Each order goes to a unique wallet address at Transaxe where it is held until it’s released to the seller. The vendor will get a message from Transaxe when your payment clears.

Hi I made an order using bitcoin. But forgot to log in with my username. Therefore order details not showing. How can I trace the order? Or contact the seller?

It shouldn't be a massive problem. First of all contact the vendor with your address and order details and let them know you were not logged in when you paid. They should see the postal addresses are both the same.
Then send a message to Transaxe with the wallet address you paid into and they'll be able to confirm the order number.

It shouldn't have any effect on your order, it just won't be showing on your account and you won't get the standard dispatch notifications you would normally get had you been logged in. This sort of thing happens every week so don't worry, your coin is protected and you'll likely get the goods as ordered regardless. And yes you can ship it to any address you want - it has nothing to do with coinbase. 👍
