almost straight away but still waiting on the first order over 24 hours and no response from transaxe support

Same issue here mate, transaxe shows that I've sent the BTC, the transactions had all the confirmations back, yet Transaxe still shows as unpaid here. Deffo have paid. Hope they can fix this without much fuss

The same happened to me this morning I've sent the vendor the transaction I'd link from my wallet hoping that will be enough proof

Seems to be a delay, sent from my BC wallet an hour ago, usually instant but hopefully get sorted soon đ€

I live in jersey which is a channel island in the uk the drugs here are fucked expensive it can cost up to 35 quid for 1 gram of shite hash n nearly every single time I've tried to order from here it's just been stopped by customs apart from once does anyone have literally any idea or recommendations for any vendors that could help or literally anything thanks

I used to live on the island back in the 90s. Great place for cheap booze and fags but getting anything to smoke was a real pain in the arse! Used to get bits and bobs but as you say, very expensive. Used to have to boof it when entering the island. Would even get checked leaving the feckn place! Only thing I can suggest is go down the medical route. Get a prescription and your weed will be delivered legally. Other than that - only use vendors who have experience getting packs into the Republic of Ireland, who are also notorious for stopping packs. I donât live there so canât recommend anyone but sure someone will be a long in a minute. There are a few vendors on here that deliver to Ireland and therefore may have success with Jersey.

I've heard it did use to be great for cheap booze but it's gotten a lot more expensive now I've seen a pint for up to a tenner which is insane,I've been considering trying to get a medical prescription but I don't have any eligible diagnosed conditions and I don't think it's possible without that, although if it I will definitely give it a try. They're not too strict anymore which is very fortunate, one of my mate's dad went to prison for half a gram of hash back in his day which is insane. Damn if only all the booze was still duty free that would be incredible, buying something like liquor from a shop isn't too expensive it's just the bars and pubs, there's only one club left and the prices there are insane a cocktail can cost over 20 quid. Well when I had some weed stopped that was sent to my house I had to go to an interrogation, I managed to convince them I was trying to get cbd products and they told me next time it would be my door which is why I don't ship it to my house anymore. Yes, I know I'm an idiot! Just sent coin for my latest order to a previously used address for another vendor (not entirely sure who but I could guess). Transaction has gone through, so looking for any advice on how to potentially recover this. Not even sure there is, but any help appreciated! May have lost this and have to chalk it up to experience!

Not sure but if you have the details of the transaction, address sent to, transaction id, etc, maybe transaxe support would be the place to go. They might be able to help.

Thanks for the response man, appreciate it. It was definitely to a biggers address, so hoping maybe something can be done. Based on another similar post to mine and the advice given there, I've messaged the transaxe chat. If not, at least it will remind to to double check the address next time!

Bought some edibles, seller said he forgot to put the code on the parcel and asked for my address and details again, payed for tracked 24 has been a week and havent recieved any parcels and no comms from seller. Second order on LB first one went so smoothly and i got it next day and now this. I'm in the same boat with fasttrack, will give you a date you can dispute on your order. From then a dispute button normally appears.

Iâve been there 3 times in a year or so. Took 9 days but all was sorted by refund Borgs.

ive not had this problem but if i can advise try to resolve with the seller if its difficult and you dispute it will be marked on you account so its worth baring in mind. LB is a great system there is usually a resolution to be had the fund recovery system must imo be treated as a last resort. im sure there are some mediums where it can be resolved if not let me know im pretty level headed!

Made an order last night and now the seller has been online, checked their messages, not marked my item as sent, and removed all of their listings.
I can see we have the option to cancel the order, but I was wondering what the process is. Do I just need to supply a wallet address?

You can't cancel once it's paid, you can only request it as per ebay and Amazon marketplace.
It's not at all out of the ordinary that it's not immediately marked as sent. All kind of reasons sellers take down listings from time to time.
If it's not marked sent in 4 days you'll get auto refunded.
If you don't get your gear you'll be able to dispute.

Someone mentioned that I might have been timed out (a small pause between ordering and actually completing the transaction) and although I wasn't logged in, the order should still go through and arrive. I'm very much hoping that's the case for me and you

Check you browser history and if you can navigate to the order confirmation page you can link it to your account (I did it once after ordering when I hadnât logged in). If no joy then message the vendor and ask if they received it.

Tick the box that asks if you are sending to yourself. I did this and payments have been going through

Easiest way around it is setting up a cake wallet then send coins from CB (coinbase) to CW (cake wallet) then from cake wallet to vendor.
DO NOT put LB or littlebiggy as a name because it will eventually flag up.

I had the same issue, it worked by sending the coins in chunks rather than in one go. It must've been triggered if you went up a certain amount. But you're right, it's unresponsive and gives no error until you enter a lower amount to what your balance is

If thousands of transactions show up on coinbase with LB as a reference, surely it will eventually flag up and the site will get unnecessary heat?
I think itâs probably better to randomise the names for every purchase.
Not trying to tell you what to do mate, but it could become an issue further down the line- not only could it lead to the site being shut down, but it could lead to a knock on your door if you have repeated payments referenced with this website.

Just had the same problem and totally agree. Using LB as the name is a recipe for trouble. Both for the site and your CB account. I just used a random name and it's gone through.

Sorry, realised my mistake and have never done it again, wad only trying to help, and everybody calling me stupid for using my name as my user id should know its not my name, its the name of an old teacher that lives in Australia, so steady on people. I won't be offering my help on these forums again

What I just did on an order just now was to send funds from the coinbase app to the coinbase wallet and pay from there. No issues whatsoever. Hope this helps

I've got the wallet but don't use it. I Might do that next time. I had to do 2 orders yesterday my Bro doesn't do crypto and I had to write a fake name on both transactions so it looks like you'll be asked everytime. I don't know about writing little biggy though, that seems a bit shady imo, glad your sorted đđ»

Went to order from one of my favourite sellers and the page is blank just âaccess restrictedâ never had any issue with seller, always 10/10 reviews. Any idea why I canât access his page?

They may have paused sales temporarily due to the volatility of BTC at the moment, but your guess is as good as mine. It's very rare a vendor attempts an exit scale on this platform, and even rarer that they succeed thanks to the escrow. Should be nothing to worry about - and even when your favourite goes missing, there are still plenty of amazing, reputable vendors

100% on board with you, sales should be worth more at the moment to vendors if the price fluctuates like it should. Some folks are just risk averse, and pull out at times like this. Some are fearing a drop back to 40k at the moment - I don't see it myself though.

Yeah Fin, seeing now thereâs quite a few popular sellers with the same message so I reckon youâre probably right, crypto concerns and all that. I donât do anything else with my own other than spend it here so Iâm clueless about that stuff tbh

They might just be making changes to store page/ could be they are having issues / could be closing down. There are a few reasons but I donât think it will be just you who is not seeing pageâŠwhich vendor?

They've not banned you lol, but you can confirm that by telling us who the vendor is, and someone else can check

Itâs Hashman, amazing seller. Someoneâs dropped him a message so hopefully weâll hear back đ€

I'm not naming the seller, I'leave it until Weds,
I ordered an Oz last Sunday, I paid extra for guaranteed Special next day delivery BUT it never arrived, (22nd Feb)
I've been trying to contact them all week and I've been totally blanked, not one message,

but this platform has changed my life, i dont buy to sell this is personal, also every single order bar one went perfectly but i didnt have to open a case the seller offered to send me the refund + the difference (with price dif) and then some extra. basically love this site, love almost all the sellers special shoutout to LV and pistach to name a few, id say 90% of orders was next day when i opted for free ship buy to be fair i usually but an oz or 2

more so this can be confirmed by sellers the amount of buys/ value, it should be a light to buyers where things havent been resolved as yet the norm is parcels delivered on time. With cheap/value bud expect it to be subbed at times, if its crucial check with the seller before hand.

