Been on this website a few years without an account and finally made one earlier this year.
Wondering what I should do when a vendor is unresponsive even though there is an ongoing dispute. I don’t have many buys so I know the “reputation based” will rule much more in his favor but the guy is straight up ignoring me. I have no problem saying it’s GreenFinger who seems to be quite notorious for dogshit comms.
Wondering if there’s a borg I could message about this?
I’d rather not dispute but the guy is just full on ghosting me.

Appreciate any advice

I’ve bought from GreenFinger three times so far and my experience has been the same all three times.
The guy is super responsive before you order, will answer questions, say he can ship here ship there, and just act nice.

Once your order is placed, expect radio silence for 10+ days. The order will get marked as sent shortly after and he will just disappear. He will not respond to messages, he will not even open messages, he will not provide tracking numbers. And you’ll just be left wondering whether you got scammed or if he really sent anything.

Much much later (often not until you make a post) he will reply and address whatever your concern was.

When the goods do arrive, they’re very high quality and very worth the price, although poorly packaged and stealth is pretty much non existent. But the goods are great and can’t be judged as anything but high quality.

However, the poor communication, no replies, and no stealth/bad packaging always make me hesitant to buy from him again.
If you feel like taking a risk and maybe getting some good stuff, do it. Otherwise I would not buy from him.

Just my opinion, but others seems to have had similar experiences. Make your own judgement

I’m an American ex-pat working in Palestine and trying to get some of the good ol’ “candy” I was used to in the US. Do any sellers have experience shipping to Israel or Palestine discreetly and stealthily without issue?

Shipping to Israel is easier and preferred but may have an additional hurdle or two.
