OK, so if I buy BTC through paybis (as that was the 1st one listed) does it just sit in a wallet on their site until I'm ready to put the recipients code in (a day or so later?). Is that all I do? yes, exchanges are happy to hold your coins and you can send them directly. there is some privacy and control to be gained from your own wallet but it's not required.

I've just come across Exodus app. I believe its a wallet but it looks like you can also purchase coin from them. Anyone with experience of using Exodus? Good bad or indifferent?

I've found bittylicious for buying the bitcoin and then Exodus for a wallet has been very good. No matter where you buy the coin from, you'll have to provide ID, proof of address etc. Just remember - buying bitcoin is totally legit. Bittylicious has got very good rates and based in the UK. Exodus is a simple enough wallet and pretty cheap fee's again. One last note... I used Lloyds bank and they did a 'security check' before putting the payment through. This is because the banks don't want you buying bitcoin - it ruins there fun. I tried to say I was buying investments then they started asking loads of questions... I then realised honesty is the best policy and just told them I was buying crypto and put my god dam payment through. But they did and all is cool. So don't be surprised if that happens and just say "it's my money and I'm very happy to do with it as I please - respect my authority!"

pretty much the default behaviour is suspect but there are lots of ways to obfuscate for a bigga that cares. bitcoin atms are anonymous in many places and theres always p2p traders.

A bit of a boomer question... Do I need to confirm that I've received the goods so that it releases funds from escrow to the seller? What if I buy without logging in, how do I confirm receipt then?

No, you don’t need to confirm receipt for funds to be released in due course…in any event (including not having logged in) funds will be released unless you raise a dispute…or your funds will be auto returned to you if the items are not marked as sent by the vendor…

you can send from paybis. if they have minimums or other unhelpful policies just send to your own wallet (there are lots of free ones like exodus) and pay for items from there.

I have solved my own problem 😊 for anyone else having a problem:- Whoever you buy your bitcoin with, download the Wallet. I thought it would be in the apple wallet, but No, Once you download it, it will show how much you have. Go to buying page and copy amount of bitcoin needed, then go to wallet and say you want to pay, repeat with sellers address and press send. 😊😊😊😊 Hope this helps someone

That depends on each individual vendor's policy, which should be stated at the top of the page, under "manifesto".

So contact the vendor in the first instance.

If you can't work things out with the vendor, then you can start the dispute process.

orders are rarely SEIZED unless stinky uk:uk. you could receive a knock on the door from blue for a warning.
if it's 🌍:uk then you'll get a letter, or depending on the amount a visit. international comes with GREAT risk, would not recommend

The question here is would it be morally right to dispute it? If the vendors manifesto states about a no re ship, no refund for international then you yourself take the risk when ordering internationally and therefore knew the risk at point of purchase. In that case probably wouldn't dispute and take the L.

What address did the tx id correspond to, I would ask that and see where the error is.

There's no such thing as a Royal Mail "naughty list" so you definitely don't need to worry about that. They don't have the legal authority to enforce drug laws and its not their responsibility. Absolute worst case they'll pass the package to the local plod but 99.99% chance its just stuck in a sorting centre.

I have heard that RM sometimes sends letters to people saying "that was very naughty; don't do it again". Even so, stealth is usually good enough that you can't tell what is in the parcel without tearing though several layers of packaging first. I assume RM does not generally have time to dig out what is, ultimately, a needle in a haystack.

The most likely explaination is that it has got lost somewhere. Or that someone nefarious opened it, realized they hit jackpot, and nicked it.

You’ll only get a letter from customs and excise if a package coming in from abroad gets intercepted. They’ll inform you of your rights to fight the case in a court of law if you can somehow prove it’s for medicinal purposes.
If the RM get it it’ll end up at the local police station or become part of a RM managers stash :)