Hi guys so I basically purchased an order and used the bitcoin wallet I needed to pay for a previous order. Will I be able to retrieve that amount back?
Essentially placed 2 orders, 1 order has been paid and then received an additional ÂŁ110 by mistake as I purchased more bitcoin and used that wallet instead of mine.
Any help appreciated!

Hi all. How many of you have ever received an empty package on LB?
I placed an order last Wednesday, I wonât name the vendor just incase it gets resolved. Package arrived on Friday, empty. It didnât look like it had been tampered with at all and no RM/Customs letter or anything.
I messaged the vendor instantly, received a reply on Sunday evening asking for name and shipping details and have heard nothing since.
Iâve placed 150-200 orders in 5 years on here and this has never happened to me. Do these things get resolved? Panicking now as Iâm also running out of bud.

So i recently bought some smoke off a vendor who's now closed up shop/not visible on site. Thought the stuff i recieved was okay, admittedly stupidly reviewed, but should have waited to do that as upon closer inspection there was a few okay buds but the rest is dead. I mean 5 bowls and im sober as a judge dead. Wont name the vendor just wondering if i have any options other than take the loss? Any help appreciated â

This particular reason is why I actually don't make my reviews until I have finished the product. A lot of the times you can misjudge an order or perceive it as better than it actually is. At least if I post the review at the end, I can give a valid review that covers all areas rather than just the initial smoke

Never been in the situation. Youâve just admitted youâve received it and by the sounds of it reviewed it favourably. If you are trying to get your money back I guess you can dispute still, not sure, how long is it since orde was raised. Not sure how that will go given vendor is supposedly not here anymore and with a positive review confirming you received. Seems a bit opportunistic to me and might reflect badly. But itâs your choice.

Yeah I been there where Iâm just happy to get my supply and I score it a 10, when maybe itâs not quite there. I also want to support the good vendors. Only time Iâve ever disputed was when I didnât get my order at all. But like I said itâs just my opinion

I'm trying to pay for an order but my wallet keeps asking to check recipients name (I always just put any name in)- anyone have this problem?

Just use a random name or your own name if you are sending to an external wallet first.

I use exodus wallet and from cb send to this wallet, checking send to self. From exodus I send for lb transaction, no questions asked. While you could just send to self from cb to lb transaction it might eventuallly look suspicious given the address will likely always be different

I cancelled a number of orders a number of months ago. Messaged sellers to obtain refund as didn't know the process. They said message refund Borg but the order numbers have vanished from my dashboard. how do I obtain the lost details so I can process my refunds.

Leaving it so long that the order history has auto deleted does make things messy. Message Refund Borg directly (go to your Chats page, click +new and type in Refund Borg, then explain all in the text with as much detail as possible). Then hope for the best...nobody is out to keep your coin but long term records are not stored...

I get stuck on the save page for wallet details, either business or individual, enter details and the box stays grey, won't turn white and let you save.

I'm getting the exact same error today. Tried with older wallet addresses and it works but try any wallet address generated by littlebiggy today and I get the same error

I tried 3 different addresses and all the same issue. I finally managed to send it through using the manage all addresses and add new option up the top right. Not ideal but if your really stuck hopefully that works for you as well

It sort of works now and doesn't give that error, but now I have to choose what kind of wallet/exchange I am sending to from a big dropdown. Anyone know what to select?

With the options I picked my wallet not someone else's and unknown wallet/exchange. The extra options definitely threw me off but it sent through with no issues. Hope you managed to get your order in mate or this at least helps

You still have to select which wallet it is though like Solflare or meta mask. Any tips? Like just an exchange then?

If you havenât deleted your browsing history find the order page and try logging in from there

orders not marked despatched after 100hrs of cleared payment are auto cancelled by LB and a btc addy will be requested by refund borg

You will see a dispute button on your order page 9 days after the order was marked as sent mate.

Seller approved order cancellation after the wrong amount of money was sent and confirmed I would receive a refund within 24 hours. Refund borg messaged me asking me for the Order ID and my BTC wallet address, to which I provided. It has now been over 24 hours and I havenât received a response from any of the borgs, including the Transaxe one. The order still shows as âCancelledâ. Iâm starting to feel like Iâve been scammed and wonât ever receive my money back. How long is the current wait time on refunds? And how long does it take for the borgs to respond?

Update: I'm a jackass, navigated to the payment confirmation tab, relogged in and linked it. I maintain there might be an issue, but I also might be an old wally

Just curious on how to begin the process for a refund? The vendor has claimed multiple times to have sent the items only now today to claim he sent mine to some one else by mistake.
He's just giving me the run around saying it will be sorted but at this point I dont want it sorted I just want to get a refund and avoid this vendor in future.

Check the top of the order page for the dispute time window. Has it expired?âŠif not click the Dispute tab on the left.

No, its actually just come into the date window for dispute, I just wanted to double check and reassure myself. Its more that the vendors giving me the run around and lied on at least 2 possibly 3 occasions claiming its been sent. So I am at the point where I just want to get a refund and wash my hands of this vendor.

Click on dispute. This opens a new 16 day window for resolution- the vendor will know you are disputing. If not resolved auto-settlement Borg will apply a % refund based on reputationâŠ

If you click on the order there is a 'Dispute' button near the top left, that starts the refund process.

Oro verde inc, out right lied about sending the order twice possibly three times. Then had the gall to claim he just send it to the wrong customer.
Hoping for a full refund but from what ive learned Im not holding my breath. Wouldnt day scammer, just incompetent and not entirely proffesional

Iâve paid for an order from a vendor yesterday not showing on LB order page. Iâve got the transaction details on my Coinbase showing the bitcoin address it was sent to, how much and when it was sent. I was definitely logged in to LB during transaction âŠ. this is the second time this month. Different vendors. Iâve as yet to have a reply to any comms with vendor. this time. Bit worrying.

Hey all...need some help...used this for years and never had this issue before.
Had two items in basket, completed the order and sent the BTC...all went through fine. When I checked today, the order isn't present in my recent orders and appears no trace of it at all.
Money still gone out of CB wallet. Went through my history (which shows the exact steps I took), but still nothing. Anyone had this before? What's the resolution?
I was logged in and could see previous orders.

Are you absolutely sure you were logged in? When you go to the order page from your history does anything load?

checked with seller. order received just not showing in history. bpm back to a near normal value.

I have had this happen to me with two different orders recently n I was definitely logged in. Sending the payment thinking all is well n good only to check progress n no record on lb of order. Thereâs something not right. I make several purchase a month and have been doing so for over 3 years. Never had a problem then twice in a month with two different vendors.

BitPanda recently changed criteria and asks for Recipient Name and Wallet Host. I made one order with that new setup, and made up a name for the Recipient and set Wallet Host and that worked fine. But last month they added Host Name, and when I just put something random in there, that's where I think it ficked everything up. Any ideas anyone? I don't fancy losing another wedge of BTC to who knows where that sht goes. Thank you in advance!

Sorry I'm a bit dense with all this stuff, does this work because electrum is an offline wallet? Do they not ask for the recipient name etc? It's just what bitpanda said to me made it sound like a regulatory change. Thanks in advance.

