Hello Biggas,

I recently made a post in regards to a bad experience I had on LB with an order (synthetics) which has mysteriously been deleted by no action of my own (thank you to another Bigga for PMing me and letting me know - I have an idea as to why it happened, logical really). I had also accused another order of being counterfeit products in the same post however that was incorrect and an error on my part and since then I have made amends with the vendor (much respect to you).

The vendor who sold me the synthetics has agreed to a full refund. I am new and I am unaware as to how this works? I was told by both them and Transaxe that I wait til the end of the dispute date and it will auto settle based on an algorithm which compares stats...? I am new to LB and I fear that the past month of spending 400+ and only receiving 100 of that order while the rest is disputed will make the algorithm side with vendor by default due to my high disputes at the moment. The reasons for so many disputes the last month or so is heavily due to Royal Mail strikes causing delays (at least that is what I tell myself). Also some of you may be aware of the Super Hans situation at the moment, that is on dispute too. The synthetics order I was duped with from the vendor we are talking about currently is on dispute. Also waiting on a reship from another vendor because only half of my order arrived (after heavy delays). And another for edibles who says they shipped thrice already since the 16th of September and yet I am sitting here without my coin and nothing to consume in any shape or form (I got into kratom to keep my chill which - I recommend looking into that Biggas good stuff when used responsibly!)

I would appreciate that someone reassures me that I will get my coin back this way since the vendor is 100% onboard for refunding me. And if this isn't correct I please ask for aid into figuring this out thank you!

I both cherish and respect this community to bits and want to be part of it in a healthy way for many years to come - in order for me to feel comfortable doing so I would like to know that I am in a safe position. I am an honest working man who enjoys flower for self medication along with it being treatment for my wife. I mean no harm to anyone here even going to the extent of not identifying the vendors, other than SH but that is because his page is blasted with people in the same boat as I, it was my first ever SH order as well and the priciest one I have made on LB so far.

Having the knowledge and reassurance of how to handle a dispute would really help me out with the current road blocks I am facing.

Hey buddy,

To have had multiple problems from the start is just a bad luck shit storm and whilst LB is incredible it’s still an illegal drugs market rather than Amazon in terms of your consumer protection.

Where it appears that a vendor has simply disappeared with multiple ‘victims’ as appears the case with Superhans, you’ll get a100% refund👍….unfortunately with quality/delivery issues it’s just your word against the vendor.

This means you are probably going to shoulder some of the risk/cost. If the funds are with transaxe then that is where the refund comes from and how much it pays depends on reputation to balance out disputes. I would guess you will be offered 50% , however you feel about that?

You have every right to review the product as you find it but you shouldn’t use “naming & shaming” as a threat. You either choose to do it or you don’t. In my opinion you should have the courage of your convictions if you are absolutely convinced you have received tainted product.

As you already know, there are many 100% reliable vendors on here- stick with those!

Hello Polly,

I agree with what you are saying especially the point about this not being Amazon. Having read all the positive feedback from the LB community (while window shopping as a newbie) in general from users getting good service, to reships, to a whole escrow system being there to protect Biggas from such events...it seemed solid and almost fail proof as everyone was treated with respect and maturity as long as they followed the system.

However as you say I seem to be Mr Bad Luck Brian over here. And all these no shows, synthetics and delays are piling up on me when I just got the tip of my teeth sunk into the sweet apple that is LB. I open my postbox on the daily to disappointment, I open LB daily to being duped or ignored, I deal with the fact that I spent most of my BTC for the month on these orders that leaves me in Limbo both without flower or BTC to get more from another vendor that I trust. I have been feeling overwhelmed in truth.

Both yours and Jojo's responses has reassured me in many ways, so thank you for that!

I hate the idea of threatening - I am a chill man in most cases but this has been going on for months and the sheer audacity to not only attempt to poison both my wife and I (plus many other biggas who use them for goods) but to get my BTC for it? Its a hard pill to swallow lightly, illegal market or not, this is deadly and not something I want to pay for.

I agree wholeheartedly that I should stick to my convictions and say what it is I wish to say. Like I said, I am chill and have sent a final message to the vendor, if the response I get is as ridiculous as the lies I have been fed by them up til now, then the community will see my convictions tomorrow for that is when I expect action from the vendor (or lack there of). They were online minutes ago but no response.

If you are going to make such strong accusations then you should have to prove it... why not get test borg involved?

You can't just make these sorts of claims without backing it up it's a big, big thing you are claiming here if you care about the community then you shouldn't have said it without proof as it's almost certain you'll tun out to be wrong. I swear biggas need to stay away from Daily Mail and Youtube.

