Lucky you. Had the same happen to me where my order was sent to the wrong address and rather than get it resolved I just got a reason to tell me why it hadn't paid rather than a solution from Transaxe Support and the vendor didn't reply once in 5 days. This happened when I paid over the odds fees too so that's probably lost forever. I've tried my best to keep faith with when it goes wrong but this has left a real sour taste.

For perspective - over the last few years I have gone from a full time income in a MOD company to part time work trying to full time care with this financial climate as the backdrop so this place has worked as a lifeline for me. To take a financial hit of £150 and not have anything to help my wife is a sickener, especially when im coming on here and seeing people have waited 50 odd days to have any response in a similar situation to myself with no solution in sight. I can't take that financial risk any more. I'm always fair and agree to the terms any vendor/LB has for sale but I have been totally let down here. I'm not sure I'll be able to continue this any more. I can't take the risk.

The orders expired now (7am UK, 15/5/23) after being there since Wednesday.

When you say “sent to the wrong address” can you elaborate?

If it was an address generated by transaxe then your money should not be lost even though these have been hectic times across the blockchain so delays in resolution are inevitable.

Although the vendor should always reply they can’t actually help you much as funds correctly sent go to and are held by transaxe.

Yep I found I'd sent to the previous order I'd made. I can only put it down to me being tired at work and instead of opening Firefox (opens all pages) I must've done opened the other browser which was probably on the page. I've no idea how but I have but when it comes to requesting it to be looked into I'm not getting anywhere other than being told what I know already.

With regards the vendor - I dropped a message to see if it had updated their end (prior to finding out true cause) and didn't get a reply. Gutted really as it's not their fault nor have they let me down before but almost a week without as much as a response is no good for me who's a flapper at the best of times.

I managed to get another order in which has gone through as normal but the process for when it doesn't go to plan has really thrown me off.

Look, you won’t be the first person to have done that so I can see no reason why your coin should be permanently lost. That’s the good news👍

Bad news is your in a perfect storm with blockchain chaos and transaxe pressure so it’s unlikely your resolution is going to get prioritised for what is of course your mistake.

Good vendors maintain good comms so yeah that didn’t help.

But hey, if you fuck up your payment when buying illegal drugs but still eventually get all your coin back then that’s still kind of good though huh?😉

I really don't like pushing people into prioritising me and I certainly don't want to queue jump, the whole LB site and everything it stands for I fully believe in and if anything it's just a lesson to me to take care when ordering (not doing it at the arse end of a night shift is going to be an ideal starting point). It's absolutely brilliant when it works. I'm just going to have to sit on my hands and hopefully the next message I get is news I have access to my funds. I've managed to order a replacement for this order so once the funds eventually clear I will only be putting that towards something nice off here.