I've just stuck a post up about this. Bitpanda are demanding I give the recipient's legal name and dob for them to send my BTC. Might be time for a new wallet. You can read what they sent me in my post.

Im not familiar with bit panda, coinbase do the same sort of thing , asking for recipients name ect , i tick the option that says â send to self â dunno if bitpanda has that option for ya ? . Hope you get it sorted fella

All went through in the end, I just gave bitpanda my own date of birth and name (which they must already have?) and they agreed to put it through. Fuck knows?

Who can i speak to regarding a fraudulent dispute... I tried to message cleanup borg and got no reply. I sent 2 ounces of bud to someone. He received it but said he didn't as there was proof of delivery. He made a dispute and just out of good measure i sent a reship which has tracking and proof of delivery once again. He did not reply to any messages and i requested him to cancel the dispute as he received the second parcel... He did not respond to any messages and neither did cleanup borg. He won the dispute and got refunded and even received the free bud. How can we fix this.

Thatâs ridiculous wtf!? So we canât do anything then? I just need to confirm because Iâm trying to be civil I know I got scammed and Iâm waiting to see if LB are have the decency to do something, if not, the customer lives pretty close to me and Iâm more than happy to take matters in to my own hands đ

People abused it. Now Amazon arenât so easy. Littlebiggy seems to still be in the abusing stage, they will have to make things fairer towards the vendor at some stage. Hiding behind an âalgorithmâ is bs, especially since the dispute does not auto settle in any way when timer runs out, takes daysâŠ
Disputes can be complex and should be treated like any typical DNM system. Facts have to be reviewed. Especially when Royal Mail has exact coordinates and signatures.
I will say big up auto settlement Borg for dismissing my last dispute, 300$ +, disputed and logged out for 30 days.
But if that scammer put a little more effort in, he would have got my 300$ no doubt. Pure scammers about.

Yes it happens it can be anywhere from 4 euro to 15 euro don't reply to any txt msgs but if an post sent you a letter scan the qr code and pay.

Iâve just placed an order and everything went as usual, the transaxe page came through saying that it had been paid for and the money received and awaiting confirmation, but after closing and loading the page itâs now showing the item as in cart still unpaid and no orders on my account?!
I have no idea what to do about this. I have the BTC address and proof of me sending it there but I didnât screenshot any of the transaxe page with the order number??

Solved it sorry for the thread guys turned out my session crashed and was actually logged out. Got the page to link everything and sorted! Lesson learnt haha

I just did same thing placed 2 orders whilst logged out not nice situation to be in your st mercy of sellers honesty Iâm glad to say one seller did send order the other took advantage and looks like ripped me my mistake tho I guess

I had this problem, if you log back in and then use your browser history to find the transaction page, visit that page then the orders will link up with your account

It says the btc was received but is pending confirmation and has beeen for hours, whilst transaxe keeps going down, worried it will cause delays

Mine's not even saying received. Just unpaid. The payment completed over an hour and a half ago on Coinbase. Stressed and worried now.

Yes same here, tried quite a few times today (Mon 27th Jan) and every time same error. Will try normal browser I guess though I am not keen.

I managed to get it through Tor just now, but I haven't received a confirmation yet that payment has gone through. Fingers crossed.

Yes mate had it myself last few days, only through Tor. Reluctantly switched to browser and went through. Definitely one to be looked into but there's a possible fix

So possibly an issue with Tor? I recently updated the browser as well... Possibly something to do with that?

About uWakeiBake, a heads-up to others. Over ÂŁ100 of order NOT received. No dispute button appearing. No response to multiple emails. Previous orders completed without fault, then stung by this. I probably shouldn't have expected more, but very disappointed.

Why is the refund process so mysterious? It's impossible to find any guidelines as to how long it takes.
I cancelled my order at 3pm yesterday, instantly got a message from refund borg asking for the BTC address to receive the refund, I provided it, got a message at like 1:40am this morning from refund borg saying "sent" meanwhile there is no incoming payment on my electrum...
Can I just get some advice on how long it'll be before my money reaches me, based on the refund experience of others? It's been like 7 hours since refund borg said they sent my BTC. Still nothing.
The dispute process is explained nicely on auto settlement borg's page, I think the same might be useful on refund borgs page... especially in regards to time frames.

3 strikes however and your out so if theyâve been online and not responded to you again for 48 hours is indicative they deserve to be hunted down and unleash the hounds lol.
How much is there 7 or 14 ?
And how much have you paid for it ?
In 200 odd drops Iâve only had 3 situations Iâve felt deliberately stitched up.
2 were rectified after lengthy comms
1 was a total knob 14g import and seeded and basically responded telling me to get over it, sometimes you just know your dealing with an interbreed, the twats you avoid and why you found biggy. I actually just let that one go as just like on the street I sensed that potentially I was vulnerable in that they had my name and address and could fuck me over in multiple ways worse than being ÂŁ140 down. Never ordered off them again, gave them a shit review and took the hit. In 6 years though thatâs the only time Iâve been bumped on here the majority of vendors take pride in their products and reputation.
And in all honesty Iâm not a tech/computer person but have seen stuff on here about people being hacked and stuff - fuck that.
I hope they get you sorted, sometimes if they are waiting on stock they go quiet till they can actually dispatch, is the listing still live ? Have they got other bud listed ? I have emailed before saying essentially
Happy to give you time to resolve but becoming more peeved at being ignored than the drop itself - please acknowledge and advise when you can offer some options for resolution, I think given the fact Iâm not being a twat and protecting your reputation I at the very least deserve a response?
You canât dispute until a certain amount of times past but if they have agreed something with you but itâs not dropped still put it in dispute
You can still close/withdraw it but if you miss the time limit to put one in your screwed and I have seen peeps on here effectively timed out by taking someone for there word.
Hope you have some stash or enough coin so youâve still got smoke

Yeah, just unusual. I'm not grinding an axe, would either like what I've paid for or just get a refund. The seller was okay up until lately but seems multiple people have been ripped by said seller of late. Shame as they've been alright for the past year.

Think you have to wait 9 days or something, then in your orders you will see the dispute option

It's just a waiting game mate. Not a lot you can do. You could up your mining fees to see if that helps but it doesn't always make a difference and obviously costs you more to do!

If the dispute window has passed, you can post on vendors page. I'm not sure about the exact requirements, but it's something to the effect of: post title says ' request late dispute ', and inside main message, you leave the order number, date of purchase and reason for dispute.

Where does it appear as today is the first day I can raise a despite, but there is still no button appeared

the dispute button appears 9 days after item marked dispatched .. it will appear on the left side of order page .. u will need to check time off dispatch as the 9 days starts from that time

ive made previous legitimate post about a vendor, ive gone to post an update on the situation but before i posted it warned me of talking about external trans and expulsion. what has happened and has my account been flagged in some way.

Iâd tread carefully and be wary of using certain words or phrases. This site appears well automated, and the message may have been an automated warning.
They are likely monitoring for keywords. If a vendor has asked you to go off site, or youâve included links in your post, it may have triggered. I imagine they do it to try and deter people trying to lure punters off site.

My wallet does the same. I made an order the other day and just put details in unrelated to the vendor, and used the option for other wallet and payment went through fine. I think alot of exchanges are just doing it to comply with the policies from 2023. Just add a fake name and other for wallet host.

I selected sending to myself on coin base like someone else did but itâs on pending for 1 hour and status unpaid here LB. When I go to pay it states paid and waiting. Any ideas?

