I don't think any seller can 100% guarantee NDD at the minute. I'm not saying it is the case for you, but there is genuine delays with royal mail.

DI UK and Urban leaf co are pretty reliable though.

yeah I understand delays, I am really patient when it comes to orders. Its more there is a few vendors that I have used and I am on average a week for 1st class, I buy and sell items online with 1st class shipping RM. its only LB orders that seem to be always delayed for me which just leads me to believe some vendors aren't sending when they state they have.
Used DI UK for the first time just before xmas and wasn't expecting it till after but they came through and delivered the next day in time for xmas, will defo keep them in mind again thanks!

The gentlemen dealers (TGD) offer guaranteed by 1pm next day service.

I used them last week as they are the only ones I know of who have never failed to get it to me within 24hours

First class is taking up to a week here just based on normal mail speeds

The good thing here is that you have a choice to share your experience or not without losing your coin. You can raise a dispute with Escrow and it will be privately resolved between you, them, and the vendor.
In addition you can make your experience public but the point should be to share with other Biggas, not as a threat to the vendor or simply for revenge. Detailing the facts is unlikely to get you called a troll despite how popular the vendor is, the vendor might respond and the matter resolved without Escrow.
Just remember that if you are genuine you should lever lose your coin….but you need to be patient too, most delayed orders turn up in the end 👍

If it's honest feedback then post it, it's helpful for everyone to know the good and bad. I doubt anyone will, but If anyone calls you a troll why do you care? If you know you're not then move on 🙂

Postal service is fucked just now always is after new year,took 7 days for me to get from a vendor that is usually 1 day,i have not seen my postman since the new year and we had the double bank holiday mon/tue they were meant to be back wed but turned up in the scheme today sat with 3 vans and a bunch of posties who had no clue about the area.
But if you must use lb its what it is for but i know the vendors are a bit concerned just now with new customers they have been getting lots of dodgy no shows,but unfortunately they do happen as the postal service in the UK is full of crooks.
The alternative is make a deal with the vendor say you will buy again on the condition that they will reship your lost order and then continue to buy from them in a show of trust and tell them if it should happen again you will take the loss and curse out those RM crooks.
Most of the guys on here are good guys i buy from lots of them but i have had 3 gone missing all from different vendors.

Royal Mail is a absolute joke and It’s getting to the point where it’s making me not want to order on here anymore, the whole thing needs reorganising.

I'm sure there's many a bigga who mentally labels me a "fan" among probably other choice words but usually what sets off a rabb1t is the way the situation is presented by the poster

For example I have been told I have no taste in weed for having said I liked a different strain of weed from the one this person was complaining about, with me having made that statement several month prior to the strain they had purchased even being made available. I obviously respond to that on the offensive

When people post issues with vendors in a calm considered and factual manner, I genuinely enjoy participating and assisting if I can to help resolve issues

The best sellers on here are in it for the long term and there is no secret to their success- they keep their customers happy. If you’ve bought from an established seller then open a dialogue being as fair and reasonable as you sound. (There is a small group of very angry Biggas on here who feel the solution is to hurl about the most vitriolic abuse- it isn’t 😉)
Of course it’s subjective- one man’s meat is another’s poison- and there are definitely some who will try it on for a free reship but good vendors will listen and try to help. They want their products to be loved!
If it’s a new seller with limited reviews then you may have got stung, especially if they won’t engage with you. Leave a review that is an accurate reflection and put it down to experience..
There really are some brilliant sellers on here that will never let you down IMO….👍❤️🎅

FWIW I'v head some deals recently that smelled of fuck all. However they've not fallen short on the effect. Sounds like you've been unlucky to get odourless and weak weed. It all depends on the vendor. If you keep it out of the public eye and see what the vendor says I think thats good route. If the vendor doesn't play ball then escrow could be the way to go. I've not bothered when I've received weed but been disappointed in it. Just my way as I'm not really up for a (potential) argument with someone who has my home address. I just won't use them again. As PP says the established vendors are there for a reason.

As a new seller I'm determined to meet my buyers' expectations to the extent that I'd never sell a product that doesn't tick all the boxes. That said, you're always going to have that rare seller who doesn't give a damn as long as they get paid. My advice for your situation would be to get a second opinion on the product from someone you know and trust, and if they concur with your assessment, send a polite email to the seller. It's possible you just got unlucky, but if the seller has good reviews/reputation I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to respond.

Similar question -stuff ordered ran out so vendor switched to “similar” it wasn’t what I ordered but same price for quantity then took ages to arrive and noticed put first class stamp on rather than sending via tracked like I had paid £5 for -I questioned this to be told -next time I’ll do you free postage well I ain’t buying from him again so do I leave honest feed back or raise dispute?

make sure you have a photo in your official rating, this will help with the dispute process.

you can always cancel the dispute if you reach a settlement with the seller.