And if you are so quick to dismiss synthetics being media propaganda insintuating that Biggas shouldn't keep an eye out on their health. That is your intentions to the community and not helpful in my opinion but you do you and I do me. I have plenty of Biggas of the same mindset in my chatbox who, for this very reason of being pushed into a corner, do not speak out.

And I have been online texting said Biggas for a half hour, I did see your comment pop up and recieved a close to immediate 3 upvotes! This is what I am talking about, Biggas aren't born yesterday. We know what is going on here but we want no trouble. No need to oppress me into silence anymore, it's done, transaxe is in comms with me yet again to resolve the issue.

is being ripped apart before even making its way on the site tells
me that there is no use when there are alt accounts about to sway the community.

It is a relief to know that at the very least the respected members of the site do not get
outcasted for speaking out.

I decided to share my experiences to warn Biggas on the site - for it was the right thing to do.

After my first and last post got deleted - I have an idea of what is going on and rather not start using names when I know that they use multiple user accounts to sway the community or silence people. I told the vendor I just want my BTC back and no trouble but that I will name and shame if they do not cooperate because synthetics is no joke and I am not afraid to be a sacrificial lamb for the sake of saving others from that poison.

I am appalled by your reaction and the way you attempt to turn this on me honestly. I hardly see any posts come out as detailed as mine about the topic and I even stated that I would name the vendor sometime today if they still refused to settle the situation between us. Is this not enough for you Sir Greencigar? I have a chatbox full of other Biggas on the site who have reached out to me with their own experiences with the SAME vendor (aswell as others who I have never bought from) as well as applauding me for speaking out about it since they remained quiet on the matter. I am not the only one this has happened to and yet I am the only one who has made multiple posts about it as of recently.

If you read my entire post + the comments you would also read that I intend on writing articles for LB on the subject to help fellow Biggas because this experience has taught me that many people aren't aware of Synthetics existing in general and that is not a good thing.

If you want to continue being detrimental to the people speaking out for the safety of LB then please do so on other posts.

Exactly as you described I am new to the community and shared my experiences because I had questions. I am a member since August. I see people like Greencigar have been here for two years. I don't understand why the fresh pair of eyes stating his mind on current affairs here is being looked at in a way other than for the help they a requesting. I want my BTC back, I figure most people would here expect their BTC back when they come to private terms with a vendor. I spoke out to the community even though my previous post was silenced through termination. I am confused and doing my best while worried about speaking out against what I once thought was the kingpin of this site when I am new to this kind of underworld on the net. We may be on the clear net but some vendors are from the D web and as I am stating are more than happy to poison some random customers they'll never meet for some quick cash grab. This was initimaditng to me for the sake of my family, I do not mind being a sacrifical lamb but I wanted to be careful and weary is all.

If a few idividuals here have hard time with the whole BTC issue, mentally remove it from my posts context and you will see my good intentions for what they are.

I am not a saint I am your average Bigga who wants clarification and to inform others of my experiences while receiving community based reassurances in return since the vendor reasurrances seem to be to dupe me yet again and get away with this.

I am wary of anymore comments from vendor alt accounts and allies wanting to sway the narrative. It is starting to feel like a mine field and a game of guess who mixed into one.

Question: How can your dedicated guideline posts in regards to detecting synthetics help anyone on here (mostly seasoned tokers) from getting duped (like you allegedly were)? You'll notice that I make succinct and concise points to avoid confusion. I know this has "appalled" you before, but I ask that you take a big deep breath and try to follow the logic. My intention is to neither "appall" nor upset you. My fundamental point is that the people who say they are nice people rarely are, and that to truly help other people from being 'duped' (your words), the only way is to name the vendor. Again, just my opinion. I wish you well, speedy refunds, and some respite from the stress which every Bigga has been through at some point. You can't spot synthetics if they are doing the ol' switcheroo on you. Have a good day, dude.

You can tell the difference between a chemical and the real flower. I have been smoking for years and these chems have been on the market since 2010 or earlier, spreading more and more, its the norm on the streets where I am hence why LB seemed like a safe haven. Which it still is! I just had ONE bad experience and get head shot for speaking out. I am sorry if I offended anyone.

If you do not agree with my words - that is out of my hands but will not change my experiences

I think if they have agreed a full refund , then why don’t they just refund you and then you cancel the dispute?

They told me they agree to a full refund and that the refund is done by Transaxe that needed to cancel the transfer of BTC so it is returned to me. I contacted Transaxe and they told me that they were never contacted by the vendor and that it will auto dispute at the end date if the vendor and I have not come to an agreement. I feel like something is not right here? Will I not be seeing my BTC if I take this auto settle route?