I use revolut, which now does the same thing. I always pick Electrum for the recipient's wallet type, and it goes through fine ^^

Coinbase are doing this too, there was an option to tick tho which asks if you are sending to yourself, I ticked this and my payment went through

Bittylicious now ask where (or to whom) the transfer is going, 4 options. one is to your own wallet, i click that one! no issues

So, now adding to the arse pain of crypto in general we now need to declare where its going apparently...., Bollocks you do, keep it under ÂŁ99 and give any name.
Example: I just put in an order which came to ÂŁ217, blockchain simply would not allow that amount to be sent..., so 3 payments of ÂŁ75 to the same address a few minutes apart seemed to do the trick.
I put down "Bitpanda" as the recipient, clicked "someone else" and gave the name "Jon Arbuckle" all three times.
(and yeah, that name does sound familiar doesn't it :)

Send to your own external non-KYC wallet like Exodus, tell your exchange you're sending to your own wallet, then send from there as normal. It's 2 gas fee payments via this method instead of 3, and it keeps a transaction layer between the exchange, you and LB.

This, I've done it, been scrolling looking for goodies that I've been logged out and when I refresh asks me to log in again, hopefully this is the case and your order has gone through, I have ordered while logged out and still received so fingers crossed for you mate

Yeah, it's a strange one... it was a pretty unassuming word that triggered it, but it did get sorted out in the end thanks to Certified!

on the payment page .. wer it says 'awaiting confirmation' .. ther is a tab saying ... 'blockchain transaction ' or something like that ... click tab ... brings u to the mempool wer u can see if ur payment is still in the 'block' or cleared .. once u kno this it will make things easier for u ..hope this might help đ€

the dispute process is all that's required. if there is fraud you will get a full refund without any dispute score against your reputation

If it isn't marked as sent soon it'll autocancel and refundborg will ask for a wallet to send the btc. Iirc I think it's 10 days but I'm not 100% on that.
If she isn't responding, there isn't much else you can do. Just take the refund and order through someone else like Green Cat, Real D, TSM, The Gentleman Dealers, Cannabis Cannibals etc... all vendors I use without issue.
Edit: It's 100 hours it auto cancels, just seen Mighty Rux's comment.

If you paid and it hasn't been marked as sent after 100 hours then it's automatically cancelled, so there's some information missing here.

I paid but had not logged in. Canât track the order as itâs not registered anywhere. Wrote transaxe support with the order id & btc address payment was sent to. They responded with: âThat order is marked as paidâ and that was it.

you need to dispute this, contact auto settlement borg. if its a fraudulent seller you dont need a reputation, if not they can delay settlement until you acquire a rep.

Hey, Im new here could anybody tell me what choosing to dispute does as i think im gonna need to dispute an order in the coming days.

It will stop the vendor getting the btc and gives you the chance to say why you want to dispute and want your btc back. Message the vendor and try work it out ,as a newbie it could be difficult especially if its an established vendor

Clicking the dispute tab that appears on your order page after 9 days holds your coin in escrow and creates a new 16 day window for you to try and resolve the issue with the seller who will be aware you have opened a dispute. If you resolve it, click âresolveâ to cancel the dispute, but donât do this on a promise as it cannot be reopened.
If you canât resolve it then auto settlement Borg will apply a % refund once the time window has expired. This will be based on the âreputationâ of both parties ie purchase history, time on site etc. Noobs have little reputation obviously as it would be too easy to join and dispute for free gear.

Have you disputed? If not, do that now. They can refund you by sending to your wallet if you send them your address, then when received you can cancel the dispute. Bear in mind the refund may be a different $/ÂŁ amount due to fluctuations in BTC.

Hi folks. Just a quick query. Is it permissible to dispute if the flower received is of such a low quality, unhealthy even. Is entirely different to what was advertised and genuinely looks like/ actually is some hemp with added terpenes. Came out damp from added terp & now is hardening/drying. Burns weird in vape and just makes me cough when used by any other means. I donât understand how he can be the only customer out of 50 sales of this product to make such wild false accusations about my product. If what he was saying was true there is no way it wouldnât reflect on my reviews. I welcome his dispute as any mod/admin will see my reviews and know he is talking bullshit.

Also, his order is from 21st of November. And he messages me 15 days later one day before escrow closes to start a dispute. Vendors be aware before you accept an order off this character.

Opening the dispute simply creates a new 16 day time window hopefully for you both to resolve it. If this happens then the buyer cancels the dispute by clicking 'resolve' and it goes away. If not auto-settlement borg resolves it. There are no facts or evidence considered although the settlement is based on the 'reputation' of both parties....

Good thing most customers are honest unlike this chancer who has run out of smoke the last day of escrow and dying for a joint LOL down bad attempt at blackmailing for free green.

Yeah it can be hard on vendors. If a buyer thinks the weed is bad they should contact the vendor immediately. It makes no sense in any respect to wait two weeks on a quality issue especially if as they claim itâs a serious one.

I waiting for the thing for 6 days, internal post. I was away a subsequent 8 days, product took around 7-9 days to come. Received on my return and then tried to air it out for a further 2 or 3 days. Bringing us to now.

I also want to state he received a reply at 14:17, 70 mins after his complaint. We are always online and reachable unlike other vendors. So there is really no excuse for the lack of contact until the last minute.

Your assumption is incorrect. I was looking for your information for record keeping and so I can investigate the supposed problem. Hard to investigate something that happened nearly 3 weeks ago now but. The algorithm bot shall decide. If it rules in your favour I am seriously reconsidering doing business on this site. We pay 10% on every transaction and patiently wait 16 days for funds even after buyer has left 10/10 review. the least somebody could do is manually review the situation. Even if it rules on buyers favour I will be a lot happier then an automatic decision.

Nobody knew the original post was about you. The elements of my message to you were accurate and only your response has inflamed matters, you were the one to attach your name to it publicly and then go on the warpath

And in my opinion your very lucky a bot will decide the outcome because any human is gonna see the red flags if they even look into it for 2 minutes.

A prepared person makes a topic like that, checks their position. I have zero disputes against any other vendor. This is the only time a vendor has sent me a product of such low quality. That's equally a major red flag. Also the photos of the product bore no resemblance to the product received. Another major red flag

PISTACH went on ghost mode, do not order from PISTACH, he is not replying from past 2-3 days. My order didn't arrive from 20 days when tried to reach out to him, he just stopping giving replies. Do not trust him.

He did reply and sent the order guys. It seems he is just a little busy with all the orders. Just received the order from PISTACH. Thank you for the order and sorry for the the post( unsure how to delete it, tried it but failed)

I see the reviews have been overhauled. Mine don't seem to save though. They don't show on order page after either. Is everyone having issues or is it me being stupid?

Think the devs are overhauling the review system. I've notice a few review scores with a decimal place, so scores like 9.7/10 and so on. Not a bad shout to be fair.

Mine are working now too. The order review page is completely new. Has formatting options too.

The payment system on LB isn't working.
I've tried a few times this morning and the pay just freezes when I go to pay. It then states my address fields need to be corrected, even though they are correct.
Any help would be awesome.

I was having an issue with this too, I was using google chrome so I switched to Safari and the payment went thru no problem :) maybe try changing browsers if it continues

Not sure but i think they are having issues i put an order in at 5am and i am still waiting on the btc transaction to confirm,the order is showing unpaid.

Same here (10/12/24), payment is stuck at âAwaiting confirmationâ on Transaxe. As itâs not just me Iâm guessing a problem at their end which will hopefully be fixed soon.