Then my post woman comes to door tusdy and I asked has a parcel not been delivered to us 28. OMG unbelievable what she says to me. I have never had this befor from little biggy ever! My package was meant to be delivered to me only to be told it got sent back as there was a strange smell inside so. I would not be getting it. Anyways I closed the door in shock she walked off anyway. and I can't belive it still got to my home town ready for me but stil got through customs somehow in Sheffield then the smell was detected from my local postys very weird one. I didn't order for 2 months mate after my full year ordering on little biggy that happens to me from rubbish stealth I guess I guess or I had a rouge postman that day. But I got a letter start of Febs from royal mail. saying Royal mail have removed the item as they are not used to seing this sort things something on them words anyway. But now I have made orders and recieved again buddy all 5 orders wich is what you want to know.. . Like alot have said aswel. It's different unless your in a crime drugg ring if that's the word. Black market whatever you want to call it anyway one could be buying anything and receiving anything online bitcoin etc you know we could be receiving anything also.. There are bullet proof vendors on here. Nuke proof I say some of them to block out that pungent smell 110% is amazing. They deserve more credit! So good you got that order just stick with them bullet proof vendors aha

I recently made a purchase which didn't turn up. Upon checking the tracking it showed that the package had arrived at my local sorting office and was then collected from there by me a few minutes later, which is impossible as I'd have to have been waiting for it to arrive at the sorting office. Don't know what happened there, either an error on their part or a sticky fingered postie nabbed it and recorded it as collected.

I do suspect sticky fingered posties tbh - don’t like to think ppl like that exist but if the items are illegal we don’t get any recourse from RM and we can’t legitimately complain about it. Got a msg from someone in my street the other day, whilst i was picking up the kids - the police are at your door. Followed by a picture. Took 40ish mins to get home and find a cease desist letter sticking out the door for 'importation of cannabis' after my parcel was delivered to the wrong address! Basically said my postcode has now been flagged by border force for intercepting my parcel and future parcels will be seized. Not heard anything since - but think ill have to get street draw for a while.

I also never order without tracking. had at least 2 orders with tracking go AWOL/get stuck at a specific mail centre in past few months (which I have been fairly compensated for), which was why my query was whether other peeps have experienced similar. 99% of my orders have been delivered within 1-2 days, what does the tracking say? (If you have it).

Just get a legal prescription or a canard anything under a oz if it gets seized you van go pick it up from customs or police shop and walk out with your bud !!!

Also I should mention I have had NO formal seizures or letters from plod so not like I can pop down to police n say ‘hey pc piggy, gimme my missing q from 2 weeks ago’. Would be brill if it did

Cancard is at the discretion of the police, I have personally had an officer tell me he would have sent me to court with or without a cancard. Medical prescriptions are different and the police can’t prosecute you as you are legally in possession of the bud, if prescribed bud was seized, yes you could go to the station and claim it back with your matching prescription in hand, if it’s from Biggy I doubt this would work and seems like asking for trouble.
The good thing here is that RM can’t legally open your mail and when the plod do, as it’s not in your possession there’s nothing they can do. They won’t be setting up a controlled delivery for such small amounts.
Once you have the bud, CanCard or not the police can and will prosecute for personal use, I know this from experience.

the cancard is a scam mate, has no legal backing. you can get legal medical weed prescriptions which would give you medical defence for being under the influence when driving, and allowed to carry your prescribed amount in its proper package.

As I said, with a prescription you are legally entitled to possess. With the cancard you have no legal entitlement whatsoever. Yes police are supposed to use discretion but believe me if they want to convict you they will convict you.

Pisses me off when I see this when I have criminal convictions for cannabis. YES some police will use discretion, I have been caught 4 up in a car stinking of cannabis and been told to get on my way but I’ve also been caught and convicted when my car didn’t smell, I was by myself and hadn’t used recently.

Does seem to be luck of the draw with local pc plod and how much drama/paperwork they can be arsed with when it comes to weed. Appreciate you sharing your honest story too

Avoid Revolut for anything Crypto tbh. I had issues & it seems a lot of others do too. Best bet is Bank > Exchange > Personal Wallet > LB Like Rux says Bittylicious is a good option then send to your own wallet (Exodus is good, terrible interface though!) then to LB.

It is a terrible interface. I still have no idea how to set a custom gas fee now, whereas about 6+ months ago that was just an easy thing to do? Needs must, and all that.

There are many, but you have to be realistic with cut off times and occasionally lenient with the pressure on vendors. The ‘need for speed’ causes more disputes on here than virtually any other issue.

The cardinal sin is when you pay for NDD etc and it doesn’t get sent that way. But most vendor’s seriously try to get that order out in line with their service promise.

Great NDD providers in my experience include The Gentleman Dealers, Dr Greenthumb, Dr Terpy and Canadian Imports (but check latest posting days)..
