Were you logged in when you placed the order?

Are you sure you used the correct wallet address that you copied from the order page?….transaxe generates a new address for every transaction.

What does the current status show on your order page?…Paid or Unpaid?

The seller does not receive payment in any event, it is held in escrow by transaxe who confirm receipt to you and the seller as soon as it is marked Paid.

When you go to "orders" and click on the order in question, does it say paid?

Transaxe will help you when they have time.

I made certain the wallet address was correct. The coin has left my account. So Transax has my money? How long does Transax usually take to respond?

Transaxe won't have the money unless it's marked as paid.

Go on the wallet or exchange you sent it from, find the transaction and make sure the transaction is confirmed.

If you sent the payment with a very low fee it could be delayed.

On Coinbase it says the transaction says ‘status - completed’, ‘confirmations- 566’. The fee was 0.00001667

Normally within a couple of days but I’m not sure if they respond at weekends.

Did your exchange confirm that the payment was complete? (there is a difference between leaving your account and arriving at the destination because the miners have to update the blockchain).

Did you send transaxe the wallet address you sent it to?…

Contact them directly via your chat page by clicking +new and type in transaxe….