Mine took about 11 hours before it registered as paid so hopefully yours should be cleared soon.

After some advice, I'm literally 3 days off from having to dispute a delivery, never had to do one before as every vendor i have ordered off before there has never been a issue, the reason why I'm bringing it up 3 days before I have to is because I'm basically being ignored, all I have asked for is the tracking number 3 times, I know that the messages have been seen, but still no reply, and before anyone starts saying royal mail is bad at this time of year, and vendors have a life outside LB, i totally understand that's why I have been patient and polite, I suppose what I'm trying to get my head round is it really that hard to pass on the tracking number? And why choose to ignore a customer that has not only paid for product, but actually paid too much which is my fault but I'm not really bothered about i just want what I paid for, can anyone advise me on how the dispute works out, should I screen shot my messages? What's the process? Etc etc, I really don't want to do it but feel as I'm left with no choice, all help on this matter would be welcome!!! Thanks in advance, stay blessed!!

Screenshots, tracking number etc won't make a difference, disputes are auto-settled using reputation data from both parties, previous disputes, amount of sales/buys etc.
Just dispute, if they can't reply to a paying customer in 9+ days then you are actually doing everyone here a favor by disputing.

its not a big deal as many orders are made without login. but to add it to your account you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here
in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to

Paid for a current order using a previous order's transaxe address by accident, is it gone permanently ? or is it recoverable somehow ?

I've had some issues with a seller a little while ago, and ive since been ignored.
initially the seller accidentally sent my order to another customer, they had admitted their mistake after i raised a dispute. the dispute is now closed, and i have not received the order. this order was a huge mess as i believe they were having some technical difficulties at the time, the seller had proactively tried to resend the order but i had since moved house, royal mail tracking has said the order was resent back to the sender. the seller is ignoring me, we have not had correspondence for over a month. i am unable to raise another dispute. Please could an admin assist with this?

If you have waited too long to dispute or have been stalled etc the dispute button will disappear but you can also request a late dispute.

If you raised an initial dispute it would have been auto settled by the Borg once the time for the vendor to resolve had expired unless you had cancelled it. Did you cancel it? If so it cannot be reopenedâŠ.

I did cancel after being assured by the seller the order was resent, next time I won't cancel until it's with me I guess

Click the dispute tab that appears on your order page on day 9/10. Your coin is protected in escrow, youâll get it backđ

just dispute it, if the seller is gone you'll get 100% and no dispute on your rep.

Message refund borg send them the order Id and the address that you canât the crypto to come back to

almost correct but its auto settlment borg for disputes. the refund borg is for cancellations by buyer or seller.

Most of the time its something that can be fixed. If the vendor ignores or denies, wait for the dispute window and open a dispute.

As title says, paid for an order last night, btc left my wallet and the page said I had paid with it verified over blockchain. Refreshed today and the order is unpaid again with a different address. Is this normal/anyone else experienced this?

I'm not sure if your order will be paid or not but you definitely have not lost your money so do not worry about that.
Give transaxe support a message, I have linked their page above.
Tell them the order ID, BTC address you sent to etc and they will sort it out mate.

As title says, last night I paid for an order, transaxe said paid and btc left my wallet. Found the same browser screen today that also said paid, refreshed and now says unpaid. Anyone else experienced this or know the solution

use the search at the top of this, you can enter the hash or btc address. this is canon for transaxe so if it shows paid just message them.

Yeah itâs saying confirmed but the address has changed from last nights one to the one Iâm seeing today. Is this normal ?

Hi I made a purchase yesterday, and the transaxe said that it was paid. But I never received confirmation from the notice borg. Also the order is not present in my orders. Any ideas?

Iâve experience the same issue. I ordered and just checked to see status and I canât see the order or a message from the seller. What is going onâŠ.?

I talked with vendor and he told me the pay was anonymous cause I was logged out. So yeah that's the reason. All good, thanks.

Hi all, I recently bought 2 oz of âraspberry popcornâ advertised as cali grade B by strainsburys and Iâve literally received 2 oz of cbd herb it does not get you even a remote little high itâs literally good for the bin. Yeah feel like I have been tbh kinda sad,, canât figure out how to link the order mate thanks for advice though , I had a code after paying but not even sure thatâs the order number as obviously I wasnât signed in so had no real record sent ⊠is there any other admins or anything anyone is aware of as not got a reply as of yet but will keep trying. Is it possible to cancel an order after itâs been marked as sent? I placed an order with special delivery on Thursday night for a Saturday delivery. After messaging the vendor asking where my parcel is up to, it unfolds that his packer has not sent it and will now send on Monday which is about 3 days too late and Iâd rather get my coin back and spend with a vendor that can deliver on their promises m. No after order has been marked as sent by vendor you are unable to cancel the order.
You can only open a dispute on day 9 or 11 forgot.
Maybe You can try to message the vendor and request him not I send out the order because itâs too late and try get a private refund.. but vendor has the right to say No cause funds are still in escrow or he doesnât wanna do private transaction.

Thanks for your reply RealD. I didnât think I could as I couldnât find the option to. Vendor has said theyâll send it Monday so I guess something may turn up Tuesday. Wish Iâd held out for your sale. How long is it in for?

Hi guys just wondering if anyone can help because I'm not really sure what to do. The vendor I'm using I actually really like and order from them every week, I'm not posting on their page because I don't want people to think they're a bad vendor I'm just having some issues right now.
I didn't receive my order so I disputed it after 9 days and the vendor hasn't replied to any of my messages. They have been online but it says they haven't used the message system in days. I'm not sure what to do. I don't want a refund because you always lose money in the transactions and I don't want to bombard them with messages. Any help?

If they won't communicate, then realistically what can you do? Think about what would happen if we didn't have Transaxe and escrow.

I'm also going through something very similar. They've said we'd wait until Thursday and I've not heard on the topic from them. I've not started mine as a dispute yet either, but have until early Dec to do so.

Well thatâs all you really can do until day 9 when you can open a dispute. Doing this normally alerts the vendor into actionâŠit creates a further 16 day time window to find a resolution before auto settlementâŠ.

Never said it was the sellers faults but the fact Iâve asked the seller since Friday for my tracking and Not got a reply, has got to be the sellers fault. Iâm not silly I know theyâre not Royal Mail but a reply with my tracking would be spot on.

Well, who did you buy from? Not every vendor will provide tracking, yeah the slow reply probably sucks, but it'll be delivered today

And also, it'll have been posted Friday. Saturday isn't covered by NDD Guarantee, you'd need Special Delivery. It's on you here bud.

Still, if you don't want to have problems with customs, you should buy from a vendor that sends from within the schengen area. Right now there are 2 or 3 vendors from Spain and one from Germany, that I'm aware of...

I had a problem with an order I placed but it has just been sorted today. I cancelled the dispute as soon as I got home and saw the parcel but Iâm worried it may have been too late as after I cancelled it, it said âdispute settlement pendingâ. Is this normal for a cancelled dispute? Sorry this is my first time having to use the dispute feature so Iâm not really sure if thatâs normal or not. Iâm just confused why it says settlement pending when I cancelled? Or does it just mean pending cancellation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Nectar Honeybee is trash, I've had two and both times the magnetic connections came loose within a couple of uses.

For me, the Yocan was cheap enough that it didn't matter if I didn't like it enough to use it.
Luckily I absolutely loved it and have been using it since!
I always detach the carts when I'm not using them as it's not a covered chamber like the Honeybee.

If it is just for carts then a $10 stick battery will be fine. It is what I use and I've never had a problem.

I've been through loads so went upmarket ($40) but still had problems. Now thinking it's probably just me and I might need to take better care of them.

still fooked here. update: 3 hours later and its both marked as paid on transaxe and lb order page. others seem to slowly be doing the same but clearly a backlog.
to summarise: theres a long delay for any payment to show as paid even though its confirmed on the blockchain. when it does show as paid on transaxe, it takes more time for it to show as paid on the lb order page.

i got the payment page to load after waiting a while and sent the payment. confirmed on the network but still waiting for it to be seen as sent on lb/transaxe. hope its going to work

I ordered 7 grams of flower from YNM (first time using them) a couple of weeks ago but they sent me 7 grams of hash instead (which I donât use) by mistake, numerous messages later they finally replied and sent out a replacement which I opened today to find a single large bud that weighed 3.46 grams so I messaged them to ask for a partial refund of the missing amount to which they replied:
â there seems to be a lot of mistakes with this address we do not do refunds and we definitely do not send anything under 3.5â
So basically accusing me of lying. I have no incentive to lie when Iâve given them my address and every other transaction Iâve had on here has been excellent.
Now I donât want them to send out the missing half eighth because it would be the 3rd small package with literally 0 stealth (can feel it through the packaging) Iâll get in a week which Iâm not happy with.
Can I open a dispute for the missing amount? Or just leave it be, keep my account 100% dispute free and chalk it up to experience?
Either way as a middle aged man suffering from chronic pain and anxiety that just wants the medicine I paid for Iâm disappointed with this seller and I hope other buyers arenât falsely accused of their own faults.

They are evil people, compounded by the fact their seller page is FULL of larpy shite about being nice. Guys I'm so happy yet sad to find this post! These idiots sent me 14 grams of "Organic" bud but when I opened the packet it reeked of toilet spray! I'm not even lying it is so bad that I am too scared to even try the bud as it is clear this stuff has been sprayed with something and there is nothing organic about it! Sorry to hear that, thereâs nothing worse than flower thatâs been sprayed with something, best recourse is just to open a dispute if theyâre not being responsive, I opened one and they finally apologised and sent out the missing 1/8th, then they accidentally sent another 1/8th the next day but all 3 strains I got were different.
So my issue was kind of resolved and I closed the dispute but I wonât be using them in future, I feel like theyâre using the ânatural medicineâ gimmick but donât actually care about anything theyâve written in their manifesto.

I had a bad experience with them too, I ordered a half ounce of the premium valley hash, wasn't crazy expensive but what turned up was run of the mill rocky, and underweight. When I messaged to ask if it could be resolved they told me to mention it on my next order!!

That being said, the question I am asking myself as someone who did accounting for a year back in the day, if Bittylicious is FCA regulated, and we are providing our details to register and "buy" bitcoin as a legal currency, can't the authorities get to you through the tax return as they will see that you were buying certain amounts of the currency, sending it to different addresses and "moving" it around? In simple terms, either probe you for "tax evasion" as you were trading the currency for capital gains or raise a question, for of course, something illegal? đ€

if the order is still in escrow the seller can refund by contacting the auto settlement borg, if its already released the seller must send you the funds directly, then you contact the borg to cancel the dispute.

Hello. Ordered half from green cat on 8/11/24 and payed via Revolut. A bug with Revolut happened and it took 7 days for the payment to happen. In that time the order was removed from my account. Contacted Greencat and he has no record of the transaction. I have the wallet address the money was sent to. Help?

Contact Transaxe Support with the wallet address you made the payment to along with the date of the payment.

Click on chat, then start typing Transaxe into the +new box, click Transaxe Support to populate it. Make sure you include the order number, the amount sent, and the address you sent it to, along with your explanation for the issue. Make sure you include as much information as possible with correspondence with Transaxe as they can often take a while to respond, and that response is a request for more information. If your coin was sent to Transaxe it's not lost, it's just a case of how long it'll take to sort out or get back.

Hi, is there a way to open a late dispute? The package didn't come and I'm convinced the seller didn't send it. They put it as sent right after the order was put in and they said it was because the money would come through faster. I'm convinced they changed it to sent and then forgot to send it. I was away for over a week and they told me there were looking into it but then when the dispute time ended they said it wasn't tracked so nothing they can do..

If you have waited too long to dispute or have been stalled etc the dispute button will disappear but you can also request a late dispute.
To do this go to the page of the seller you purchased from and make a new topic there titled âREQUEST LATE DISPUTEâ with this format;

What?! How has this come up? Do you have a long term account or recently signed up? Never had this ever. You presumably get yourself a non-KYC wallet, select the first option when sending to this, then send to LB afterwards. Used them for ages but always used only a couple of wallet addresses.

Had this pop up on Luno a while back when UK regs were changing and a lot of exchanges paused service in UK.

Definitely use your own, real name - less suspicion from the postie and if you ever need to collect a parcel from the PO and it's in a different name, you're knackered.

Hey mate. Click on Chats, then click New Chat and type refund in the address bar. It should then auto-complete to Refund Borg. Include as much information as you can, like the order ID and date of the transaction and you should get your coin back in a few days. Let me know if you need any further info.

Sorry to hear that mate. I would suggest that you send the message Transaxe sent you confirming they have the missing funds to Refund Borg. I'd also send the message that Refund Borg sent to you to Transaxe. Hopefully between them they can resolve this. Seems like some kind of error in communication.

I'm not getting anywhere bro,transaxe found the payment they sent me a message saying is this the amount you are missing and the amount wrote in bitcoin which was the amount missing and they said I just needed to send the wallet adress for a refund but I done that then they wrote saying I'd need to contact refund borg and they can't find missing payment an codes I've sent them are same as transaxe found it with so I'm at a loss bro an it's not penny's, There were 3 orders at the time 2 of them were joined on same page (payment page listed both vendors an the items from them.and amounts paid an what was left is wrote on it)But the 3rd items on a separate page (I think separate cos I'd filled it in 1 week previous an it expired so j don't no if that's why they didn't get it cos of it expiring(just clicked with me now to that could that b reason its missing with one of the ordes expired an the amount over that lost in limbo?It's all new to me.an first time using borgs,and tha kyou for helping I appreciate u mate đ«Ąđ

I'm at a loss too mate. From what I can see you've done everything you should have done to resolve this, but for whatever reason you're not getting the right result.
The only thing I can suggest at this stage is to keep the pressure on. Keep sending Transaxe the response you got from Refund Borg and asking them how to resolve this. Also do the same with Transaxe, keep sending them the Refund Borg response. Hopefully at some stage someone will see where the error has occurred and you'll get your coin back.

Sounds like you werenât. You donât need to be (some prefer the anonymity) but you cannot see your order, review or dispute it- although it will go through.
If you can find the order page in your browser history click on your order number and it will allow you to log in from there, linking it to your account đ

Ordered 7 gram of hash this morning and paid for it and itâs just not there when I log into lb. Everything good my side transaxe n Coinbase receipts confirm my buy but itâs not showing up on my order page . Like the transaction never happened. Yet my purchase of bitcoin and the sending/payment are all confirmed on my side. This has never happened before. Can take a good 5+ working days for borg responses very often. I had to give refund borg a reminder ages ago when I had a refund in the system. That may be the best bet? Didn't expect a reply, but it'll hopefully be rectified.

I am going through a similar situation as we speak with the vendor Strainsburys. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks now to get a refund. Basically I was told by refund borg that once there is no action from the seller the refund borg kicks in. And last night I was finally asked for a bitcoin address for my refund. I sent it and now I'm just sat waiting for my refund. Took ages like and I still don't have my coin. Gonna check the sellers reputation next time I place an order to avoid this happening again. My advice would be to be patient and give the help team a message see what's going on

When you checkout it will show you a conversion to pounds although yeah just type 'USD to GBP' into your browser.
Don't use Crypto.com, terrible customer service and outrageous fees.

Yeah I have noticed crypto app fees are pretty stingy but it was the easiest one for me to set up as a complete novice so I'll for sure be looking into those other ones for next purchase. Bit late for today's one tough as need to get dad's stuff ordered in time for his birthday later this month.

They appear to be taking the piss. Initiate a dispute when you have the option. 'Transaxe are very busy' shows particular disdain for you, and suggests they understand the process enough to try to put you off.

we are a relatively new vendor on LB and still trying to find our way around.
So there is this guy that ordered from us, and we sent out the order according to our terms, on time.
The carrier was really slow this time so the order did not arrive at the destination, at the right time, because the recieving end was only there for a short period of time.
We told the customer we would refund 100% because he told us he would leave a negative review and a dispute on our account, but we were told by transaxe support that we should not send the funds back directly from our wallet to his.
How can we settle the dispute and close the issue even though we did everything accordingly?

That dispute doesnât look great on an account with 13 sales. Your menu looks great but with the only reviews being for products youâve pulled already and a dispute on so few sales Iâd be hesitant to buy if I was looking.
Sometimes gotta bite the bullet for the sake of the bigger picture.
Iâd also recommend doing a bit of a âloss leaderâ sale. Bung out a load of 1g tasters or cheap carts. This will cost you but the confidence form some 10* reviews and a bigger sales base will see the orders rolling in.
Hit me up if you need any help. Iâm by no means a big fish but Iâve been through the ringer (in pms or on blast) from bad reviews đđ

this is neither a preventative nor smart business. stay open to all and stay strong, each noob is not only a sale but the potential start of a long term relationship. you will always take a few hits with the public dont throw away opportunities as defense.

Iâd put them on blast tbh. Youâre not gonna be the first or last they try to blackmail. Milk the attention in a crowded field since youâre gonna get a low review regardless of whether you pay or you dont, win or lose the dispute.

Did you deal with a vendor offsite? If so that's probably why you are unable to send messages.

Is it possible to reactivate the dispute once the dispute window has closed? I trusted the seller to resend an order where I received the wrong product. I got 20g of the worst driest hash Iâd ever seen instead of 20g bubble hash. I was on holiday at the time and didnât want any sticky fingers on my post whilst I was out of the country. I actually took the hash away with me as the vendors vac packing was far superior to mine. I was gutted and couldnât even smoke it leaving it in France.
Itâs now been a week and still no replacement where any order Iâve have ever received form them has taken more than 3 days, over 10 orders and about a $1k. What are my options if any? I just canât afford to losy that kind of money plus the dampener it put on my holiday. The only thing I guess is to name and shame and hammer the 8 product reviews I still can edit! You can request a late dispute. It will then be up to the vendor to respond and make it right. If that doesn't happen then it will be settled automatically based on reputation.

I think you need to post a topic on the vendor's page called Request Late Dispute. Include the order ID, the item(s) ordered and the date you paid for it. Also mention the reason for the dispute. You should then get something from auto settlement borg outlining what the vendor needs to do. Good luck mate.

I'm sorry to hear that mate. I've got a few trustworthy regular vendors I'd be happy to recommend but I am not sure if they ship to Ireland. Good for you on naming and shaming, doesn't happen enough on here and it helps others avoid similar situations.

I am going through the same thing. Placed an order without logging in and order is not registered. Contacted the seller â3â times in the last 9 days with ZERO responses.

I have an order that was sent t 24 and hasn't arrived. The tracking shows it stuck at a mail centre for 10 days so I assume it is lost, I understand this isn't the vendors fault but have seen on a topic somewhere to start a dispute if you don't receive regardless of the reason or who's fault it is, any advice would be much appreciated thank you .

You are entitled to receive your order and the escrow system is there to protect your coin. However most disputes are resolved between the vendor and Bigga without auto resolution Borg having to settle it. When you click the dispute tab it will create another 16 day window for this purpose. Most vendors will reship or may offer 50% and itâs up to you whether you feel this is fair under the circumstances. You can negotiate. If you do settle then you just click âResolveâ to end the dispute process. Donât do this on a promise as the dispute cannot be restartedâŠ

Yeah I would much prefer to sort it without need for a dispute and have asked the vendor if they intend to do so but they just refer me to the tracking. Now the dispute option has become available i messaged the vendor telling them that and they just said why would you dispute me I gave your parcel to royal mail your dispute is with them

i would dispute. That whole 'its not our responsibility' shite is rubbish. Just like if you order legitimate goods from somewhere and they fail to turn up, does the vendor expect you to take the hit? Its the vendors responsibility until it reaches your door. And with an attitude like that I would never use the vendor again.

Message the vendor. One with good comms would see that the order clearly hasn't arrived and would work with you to rectify it. If not, then that is what the dispute button is there for.
Buyers don't want a dispute on their account, but that goes doubly so for vendors. I've usually found a friendly message can go a long way. Hope this gets sorted!

I ordered 3 things with NDD on Sunday, all 3 were dispatched Monday morning. 2 of them arrived today but not the 3rd. Have a tracking code for it but it's not working. Bit worried that it's been intercepted or something since the others arrived ok and it's supposed to be NDD, or does that just happen sometimes?

It happens sometimes mate, happened to me on my first ever order and I was panicking! Like most companies Royal Mail and other couriers make promises they can't keep so sit tight, it'll be cool.

Your funds are safe, if you can't get it resolved with vendor you'll have to dispute.
Even Snnd fails at times, i's not your fault, get in touch with vendor if it doesn't land by tue.

I accidentally deleted refund borgs chat after i sent my btc address expecting a refund is there anyway i can still get my refund?

I feel like this should be ok mate, they will still be processing your claim, you've only deleted the message for you so if you got the address to them correctly and are due the refund it sounds like it should be ok.

Iâve exceeded the minimum buys stated in the vendors manifesto (says minimum 15, I have 20) but for some reason my order has been cancelled and when i asked for a reason why they just told me itâs because of my âpurchase history/account activityâ

Its possible. Vendors can make their own decisions who they trade with. Fortunately with over 100 current vendors there are many alternatives. Its always a good idea to open a chat with a vendor before ordering if you have any concerns, just to get a green light....

It was a vendor called NFUSED, so far the couple of hashes Iâve tried from your natural medicine have been fine, which one did you get?

It was called King hassan . After I complained , they took it down and pretended it had sold out and that everyone else was happy with it . This hash literally doesnt even burn . It just turns into a hard lump of grit .

NFUSED was the dodgy âhashâ and itâs Medi-Mart who refuse to take my order and wonât tell me why but weirdly offered to send me a free edible for the inconvenience before deciding to ignore any future messages I sent after that point and not send anything.

What is that picture supposed to prove? Not only does that not look like the âhashâ I received from you, it proves absolutely nothing, what I received looked like normal hash visually, but it was ridiculously sticky to the point it just clogs up your spliffs after a few drags and tasted like chemicals when I tried to take it as an edible

Polly is correct best to send them a mail first and have a chat you can then explain why you have a dispute you might have to get special delivery/tracked on the first order,as you already have a few buys then you already have a vendor or two so you are not stuck.
The dispute can affect both parties reputation and is really a last resort.

id be very careful, as presumably you will have either a B or C permit either of which can be revoked. I found it reasonably easy to source locally when ive spent time in Zurich.

I guess I can wait a little and have a look around. I'm sure they're quite strict and effective at customs.

A while ago (in a period of about 20-30 days since the first message in correspondence) all the messages I had sent to a vendor inexplicably vanished. However, I noticed they vanished the day after said vendor had returned from holidays and put up a post saying they were working through all their messages. So, I wondered had they deleted the messages I sent them and thus that causes them to get deleted from my side too. (I actually asked the vendor about my missing messages to them and they avoided the question.)

For anyone who comes across this and wishes to know the result: No, the Sent items remain on visible on your side. That's what one would expect them to, pretty much, but I had to ask, owing to my situation. Must have been one hell of a coincidence aligned with a glitch or similar that happened in my case. Anyway, questions answered. Thank you once again, Dhokha, for your assistance :) Really appreciated it!

The only time that messages disappear in my experience is when the account that sent it is somehow deleted. Happened a few times lately.

Hey mate. If you send Transaxe Support a message with your order number and the wallet address they should be able to sort it out for you.

I have been scammed, the seller sent wrong tracking numbers then exited the site, read messages saying it was wrong tracking and has not been online in 6 days, proceeds to sell in other places. How do i get my money back ? Im not relying on a auto settlement from a fucking scammer. I want 100% of my money back. Settlement ends in 3 days with 0 BTC fucking great.

The first 2 arrived, the 3rd missing. I contact the vendor offsite he responds with an old tracking number that was tracking 6 days before the new order. Then he sends the new tracking number that is missing since the 4th.
Then i open a dispute onsite, he send the old tracking number again that was tracking 6 days before the new order was created. Then ignored the dispute, ignored my messaged. Has not been online for 6 days and meanwhile lists new product offsite and sells them.
I have tried to be as civil as possible, contact the seller on and offsite. He is trying to run away with my money.

Yeah, it does sound complicated. Iâve never communicated off site, but it sounds messy and risky.
The best you can do on LB is keep the dispute open and let it run its course. If youâve put in money outside of escrow, I wouldnât hold much hope for it. Cut your losses and stick to the established vendors on platform, most of whom are solid.

I placed an order on the 31st August and the package is still missing. I contact the vendor on his channels, he sent me a tracking number from an old number starting on the 24th august. I explain its old and i need the one from the new order, he send me the new tracking number and the parcel has not had an update since the 4th of September. I proceed to make a dispute and the seller send an old tracking number again saying it was already delivered, but the tracking starts like 6 days before the order was created.
I feel like because i have a new account im gonna get shafted on this auto dispute thing. Is there anyone i can contact about an actual scam ?

Gassed is one of the good guys here, go to his page, click the 'chat' button and explain the situation.
A dispute button will appear on the ninth day after the order was marked as sent if you really need it but I am sure he will sort it out for you.

Cheers guys, gassed was very helpful and Iâve had to contact admin but like you said he replied very quickly and was helpful so I appreciate it seems to have been an error somewhere but I would genuinely feel confident to order from them in the future due to the customer service even though Iâve had a bad experience!

Agree with other poster. Gassed is sound and Iâve done multiple orders with them. Drop them a message, worst case a dispute should get you most of your coin back.

What are you adding to your cart?

Bitcoin blockchain error for 8 days, cancelled it to reorder. But the moment I cancelled, my coins went through in your account. Basically, I paid twice.

Contact transaxe support with all of the order numbers and addresses and if they can they will sort it out for you

Blockchain errors. I did it low priority for saving monies, paid for same order twice. Both transactions went through at the same time as I cancelled the original first order. LB has been paid twice.

So aaaaages ago I ordered some shake from THERESISTANCEUK that never turned up so I disputed it.
Long story short my account has been stuck on pending and it tells me escrow bot will automatically settle the dispute... But obviously not.
I don't care about the money now but I just want this off me orders.
What do?

I recently ordered some hash that Iâve just received and itâs quite literally unusable, I wouldnât sell this shit to my worst enemy. You literally cannot smoke it in a spliff because whatever theyâve added to it just clog up your paper instantly and Iâve just tried decarbing and mixing it with some simmering milk so that I can consume it that way and as soon as Iâve got to take a sip Iâve spat it straight out because thereâs something in there that tastes extremely strongly of chemicals or something.
It is quite literally unusable.
Iâve already left a review about how bad it is, have I messed up by doing that and made it so I now canât raise a dispute to get my money back?

Your first action should always be to contact the vendor before leaving a review to explain the situation to see if it can be amicably resolved. If not, the dispute window opens 9 days after the item is marked as sent.

The reason I immediately jumped to reviewing and wanting to dispute is 1, because Iâm fairly new to LB and 2, because Iâd just spent the last of my money on this âhashâ and Iâve now got nothing to smoke until I get paid but Iâve since spoke to the vendor and heâs offered me a 50% refund which Iâve accepted so hopefully that comes through quick so I can get something to smoke and once it does comes through Iâll probably edit my review to explain about the refund and raise from a 1/10 to like a 3 or 4.

The ballache of refunds really focuses your mind on who you give your coin to. My pool of reliable vendors I'll order from is dwindling, and I can't think of anyone new I've added to that in the last 6 months plus. If anything, it seems to be getting worse lately. Caveat Emptor, always.

They lied. The vendor can put whatever terms in their manifesto they want, but only LB terms are binding and they trump vendor terms every time. There is no 50% rule. You were duped so I would dispute it anywayâŠ

đ€ that is odd for that vendor to say that because that policy is definitely not a thingâŠ. The percentage refunded depends on vendor and your reputation. Sounded like they got you to accept 50% because they was worried about another dispute being added to his rep and then also avoid the potential of giving you a larger refund. Is this dodgy hash still listed btw?

I wont put the vendors name on yet as i want to give them the chance to rectify it but i havent had a response either which is unusual. Ive had over a dozen orders through the vendor and no issues so im hoping its a one off and can get sorted.

It's a shame as postage is absolutely perfect for me.. Luckily there is another vendor selling similar at a few ÂŁ more but still good deal. This rubbish has been sold as 2 different named items from 2 sellers now in the space of 1 week.

I just recieved some very dark and stupidly hard "hash" with a strange texture and taste but was meant to be a light soft crumbly hash which i usually get with no issues.

Me too.. Not usual stuff very un usable. No response either which is unusual after many purchases.

Mine was different, it was really soft but not crumbly just felt like sticky pressed kief and it clogged up any spliff I tried to roll after only a few puffs

You raise a dispute from your order page. Disputes are claimed to be based on reputation so nobody could really give you a definitive answer as to the likely outcome.

It was supposed to be 100g of âSpanish commercial hashâ it seemed like a mouse when I first opened the package up but itâs turns out itâs just kief mixed with pine resin or henna or something else thats not supposed to be in there.
I emptied a teabag put some of the âhashâ in and seeped it in hot water and for only a few minutes in a pan and the water completely changed colour to a yellowish brown.

Ha, that's the only reason I'm not buying from Eddy's EU venture, but I wish him every success. 100% happy to vouch for Eddy as an excellent vendor of various high quality products. Never let me down anyway, even with an arse twitching amount sent via stamp that arrived fine. I'm sure we were both happy and relieved when that order split into 2 parcels turned up fine.
